I ordered two nights in a row the first night which was last night the french fries were cold and the cheese was like Jell-O because it was so cold not to mention the cakes being cold. Then tonight I order they forget my cheese for my cheese fries and they also put all the cakes in with each other and they’re still frozen, not to mention that they sent the wrong cake my daughter is allergic to peanut butter cake and they said that instead of the chocolate cake but they put them all in the same containers! What you just didn’t feel like wasting other containers SMH I will def not be ordering from here again!! Not to mention that the french fries they have in there I paid 725 for our weigh less than any fries I’ve ever ordered around here from Nick’s from Jim’s etc. I will never ever order from here again! 😡

They have went so downhill, I just paid 20 for a grilled chicken Cobb salad. The chicken is slimy boiled chicken, can’t even eat it, there’s a few huge pieces of romaine with some undercooked bacon. I’ve kept ordering from there because I work close by but it’s so bad now I’d rather starve.

I've been ordering from Cicconte's since I was in college, about ten years ago. Since then, the prices have doubled but the quality has decreased. We ordered two pizzas from your Glassboro location last weekend - $40 for a small Margarita pizza and a Large Pepperoni pizza. The Margarita pizza had zero basil, the cheese was sliding off the crust and all over the box, and the tomato sauce? I took a bite and found half a peeled tomato, whole, in my bite. The pepperoni pizza had maybe 6-7 slices of pepperoni in total. If you need to charge more because of inflation, the public understands, but this was pretty disappointing. Where do you get off charging so much for your food and it lacking so badly in quality? People are already struggling to eat out and order take out and the quality of such expensive pizza was quite bad. Mind you, we ordered this pizza at 4PM. Unless there was some insane rush of 80 pizzas being made with ours, there was no excuse for this experience.

Their website prices are not updated and are more expensive than they say. Their website also says that their burgers and sandwiches some with fries, which they do not. The women who picked up the phone was rude in her response to the price changes, but $17 for a sandwich seems overpriced especially when the customer reads a lower price before placing an order. This is for the Glassboro location I have not gone to any other location.

I ordered a Cheesesteak Italiano and took it to Bonesaw Brewing Co. The Cheesesteak Italiano came with Jersey Long Hots, Broccoli Rabe and Smoked Mozzarella on a rustic roll. If you love Jersey Long Hots and Broccoli Rabe, you will love this cheesesteak. The Jersey Long Hots dominated this cheesesteak. Luckily and much to my surprise they did not tear up my stomach. The broccoli rabe was very good but maybe a little string in spots. The meat was good but maybe it got a little over powered by the long hots. The smoked mozzarella got lost in everything else. The Rustic roll may have been the perfect roll for this cheesesteak. Taking this cheesesteak Italiano to Bonesaw Brewing Co and getting a 12 oz Queen Sicle was pure genius. The early returns on Bonesaw Brewing Co are very good.

$1 slice Thursday after 6pm is a regular for us (if you can tolerate being around college kids). Food is "good" but really only tried slices and if I paid more than $1 might review differently. I like the interior design. People working there are all nice.

Pizza, wings, and burgers are good but some of their other dishes like their penne vodka are terrible. Salads aren’t the best either

I work in Glassboro and go there often for lunch. It's frequented by police, fire, ems for the good food and quality service. Stop in, you won't be disappointed. Some of the best pizza and sandwiches in the area.

Ordered from DoorDash, the pasta, pizza, fries, and hoagie were all great! Will definitely be ordering again.

My 6 years at Rowan is usually treat my self to an Chicken Alfredo pasta once a week and they always hit. This time I ordered a pasta and it came out watery and they forgot the bread 😞, I called the they where extremely helpful and offered credit so I reordered a Stromboli instead.

WAY overpriced for the quality and quantity of food. Vodka pasta was good but average, and the portions very small size for the $23!! Go to a nice restaurant like Sparanza, Luna Rosa or Scarpinatos for high quality food with a good portion size. What a rip off.

Had a Sicilian pie and asked for it to be a little well done, along with a pepperoni pizza tonight delivered to Bonesaw. Took a chance and legit got a charcoaled pizza. Every single person in my group said how bad it was with how well done it was. Just wanted a little crisp, but this is bottom of the grill well done. Sorry guys gotta do better.

My go to is their Greek salad. I ask for the dressing on the side as it's not needed due to how flavorful the salad is naturally.

Accidentally added anchovies to my pizza during online order. I called explained the mistake and the remade my pizza without anchovies free of charge. Which is fantastically kind, plus they sell my favorite food PANZEROTTI

As a pizza spot that's is mainly for college kids, that doesn't mean u can jus throw together sum ingredients and call it a night. That cook should of taken pride in his work. I ordered a simple medium bacon and not only did I pay 18.50$ but i have seen frozen pizza that looked better. I mean.. it looked like a toddler made it. No bacon, slices not cut, cheese barely melted, and the cook smoked a cigarette and didn't wash his has. Literally ask the cashier to put it back in the oven for me & that's wen the cook touched my food after smoking his cigarette. I mean, I seen crackheads with more respect for customers. My first time there and the last. Feel bad for students that will eat there and support such a bad restaurant.🤷🏿‍♂️

Totally have redeemed themselves since the one bad order a few months ago. I gave them a few more chances and each order has been amazingly good. From the chicken cheesesteaks to the different specialty pizza’s and especially the Sicilian pizza I ordered tonight. Omg so good. Make sure to order the Sicilian White pizza with pepperoni, spinach, black olives, mushrooms and extra cheese. Best pizza I’ve ever had!!!!!!

This was my go to pizza spot when I went to Rowan, so I had to visit during homecoming last weekend. So much has changed about Rowan's campus, but the food at Cicontes hasn't. I've never had a bad menu item there, from the slices, to the pepperoni bread, to the broccoli swirls, you name it. Pizza Adventures: Destination #80

The people who work here are EXTREMELY nice, helpful and treat their customers like customers and NOT some type of annoyance. PS I put no stars on food cause I never had any food.

Kind of disappointed. We enjoy their pizza as a takeout. Decided to try Ciconte's Glassboro as a dine in. They were not ready for that. No waitress to wait table. My friend and I ordered a shrimp dinner. No shrimp. Food was good, but it's not a fine food dine in place. Ciconte's West Deptford does that well.

Chicken Tortellini is probably the only good thing this place has to offer. Mozzarella sticks are not only bad but they're inconsistent i've gotten different "breading" each time. Pizza was also paper thin, hard as a rock and crusty, no thanks.

the food was hot and fresh and delivered fast. it was also easy to order and they accept cash for delivery.
