WoW great quality food,and service. Subway just lost a customer. Just for point of reference at Least twice the meat but cut right in front of you. Wife had meat ball delicious. I had the super sub Mike's way excellent. Got them pretty much same time. Considering the place was packed we moved through the line fast. Definitely will be coming back. Again and again.

While the steak and cheese is phenomenal, the time to get your order is often incredibly long. I've ordered takeout through the app many times in the last 2 years and they've consistently done the same thing each time; tell me to show up at a specific time (15+ minutes in the future) and then make me wait an additional 20+ minutes for my order after arriving at the store at the established time. It's reasonable to expect to wait a bit if you order in person, but it's absurd to have a mobile order with a pickup time that effectively means nothing. Try the Rocky Hill location as an alternative, they fulfill orders in the expected amount of time.

Came here a few weeks ago. The staff here are so nice, they answered any questions we had. I wasn’t a big fan of the food though, the staff did a good job at preparing it but it just wasn’t for me. I’m just leaving this review to comment on how nice and welcoming they were! Good customer service.

The sandwiches are Delicious! Always fresh,tasty, and satisfying. Good portion. And also I like that it is light on the stomach. I don't feel heavy after eating here.

Unless they go above and beyond what you would get at any other location, I normally don't give reviews to franchise restaurants. Having said that, this business executed exceptionally considering the volume of customers they serve. After being told from Jersey Mike's in Rocky Hill, that no bread was available only wraps, I decided to drive down to Glastonbury's Jersey Mike's. I asked if bread was available and was told that they also were almost out of bread until the manager stepped in and made a suggestion with using the mini breads that was left apart from offering the wraps. This store truly delivered and took the extra mile to not only satisfy my needs but also 3 others who were part of my order. Yes, I did drive a few miles and spent some gas driving from one store to the next but in the end the trip was well worth it. Thank you GM Jonique Davis, AM Brandie Joyce, Ariana, Niko and Andrew for making my experience pleasant and for feeding my family.

Picked up a to go order and it was literally swimming in oil and vinegar, usually great food but can’t eat this order of smushy sandwich 😭

This location is great depending on which crew is there. The sandwiches are perfect and the crew is understanding of orders but you have to watch because they pump through so many orders you might end up with the wrong one. Highly recommend this location over others.

I express that was not comfortable with the same machine being used for the cheese as the meat, being a vegetarian. An employee told me they were willing to clean it. I usually just say no seeing most people see it as an inconvenience , but I greatly appreciate her doing it.
