This place is the BEST!!! Massages are phenomenal and the staff is so kind and accommodating. My husband and I come almost every weekend for couples massages because the prices are so good and it is a quality massage! Highly recommend. You won't be disappointed!

I am an avid massage fan, I’ve gone regularly for the last 10 years or so. As someone who’s had a bad back for some time, I’ve been to many massage places with mixed results. On my first trip to island spa, i had an absolutely amazing experience. Atmosphere is super relaxing, and the set up was superb. Most importantly, the massage itself was the best I’ve had. Lastly, price is very fair and staff is great! Worth mentioning that on my visit, my brother who is very much a “gym bro” joined me to get his first ever massage. He is now hooked, and we both will be returning to island spa as regular as possible. I would definitely suggest making a visit!

So I came here with my husband’s bday and got a massage package on groupon. At the end of the session they kept asking for tip which I didn’t like at all but I said whatever it’s fine but they charged us 45$ we told them 10$ each. I loved the massage but won’t return because they asked for a tip which is optional. Owner gave back the 23$ but still I didn’t like the attitude.

First time coming but it will not be my last. Customer service is top tier. From my initial call to schedule an appointment until the day of my appointment. The massage therapist was excellent, perfect amount of pressure he checked in to assure I was comfortable. I'd only recommend closing the window to prevent the outside noise, there was a steer farmers market going on. Overall my experience was A+, I would highly recommend.

Who is giving this place 5 stars? Are they being paid? Because this is certainly not a 5 star spa. Upon entering, I was met with the strongest smell of Lysol; the place was so hot and stuffy with no air circulation. It did not seem spa like at all. It was clear the woman who did my massage did not know what she was doing. She tried but her movements were so swift she couldn't relieve any tension, she just moved it around; it didn't even feel like a massage, just someone pressing on my back. I left thinking I would never return and that would be the end of it. WRONG. I woke up the next morning in AGONY. I could not move my neck to the left, right, up or down. Whatever this woman had done left me in excruciating pain. 72 hours later and my next stop will be the chiropractor as this woman did a number on me. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra $30 to go to a reputable spa.

Highly recommended, I went with a back pain and after massage I come out like a new. Jenny gave me a great deep tissue massage. New spot tried twice , two time 10/10.

This massage place was a last minute decision. Clean, affordable and most importantly great massage. My first time and most definitely returning. Highly recommended

I have had the pleasure of being massaged by May twice. Her feet massage is absolutely EXQUISITE. SHE IS A TRUE MASTER. For feet there is No One better She pays alot of attention to the ankles & gets into the knees. . Will be going soon. Do recommend.

All I have to say is wow! I walked in there as stiff as a cliff and left feeling as loose as a Goose! The massage was everything. They knew exactly where my pain and tension was, they used hot stones to enhance the massage and relax my body even more. I will be definitely be going back here. The front desk staff was welcoming, and Clear/ Claire (her name) did a firm and smooth massage. I ended up extending it to 90 mins and didn't even tip according to 90 mins, but no questions and rolling of eyes. I will have to add the tip to the next massage with her. I am not sure what my second experience will be but I loved this first visit. I highly recommend this place and Claire.

My boyfriend and I just enjoyed a beautiful couples massage here! We arrived early and they offered us hot stones while we waited and even gave us an additional 10 minutes at the end. Also, there is no up-charge for the hot stones, hot towels or deep massage. They checked in throughout the massage asking if the pressure was good and they were very kind (and funny!) They also offer a deal after 10 visits, you get a free visit. We will definitely be back!

My best friend took me here as a belated birthday gift for a couple massage and it was a wonderful experience. First of all the space was so clean which is something I am always looking out for. The bathroom looked like it was scrub from top to bottom and the rooms were very clean as well. My massage was excellent and the lady made sure to ask me if I was comfortable a few times during the massage. One thing that really stood out was they massaged my knees my hands my feet and my scalp something that is often neglected when I have gotten massages previously and it felt so good! The manager or the owner was very nice also, excellent all around. Would definitely come back!

This place is clean and very welcoming. The lady in the counter was sweet and social. The masseuses there were hard workers, and respectful. They knew how to put good pressure. I love the hot stones. It was not too hot and pressure was just right. Would definitely go back again when I’m in town.

Took my mom and brother here. Great massage! It’s a little difficult to spot because they’re working on getting a sign but it’s on the second floor next to the Quisqueya. Deep tissue was the perfect pressure and got all my knots!!! I have to say my favorite part was the face/skull massage portion. My family also enjoyed their Swedish.

Me and my boyfriend came here today. They were able to squeeze us in same day for a couples massage for 60 minutes. Our room was clean and made us feel relaxed. Our masseuses were very kind and always asking if we were okay before they continued. My boyfriend fell asleep at one point because of how so relaxed he was. Not only were the prices very fair, the woman also gave us a 10% discount. I plan on coming back here again!

I just had a heavenly massage at Island spa in Glen Cove. They are a new spot, and I decided to try them because their prices are very reasonable. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere is serene and calming The rooms are extremely clean and comfortable. I had a wonderful one hour massage. Highly recommend! I’ll be back!

The woman who answered the phone (perhaps the owner?) was nice enough to squeeze me in and make a last minute 1/2 hour appointment during a very busy time of the day on a weekend. My only complaint is that I wasn't able to book a 60 minute appointment (which was my fault entirely for calling at the last minute). Upon walking in she showed me an array of different scented oils and let me select what I preferred. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed for the price point. The massage itself was great. She paid attention to what I asked and worked hard to work out some serious knots. Will definitely be back.
