So me and my aunt went to Starbucks. It was a girls day out and it was going good until we got our order. We order a venti Mango dragon fruit refresher butttt we were given a grande, like what. #whatintheworld #mydayisruined, Oh wait a minute now my cousin's straw is BROKEN!!?? O.M.G

Shout out to Izzy who made me a perfect drink! She always has a smile! She knows my order, she is the best! Hebron Ave is a staple in my day. Without them starting my day, I would be lost. Not exaggerating! 😘

I’m having a terrible day and decided to get some Starbucks, my go-to pick-me-up. I went through drivethru and had the absolute pleasure of being greeted by Alicia who automatically noticed I was down. She was the sweetest partner I’ve ever met. That small exchange shifted my entire mood. I was once a Starbucks partner #216 and she is everything Starbucks desperately needs. So happy she’s just a few minutes away from my job. Made my whole WEEK. Thank you so much, Alicia!

I’m normally not a Starbucks fan but this came across my pintrest and I wanted to try it. Not only was it pretty and delicious, everyone was so happy and friendly it was the best way to start a work day. They was basically no wait time for a busy Glastonbury store!

I visited this location yesterday afternoon around 1:30. I had some work to do so I sat at one of the tables. The talk behind the counter was ridiculously awful. The tall Asian kid was complaining loudly about every customer that he took orders for. If you don’t like the customers then don’t be in a customer business. Then to top it off he said very loudly “oh my God, this makes me want to kill myself!” WHAT!?! For someone who has battled with mental health issues this is unacceptable. I will NEVER return to this location.

The least professional, least courteous, least accurate Starbucks I’ve ever visited. While visiting Glastonbury, they’ve managed to mess up my order more times than they’ve gotten it correct and rather than apologize and exhibit basic customer service skills - you’re at best greeted with disinterest and at worst with outright aggression and hostility, even from management. Make sure you check every drink before leaving the drive through - even for others. There’s no order they can’t mess up. Between the poorly trained team and the abysmal layout which makes drive through lines impossibly long and parking to walk in functionally impossible - this location does a disservice to the Starbucks brand.

Just went in this morning and the AC is broken and employees where having a hard time working and delivering the best experience for the customers. I asked an employee how hot it was and they said the thermostat showed 84 degrees. This store should be closed, until it’s fixed, shame on Starbucks.

Went through drive thru and the person taking my order was very pleasant. Izzy! My drinks were made correctly and delicious. Thank you.
