So we placed an order for this cookie place named cookie munch crunch. We never received our order and waited about 3 hours before driving to their location only to find it isn't a real business. Needless to say we were refunded by Doordarsh 4 hours later. Then received multiple calls and texts from this cookie place at 12:22 am saying they are delivering our order. Mind you we order from our place of work and had been out of the office since 9pm. We ordered at 6pm...so diving down this rabbit hole we discovered cookie munch crunch is ran from an office and Doordash does not have their drivers do deliveries from their but will take orders and the people at cookie munch crunch " deliver" these cookies. We found an odd connection to Cono Pizza as well. Seems there are numerous negative reviews for both of these establishments. Theirs a family connection to Cono and Cookie Munch Crunch. They seem to do everything to get money for cookies but do little to nothing to deliver them. If you came across this review and feel you need to look into this ridiculous cookie conspiracy be my guest. Even as I write this review the cookie hole just gets deeper and deeper. I only gave a one start so I could leave a review. So with that being said I set my review to -100.

Food is sub-par at best, the customer service is absolutely terrible they will blame you for their mistakes or if they mess up your order. They also run at least 4 different scam restaurants on DoorDash and most likely any other delivery services and those restaurants are Cookie Munch Crunch, Brownie Munchies, Brownie Munchies 2, & Mr. Cookie these restaurants will accept orders when arent actually open and when they are, they'll accept your order and never deliver it and the phone numbers provided to call the store is just some random cell phone. Cono Pizza deserves to be shut down and the owners should be reported to the better buisness bureau for at least 4 false businesses ontop of their terribly ran buisness.

Don’t expect much from this place. The only things they have to offer are being open late and decent water ice. If they even remember to add it in your order. Terrible service. Poorly ran. And overpriced. The woman who works the counter will blame you for anything that goes wrong instead of fixing it. I feel bad for the delivery drivers because they are good and I know this woman is ruining their tips. This place is the worst pizza place in town. Delivery driver had to come back and still didn’t have everything I ordered. I just told him not to worry about it and figured I’d just leave a review. Food is below average. If you’re in a pinch and need a late night meal I’d suggest wawa or McDonald’s. But if you do decide to order here then make sure you pick it up or else there’s a 100% chance that you’ll be disappointed.

Would give a 0 if possible. Delivery driver dropped off the order to the wrong place then hung up the call after trying to call and figure it out. The shop was called and they proceeded to tell me that they had nothing to do with deliveries. I then Proceeded to call doordash where it was ordered from and they tell us that the store delivers their own orders. Not only did it get delivered to the wrong place but I was lied to so that the store didn’t have to take the fall for it. Very rude do not recommend just because of customer service alone I didn’t even get to try the food. 😂🤷🏻‍♀️

Order food from here Friday night to pickup. They said order would be ready by 9:05pm we got there at 8:50pm and Conos was locked up with all the lights off. We tried calling the phone number to find out what was going on with no answer. They had the audacity to call my phone back at 11:00pm at which point I was asleep. We called them back in the morning to get our $40 back and they never answered. We have called them multiple times and still have not received an answer. Very frustrated that they just scammed us out of $40

Negative 10 stars. Don’t waste your time or money. Owner has no regard for his customers and will scream/curse at you . No one should feel safe consuming food that is handled/prepared by these people. Shouldn’t be in business.

Scammers."Cookie Crunch Munch" They say things are closed but have them open on doordash. Then say it was delivered but how's it delivered if the store is closed? Don't order.

If I could give no stars I would this company robbed me for over a 60 dollar order that I or tipped 12 dollars on never delivered and swore to door dash they did will not answer phone here or at there other business cookie munch crunch. Grimly business you don’t steal from customers

Front counter lady was coughing a whole lot when we got our food. There was metal shavings in our fries and hair in the pizza and they are refusing a refund. Will never order from here again.

Was about to order from this place until I started reading the reviews. 2 hour delivery windows. Stealing tips. Horrible customer service. And then seeing the replies from the owner makes it worse. The owner doesn't take any accountability or address anything the reviewer is complaining about. They'll never get my money.

Absolutely terrible place!!! Food is nasty and the customer service is absolutely terrible! It’s been 2h since I ordered still didn’t receive my food. When I called to know how long will it take they were rude and disrespectful. If I could I would give 0.

NEVER order through their website!! They don’t have their own drivers and go through DoorDash. DoorDash doesn’t pay well as is $10 for over 21 miles so technically $10 for an hour round-trip and when going through their site they will NEVER be a tip!!! Not only is well known that DoorDash depends on tips for the drivers to make their money. Insult to injury, it is VERY well known throughout the drivers that Cookie Munchers/Cono’s Pizza and Ice Cream STEAL customer tips!! At least with DoorDash you may see a small tip. The difference between a DoorDash order and a direct website order is low tip vs NO tip!! Technically, a driver only makes $10 (or less a lot of the time) for an hour of round trip driving & costs them $10 in gas to make the delivery!!

I’ve been eating here for almost 2 years, and I’ve definitely noticed a strong decline in both customer service and food quality throughout that time. My two previous orders were just terrible, and I will probably not be ordering from here again. I ordered a pizza cone and instead of making and giving me a pizza cone, they just gave me a slice of pizza. Luckily I was refunded. The most recent (and most likely last) time that I ordered, the lady at the front counter was coughing like crazy and there was hair in my pizza. This time I wasn’t so lucky, I was refused a refund and offered a mere $5 off my next order. I don’t know what happened to this place, but they have seriously gone downhill.

Not only does this food eatery has a very unique business hours model, open 9pm - 5am, the food is banging! First time I was ever tempted to order the same food as I was delivering to one of its customers. People up to 45 min to an hour away order from this eatery. Family owned and operated Cono Pizza and Ice Cream is a great place to order from!

I love, Love, LOVE Cono Pizza & Ice Cream!! Particularly their hours of operation!! 9:30pm-5am!! And they deliver until 4:30am!! I've been working night shifts for 24 out of the 28yrs I've been there. And it's REALLY HARD to find any type of ANY businesses that are open anymore during the hours that I'm awake. Especially since most 24hr places haven't been 24hrs since Covid reared it's ugly head. (It's a REAL BUMMER that my favorite Walmart isn't 24hrs anymore!!) But anyways, Cono is not only open for nighthawks like myself, their finger foods and dinner entrées are TWO THUMBS UP!! They have these single serve pizzas that are shaped like a waffle cone and filled with sauce, cheese and your favorite toppings and served in a stand that holds up the cone. It's crazy cool!! If you're skeptical, just see it for yourself.

This was absolutely hands-down the best place for pizza I have ever had. I have been searching high and low for some good pizza and I have not found a place until now me and my husband last night after both working at restaurants came home to nothing to eat and nothing to make to eat so we Eenie Meenie Miny mood it through GrubHub and with the strike of luck we hit a hidden gem. I am Beyond impressed with the quality ingredients I had my mind up that I was taking a leap of faith and rolling the dice with a place that opens so late at night and boy can I tell you hi Waze happily and surprisingly satisfied I ordered one slice of cheese pizza and I wish I would’ve ordered two large pizzas instead I am literally counting down for their delivery hours to open just so I can order that pizza from last night I won’t even be there to eat it because as I said earlier I cook for a living so I will be at work but I will be specially knowing that I have that Delicious food waiting for me IM two steps away from calling the company to speak with the owner just to express my sincere love and content for the food. From this day forward I will never go to another pizza place except this one it is something with the sauce they don’t just put it on the pizza they put it on other things and it is absolutely phenomenal it’s 100% perfect there is nothing they can do or change that will make it any better than what it is right now I am completely satisfied and I will be sure to the express this to anybody with taste buds and they need to eat good food this is top-notch quality food and the craziest part is is that the latest time of the night where you expect food to be absolutely disgusting however this food is anything but that Had to to the person who cooks his food or who’s told this person how to cook this food it is absolutely phenomenal
