Food was great service was great. There was some delay with someone getting to seat us. Looks like the same woman running food was also seating tables so the delay was understandable. We were greeted quickly and the food didn't take long....we went in around 8am on a Friday to avoid crowds. No complaints the food was delicious. Especially those pancakes! This is my go to ihop...even my to go orders are on point!

Awesome! Delicious French Toast Combo breakfast with nice rich piping hot coffee. IHOP's coffee is delicious so far not a weak cup. Everything was cooked how I like it and was super fresh, hot, & tasty! Server was efficient & so sweet and really took care of us. Everything was super clean + sanitized. Packed, (10:30 a.m. on a Thurs), but we waited less than 5 min for a booth for 2. P.S.: There is a very young man there who is great; if I had a son it would be him; very warm & polite...wish I could remember his name!🤎

Breakfast at IHOP remains a fun treat. The staff at this location were all friendly, the menu had something for everyone (including healthy options), plus the entree portions are huge. The Spinach & Mushroom Omelette was especially tasty. This omelette featured neat layers of delicious sautéed spinach and crispy bacon. The entree came with three large perfectly prepared pancakes that seemed to dissolve in my mouth. Menu prices are a little expensive for everyday eating but IHOP remains a great value and an affordable place for families.

I love this place! By far the best IHOP experience I've ever had by far! The tables and chairs were clean, the staff and service was friendly, fast, sociable, and the food was excellent! I would definitely recommend coming here if you're ever looking for a great IHOP experience!

Woah. Ive ordered at this ihop numerous times before. This was one big hiccup. I have no idea what this was. Ive ordered the big steak omelette every time for pick up. Havent had a bad experience before until now. For the public safety. Please consider looking more throughly through your cooking process.

This was my first visit to this location in years and I was pleasantly surprised. The service was outstanding. Our waiter remembered our order perfectly. Food came out in a timely fashion and was hot and exactly what we were expecting. We were very pleased and will certainly be back.

The food was good. I was told the wait would be 30 minutes, but it only took about 10 minutes. The staff was very courteous, and the service was quick. Only problem with this IHOP is the parking. There isn't any. The parking lot is way too small for this size restaurant.

This location is always clean, and the food always comes out good. It gets very busy at times, but I've never had more than a 20 minute wait. The restaurant is fairly large, so it can seat a good number of guests--more than that for which the restaurant has parking, I think. No issues with the wait staff.

This Restaurant is always great but Nikki made our family outing a great experience. She was more than you could ask for just a super waitress but felt like family thanks.

I haven’t been to an IHOP in years. Very pleasantly surprised! Restaurant is clean from top to bottom, including bathrooms, always a good sign. My spinach and avocado omelette and pancakes were fresh, hot and delicious. Coffee was great too. We had excellent and courteous service from Sharon. Highly recommend! Thank you Sharon.

Haven't been in awhile. Food was quite tasty 😋 the atmosphere was pleasant

This location needs a thorough cleaning. There's dried up food splashed all over the inside windows, window shades, window sills, the floor, and the seats. I've visited this location several times in recent months and it has always been like this. It makes you wonder what the kitchen is like. The service is great, the employees are friendly, but the restaurant is filthy. I won't even order take-out from here again until they clean this place.

The service we received was top-notch. Our server, Shamia was knowledgeable about the menu and was able to make recommendations that suited our tastes. She was also very friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. She checked on us frequently and has a beautiful personality. personality

We first visited the Pasadena store, which is normally a good experience. Pasadena seated us, but no one came to wait on us, despite our sitting in the open at a table. One guy did mop all around our table, though. We were obviously inconveniencing them. We got the message and left. They held the door open for us to leave. Not a word was said by us or them from the time we were seated until we left. Unreal experience. We then went to this Glen Burnie location and had an outstanding experience. Staff, server, kitchen team, and management were all spot on. It was very nice.

If I could it would’ve been a zero stars!! The worst service EVER!!! It started with the hostess spending time talking on her phone ignoring us. The lady at the carry out not greeting us and when I asked if we are supposed to sit ourselves she stated that she’s new. That doesn’t stop you from getting people. That’s for free!!!! Once we finally got seated our server didn’t come around to acknowledge us for another 12 mins. All the while there’s people everywhere just sitting waiting to be served. I finally got my server and she not only messes up my drink order (only 3 drinks) one of them had a bug in it!!! No sorry no nothing! I asked another server who found it more important to keep patting and finger combing her hair, then offering any kind of service. To get me a manager she looked bothered and the manager never came. I didn’t raise my voice. Spoke to the employees with respect and was offered nothing but horrible service. It starts at the top. If service is NOT important to the leader why would anyone else care. It truly shows! It’s only a Thursday and the place isn’t full.

IHOP is my favorite affordable breakfast spot, this location is fairly huge. The staff here provides excellent service, my wife enjoyed our visit, after we were seated and served our food all took about 15 minutes. Our server checked in a few time to make sure we were good and enjoying our meal.

Quick and attentive service. The food was exactly what we expected. The prices were reasonable. The only negatives was the coffee; it was not bold enough for our taste and they didn’t have Equal, only Splenda.

I just ordered online, and somehow I missed the option pertaining to utensils. I called and a very professional and friendly Lady named Nicky (Nickie) said she will add utensils. I can hear in the background that they must have been super busy, but she didn't rush me off the phone and made me realize that they appreciated my business. *Thank you so much Nicky (Nickie) you are super awesome!
