Customer
service
is
horrible
at
this
establishment
the
owner
or
worker
is
rude
when
he
answers
the
phone
like
you're
bothering
him
by
calling
a
business
to
conduct
business.
HR
needs
to
be
aware
of
this
ongoing
issue
and
it
needs
to
be
addressed
and
worked
on
immediately.
A
lot
more
training
hours
in
proper
customer
service
are
badly
needed.
Proper
phone
answering
etiquette
and
more
positive
customer
interaction,
needs
to
be
encouraged
more
top-to-bottom
in
the
establishment.
The
establishment
lacks
the
3
rules
for
customer
service.
Talk
to
people
or
friendliness,
make
eye
contact,
and
smile!!!!
Your
attitude
&
professionalism
extends
to
the
rest
of
the
business
and
your
employees
never
forget
that.
