They do not read delivery instructions, I specifically state to not knock on the door when making delivery, to place it on the chair and they ALWAYS knock. Tonight the pizza was cold, sauces for the cheesy bread were missing, and the pizzas weren't normal domino's pizzas, weren't even cut all the way through and were sliced into different sized portions so they couldn't even be served properly amongst everyone. This location is the absolute worst. DO NOT RECOMMEND. and I will NOT order from here ever again. Absolutely ridiculous. They should shut this place down.

This place has no idea what they’re doing. The girl answering the phone barely pays attention. I asked for the total of my order before getting off the phone was told one price. The delivery driver gets to my house with my 2 small pizzas and 1 two liter soda and tells me a price that is $10 higher than the price I was given over the phone. I then ask for a receipt and was old it was on the side of the box. I look and there is only the totals and no information about pricing. I then call the store, the same girl and answers the phone, I explain the situation and she gives the phone to who I can only assume was the manger or shift leader on duty at the time. He then starts listing off the charges and then tells me he can take a picture of the receipt and text it to me. And tells me that they only give paper receipts when people pay with card. That is highly unprofessional. The employees should be paying enough attention to give correct totals when talking to costumers. I will not be coming back. 40$ for 2 small pizzas… make it make sense

This Domino’s is terrible managed. I ordered my pizza at 8 and I showed up at 8:30 and they said it will be 30 more minutes. I dont think Fast Food Pizza takes 1 hour to make. Anyways, they seemed to be as nice as possible about it, but I noticed all the employees make each and every pie of pizza without gloves or any sanatization. I watched an employee change a song on his phone with headphones connected then walk over to a fresh dough and make my food. Gross.

Long story short don't order from there, they won't refund you when they mess up your order. Save your money.

They mess up orders but never fix it it’s a college town so kids run the joint. If you have problems call headquarters don’t waste your time dealing with the store! Manager never gets back. Just a bunch of kids who aren’t monitored so they don’t care! The old dominoes was better, but this new little joint is a waste!! They haven’t gotten one order correctly in the last 4 orders. We now go to a private pizza place in town not run by kids!! Don’t know how this joint is still open it’s a joke!!

Ordered a pizza via the app, but waited more than 20 minutes in the shop only to get notified they had just got my order… And another 10 minutes to bake… The young lady with false eyelashes was polite while other employees seemed to have an attitude when at work. Teamwork and efficiency should be improved.

This review is for the customer service. We ordered carry out and were given one pizza that was incorrect, unfortunatelywe didnt realize this until we got home. Mistakes happen but it's a 20 min drive to the store. When I called to see what happened the manager apologized for the mix up and personally delivered the correct pizza. It's nice to see that the art of good customer service is still important. Thank you for making things right!

Order was placed and it said they were doing a quality check at 10:36pm. 11pm came and it was still under quality check so I call the store and the guy tells me the order was received but I wanted clarity on when it would be delivered and he brushed me off by saying “the driver left” and hung up. Then the screen said the driver left at “10:48pm” but according to the guy it left at 11:02pm. Still no clarity on when my pizza will arrive.

Just called twice and got hung up on. Not the first time this happened. This location has charged me and canceled my order In the past. Not cool

If I could give zero stars I would, and my photos are enough to prove my point, don't come here if you don't want your pizzas looking like this. Waste of time and biggest waste of money when the staff doesn't give a ounce of care about quality of food.

This dominoes store treat their customers the best. Then even offer free plastic cups and Dominoes signature paper plates.

Placed an order online saying it will be there in 30 mins.. an hour goes by we call only to be told they have one driver and to dont worry we were the next drop off. Called back over 30 mins later to be told our food is in a "hot bag" and won't be cold when it gets there.. we live up the street and weren't even told we could go pick it up.. Guy on the phone just said he doesn't know what to say and the food is still good and should be out shortly. The app literally tells us it's been done for over an hour.. sorry but this store just gets worse every year.

They're not perfect, but we order regularly and are happy with the service and the food. I order a pan pizza with sausage and Parm sauce and it's always perfect. The wife has had a couple not so great looking cheesesteak pizzas come to our door and they do make it right and redeliver a new one. So I will give it to them there. The orders are usually always accurate and hot even if they are a little slow on delivery (which is to be expected on a Friday night)

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! DENIED GIVING MONEY BACK AFTER MESSING UP PIZZA TWICE. EACH TIME IT TOOK PIZZA OVER AN HOUR TO GET HERE. NEVER ORDERING HERE AGAIN!!! SUPPORT LOCAL, NOT THIS TRASH PLACE!!!! TERRIBLE. EMPLOYEES. JAMES told me to deal with corporate for a refund and he wasn't going to do it. Doesn't even know what he got himself into with that.

Place an order at 8:00 p.m. when I asked how long for delivery I was told 30 minutes because they we're not busy. 9:15 pm when I called back to find out where my order was the guy got smart and tried to talk over me. He made the comment you're one of those people you think the customer is always. And you are better than Domino's workers. You know I do believe you are right. I am better than Domino's workers and I am the customer from a generation where customers were treated with respect.. I will never order from Domino's Pizza In Glassboro as long as I live .

If I could I would have given them 0 stars. The customer service was not good at all. No respect at all. Throw stuff at you as if you are getting it for free. People using their personal phone not caring if someone is waiting to be attended.

I stopped using dominos bcuz the spices were so salty and garlicky. It was over kill. But I really wanted cheese bread. So I decided to try them again. I'm so glad I did. The manager,Prince went so out of his way to help me with my order. And the pizza was awesome. Not salty and garlicky. It was perfect. And Prince stayed on the phone for about 10 mins with me to get my order right. Thank you so much Prince. I'll b back next week.

The man with the yellow hair was great, W service. Went above and beyond for us and treated us with respect, this man deserves a raise

This Domino's is always late. They are always very apologetic, but nevertheless, always late with an order. The last two pick up orders were more than 30 minutes late. It's unfortunate because this location is close to where I live, but I'll no longer be ordering from this location.

The food was cooked perfectly and Richard is an excellent manager who treats customers with respect.. I appreciate his efforts... BBQ bacon chicken is so good with cheesy bread and pizza
