    I went to Dunkin’ Donuts this morning excited to get their breakfast because I am back in town visiting my family. (I haven’t had Dunkin’ Donuts in so long) And what a disappointment it was. I got a bagel and side of hash browns and the bagel tasted a bit like cardboard and the hash browns, well they just aren’t what they used to be taste wise and quantity. They literally gave me 6 measly hash browns. What a shame, I guess I won’t be coming back this location. Hopefully the one in Washington township has better quality.

    By far the worst Dunkin’ donuts I’ve ever been to. Employees are horrible and don’t even act like they care (I get it, I spent 2 years working at a Dunkin many years ago, but still). The management is obviously even worse since they don’t seem to care about the many bad reviews they receive. If this is how you run your business, I sincerely hope the money dries up. I even got to meet the manager one day when one of their employees took my debit card and didn’t hand it back. No one that works here has a good head on their shoulders. STAY AWAY!!!

    This has to be the WORST Dunkin Donuts I have visited. The staff do not acknowledge you,say thank you, let alone look you in the eye! I just stopped there 10 mins ago .No line in drive thru and I clearly see why.I ordered a medium frozen coffee,was given a small.And the drink? Pure mush.The cup was marked small. I was charged for a medium 7 or 8 people just chatting and ignoring the customer.interesting the receipt was torn Just standing chatting and no one could get my order right.

    I promise you'll never have a worse customer related experience than this place. The employees will ignore you the entire time you're there. No welcome greeting, no thank you for coming, literally the worse customer service ever. Can I give a negative star 🌟?

    Coffee at night always tastes like hot water only. They add a lot of sugar to cover it up. If you ask for it without sugar, it is nothing more than a hot water drink.

    I come here almost everyday in the evening to order my usual items, and there is this one African American lady, that wears glasses who always messes something up on my order. And I’m tired of it usually I never complain but this is getting out of hand. I pull up to the speaker as well and wait long periods of time when it’s only one person in line 9/10 and it’s me like seriously and then have the audacity to give me an attitude or slam the window on people as well. She is the only person in there that gives me a hard time/troubles. This is outrages, unprofessional, childish etc. Her training is not up to par or something. She needs to get fired or get a talk to with a higher up, manager, management, and I hate to say that.

    I was 100% going to give this Dunkin’ a 5 star.. the guy with his son is awesome. Great customer service, however, tonight.. a young woman was working. There was only one other car in the drive through and they were in front of me. When I pulled up the speaker, she told me to come back later because it was the end of her shift and she was waiting for the the next shift to start. Are you kidding me? So meanwhile, she just closes up shop to wait for the second shift? She couldn’t just take my coffee order. Lazy lazy lazy.

    I'm getting tired of the past couple of months that Glassboro DD has been going down hill for service. A couple of weeks ago they messed my order up,told me I didn't put a order in on the app and then when I called they said it was there after I was already home. They told me I could come get it any time I wanted that day. I go back and they tell me again, no orders,I told them yes I do then they said they put it back. They did give me my order,but why did I have to go threw all that. Coffee never tastes the same way even when I order the same thing all the time. I think I'm going to start going to Clayton. Who needs this aggravation ????

    Love this Dunkin Donuts much better than Clayton, sorry Clayton but this place just moves even when it's busy. However you MUST ask for a receipt, lol and take that survey and get that free 🍩

    I stopped in on Sunday. There was a worker counting tips on the counter next to the cash register who did not acknowledge us. Someone else came in, butted in front of us and ordered on the touch screen. She was taking forever. Maybe almost 10 minutes. The whole time the worker was standing there counting. Finally she told us we can order from the touch screen. But the other customer was still taking her time. With it. At this point we started ordering a mobile order through the app. A third customer comes in and finally the other lady finishes with the touch screen. The third customer tells the woman who is still counting tips he doesn't know how to use the touch screen. So she rings him up. He gets his order and goes. What should have been 5 minutes was like a 20 minute process. I don't expect a whole lot from fast food type places. But this was really rude and a little weird. Save yourself the frustration and go to wawa or the nearby bagel shop.

    App wasn’t working, manager had the inside doors locked turning customers away or to the drive thru, got a bagel with cream cheese. What’s this?

    Out of all the South Jersey locations, they have the speed here. I serious spend less time driving 25 mins away from my Malaga location and coming here. 🙃. They do not make you wait 5 mins at the speaker box before they take your order, like my location. The staff is friendly. They actually make the bacon avocado toast correct at this location. My location and the ones around me are a hit or miss. I get their employees probably aren't paid well but this location their employees don't show it. If no one else tells your staff.. I appreciate them! They make my mornings even though I can not stand driving through Glassboro or traveling past 3 other Dunkins... this one is worth it. The service is worth it. The food is worth it. Please just shut Malaga down and save your money. Give it to the Glassboro employees as a raise. It's well deserved. Also, please keep bacon avocado toast on the menu. It is the only thing most gastroparesis patients can eat for breakfast without flaring up. I haven't been able to find breakfast foods that dont give me flare ups until this! Thank you! I can not digest eggs like a normal person sadly. Even without my chronic illness... alot of people have an egg allergy or are a vegan. This makes it a universal great substitute for eggs. I'm not a vegan so obviously I get mine with bacon. It does cone with out it. Wawa's version just isn't hitting like yours! Thanks again whoever created this wonderful menu option!

    Coffee was made great. They actually mixed my iced coffee which anyone who goes to Dunkin often enough knows is a rare occurrence. However, I ordered a sandwich and a stuffed croissant… both of which were burnt on the outside and still ICE COLD inside. The man who took my order was absolutely miserable. No smile, no warmth or kindness at all. They weren’t overly busy, at 10am on a Thursday. Definitely no reason for the poor food. Again, the coffee was made perfectly and that’s what I went for. So added a star for that. The rest… I could have done without.

    No one knows how to make a coffee anymore! I asked for extra sugar twice in the drive through and didn't receive anything. They need to stop having all these people that don't speak English on the mic! Get these Indians out of our country!

    They are price gouging, last week my drink was $2.97 total and today it was $3.84. I never been to a Dunkin despite the inflation that prices jumped that high that quickly

    Not the worst Dunkin to go to maybe the best in the area tbh. Finally Dunkins coffee quality is going back up. The iced coffee at Wawa is just shamefully watered down.

    First off I have been trying to call this store all day and they don’t answer. I was there late morning today n I ordered a dragonfruit juice with coconut milk. After taking one sip I could not drink it. Either the coconut milk was bad or the fruit juice was bad but either way I got sick after taking one sip. I think you should check your products, their dates that expire and answer your phone !! Not very professional at all and this is one location I will not be going to again

    The worse ever, I searched for A Dunkin closest to me while traveling in glassboro and this popped up and I immediately went but didn’t realize the reviews were so bad and just saw why! The lady at drive thru Seemed not to care about our order and it was wrong! She tried to fix but yet drink was still wrong and food was horrendous! I told her the sandwich she gave us was burned and she said that’s how our toaster is but I’ll do it again! She seemed not to care and gave us a cold sandwich which she supposedly put in the toaster!

    Theirs no way people drink this everyday, I need coffee but theirs not one single time I got a grinch vanilla coffee from their that tasted like coffe it’s always wayyy wayyyyyyy to much cream every single time like how can you all possibly serve this every single day this is the only location I’ve been to that does this

    i wish i could give this location zero stars, i constantly try to give this location a chance as it’s right next to my house but they always mess up my order. i usually don’t pay it too much mind as i try to take into account that everyone has bad days and aren’t always going to be 100% perfect. however, today i draw the line. i ordered 4 orders of hashbrowns and they gave them all to me frozen. unbelievable

    I order the same thing every morning (not at this location) medium hot coffee, 2 cream 2 sugar, cinnaminson raisin bagel toasted w/ cream cheese. I got a warm cup of cream and a cold bagel. If I didn't use the drive up and drive away I would have went inside and made them fix it AND ask for my $1.00 tip back (jk). Very disappointing.
