On the scale from 1 to 10, Duly Health & Care gets MINUS 100 from me! Duly Health & Care is completely unethical with their medical billing and collection methods. They provided the medical services in January and February of 2022. They billed me for the services in March 2022. I started paying my balance monthly, as per the agreement with them. Five months later they have upped my balance saying that there were additional services provided to me in January, that they have not billed for previously. Six months later they upped my balance again w/o any explanation. When I have called their billing department, they have blamed my insurance company for sending them a changed deductible for the same services. When I asked them to share the information received from my insurance, they declined. Duly’s priority is to bill and collect as much as possible. Duly Health & Care has no respect for a patient. If possible stay away from Duly Health & Care at all costs!!!

I have been a patient since 2015 and within the past year service quality and providers hit rock bottom. I went to urgent care for strep throat had a prescription in 20 minutes but the PA never sent it to my pharmacy. I had to speed back before the clinic closed, had him resend to a 24-hour pharmacy because mine had already closed. Only to get an earful from the front desk worker who after 9 years was quitting things have gotten so bad. Scheduled an appointment for my daughter only to receive a call back they were canceling my appointment because they could not help me. My endocrinologist continues to reschedule my appointments only to be canceled because she's in meetings or not in the office. Then must wait another 2-3 months to be seen again. People working the desk at Radiology/Lab are rude and cannot do simple tasks like check in patients.

I had my first mammography done at Duly Glen Ellyn location and I was impressed! It was super easy to schedule an appointment, check in was super fast and waiting time minimal. Technician was very nice and carrying, she explained everything. During the exam she was very gentle and i felt no discomfort. I got my mammography results the very next day. Overall excellent experience.

The practitioners and local teams are fantastic, this healthcare group (duly) is the most awful group I’ve dealt with in my entire life when it comes to healthcare only second to my insurance, and I worked in the industry for a decade. Incredible greed, poor practices, overseas billing and support teams now, just steer clear if you have any other choice. I did formally complain, and a member of their patient care team called me, assured me he’d help, and never called back, utter incompetence and evil.

This is the most frustrating group to book with. Anything scheduled on MyChart is a minimum of a one week wait - for illness and earache. You MUST CALL if you need an appointment for anything. I've had to use urgent care for the last 3 issues, as anyone at Duly is booked for too long to deal with any immediate issues. Tried to get in for a rash for dermatology - they are booked for the next 65 days.

BEWARE!!! Please know this new group has very little appreciation for people. They only care about the bottom line and will not care about patients. After, 12 years of being a patient/customer of dupage medical group. Duly doesn't care about its patients. The billing department hung up on us 5 times in one day. They hung on their own staff member that called with me at their desk. Duly administration office ignores people and doesn't have a billing person locally. PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THEIR OFFICES ARE LOCAL AND YET THEIR BILLING STAFF IS NOT LOCAL. PLEASE BE AWARE DEALING WITH THIS MEDICAL BUSINESS.

The doctors here are mediocre at best, not very caring. They refuse to even answer questions related to specific problems at things like physicals or new patient exams. I had what was billed as a new patient comprehensive exam with dermatology and when asked to list my concerns, I listed all my dermatology related concerns, and they called me after scheduling to specifically tell me i cannot ask any acne related questions and that needs to be a different appointment. They also bill everything as a new patient comprehensive any time you see a new Dr within their system, which to me seems dumb cause what is the point in staying within the network if youre still a new patient every time?? I leave every time feeling like i didnot get my concerns addressed and i am wondering why i still go here. Dr. Adeli in obgyn is the only exception of the Drs ive seen.

Disrespectful Receptionist. They handle and talk to their patients, very rudely. They do have any understanding or Compassion. Hate this office. They need new staff for ears ,nose & Throat, upstairs. The doctor could of Intervene in my Situation but chose not to. So in my eyes he's not a good doctor either. I recommend to go else where, where their more professional like, Hinsdale or Naperville, not this poor rating terrible place.

Duly is a mixed bag. On the positive side: I love the fact that they have multiple locations, and usually getting an appointment with a primary care physician is fairly quick. I have had a few doctors that I absolutely loved at Duly, great bedside manners.. and then others who try to rush you in and out if your appointment, a big negative with me. I’m not going to call anyone out in particular here, however. Offices are clean. Staff is usually friendly. When calling you make an appointment. Hold times in 2022 have been awful and have had multiple glitches with their phone systems.

My husband came in on time for his scheduled COVID-19 vaccine, and they wouldn't take him because he didn't answer their phone call during the same day. The office called him a bunch of times throughout his workday to confirm the appointment, but they never left a voicemail so he did not know who it was. He checked in online in advance, but the office said you have to answer the phone when they call that day, otherwise they cancel your appointment and give it to someone else. What kind of asinine policy is this?! He scheduled this second dose WELL in advance, he checked in online, and he showed up on time. Over an hour round trip of driving for them to tell us that they canceled his appointment for what I consider to be no reason. You guys are telling us that you cancel every vaccine appointment when someone doesn't answer your phone call, even when they check in online? When he asked why checking in online doesn't count, they basically said "Whoops, we don't know! Sorry, no doses left today!" We ultimately decided to cancel his appointment and schedule it elsewhere. Walgreens took us right away and the process was so much easier; they had an available next-day appointment.

After calling in advance to schedule my first appointment at this facility, and specifically confirming that they accepted my insurance, I was told they did not take my insurance as I was checking in. My appointment was then cancelled in front of me. Awful experience.

Was scheduled for pelvic US and did all the pre-testing instruction about drinking water 1 hour before test , arrived 10 min before schedule as instructed , 2 min before my appointment, I checked if the tech can take me already as I needed to pee badly and getting uncomfortable. They told me the tech was just cleaning the room and would take me in 5 min. 5 min past , no tech and it was past my appointment time . I asked again , and 10 min past my appointment time , they said she was just finishing up, well I thought she was just cleaning the room . Obviously, not ready to take me . And I couldn’t hold my bladder any longer so I just went to the bathroom and cancel my appointment since they can’t do the US without a full bladder . If they know the nature of the test and the preparation that it takes and how it can make someone uncomfortable, they should be more efficient. I did all the things that they ask me to do but they’re not ready to do their part . I was so disappointed, wasted time and effort to do the prep. I normally go to Lombard location for labs and it’s way better , more efficient. My first time here and it’s an awful wasted time and experience.

$300 of disappointment in experience at Glen Ellyn clinic. My daughter was over a year into her allergy shots and while at college near Glen Ellyn wanted to continue her regime. I SPECIFICALLY talked to the receptionist and the clinic explaining we have the serums at her college health clinic but would like to transition care and her allergy regime to a local allergist while at college. I talked to the Du Page G. E. Clinic multiple times to coordinate care, and scanned her current serum dosage from her home allergist to them. I was told they could do this, but needed a consult with an allergist first. A lot of work, but worth it for her and all was going well until her appointment with Dr. Smart. He told her despite what we had been told (several times) they could not continue her care, but start her on their own program, and charged us a $305 for the visit. I am sure he is a good Doc, but we would have never made the appointment if they would have their protocols straight. 3 phone calls with patient relations and a promise that someone would get back to me in 5 days with her experience, we receive a form letter 2 months later ....case reviewed, no apology, and pay $305 for a 8 minute visit to tell my daughter they cannot continue her allergy shots after I had done everything possible to ensure their clinic could continue her allergy shots. I never asked for a no charge visit, a slight adjustment would be just, at least an explanation or follow-up call. I am a Doc myself who runs a clinic of 5 docs and am aghast at the lack of professional from their office. I respect and understand they have clinic protocols, but you should be embarrassed at multiple levels. I have given rare google reviews in 10 years, but I gave your clinic multiple chances to rectify your customer service and patient experience.

Some days there is a co pay and other days there is no co pay. Even staff mentioned that there is a “problem” with the system. These problems have been around for years. How much does it cost to fix the billing issues? Also they will hit you with surprise bills after the visit because of the delayed charges being posted. Service is pretty good. Diagnostic imaging appointments can be a circus sometimes. If Northwestern medicine was any better people should go there but they are even worse than this place.

Took my fiance there few days ago, first off the receptionist couldn't understand or hear what we were saying and didn't even bother to take off her earphones. Had to call them the second day, was put on hold for half an hour before the call just dropped; called again, this time on hold for almost an hour and was told to call back in 30 min. Every time I called they told me they couldn't find my fiance's information in the system and I had to provide everything, including insurance information (which we filled in the night we went in) again. Surprise surprise when the bill came the insurance information wasn't there.

A big thank you to Jessica B in Duly Lab services in Glen Ellyn for her kindness, helpfulness, patience, and willingness to go above and beyond to help me with a tough situation. Her suggestions really made a difference on a tough day for me and I am so grateful.

Very bad experience, staff is not responsive. Doctors and PA/Kelly do not return phone calls. They seem to be to "busy" with other things that prevents them from good patient care.

I have tried to reach my physician via her direct phone and the general phone number in Glen Ellyn and have been on hold for at least 15 minutes before I hung up on each occasion. What has happened to the customer service that was DuPage Medical Group. I even tried to reach my physician via MyCharts and no response. Dr. Ho's office has not responded to a request from Walgreen's to renew a regular prescription. A simple prescription refill was not attended to. I tried calling Dr. Ho's office and no response -I've been on hold for more than 15 minutes. Tried again this afternoon and another 15 minutes wait before I hung up. What has happened to Dr. Ho and Dupage Medical Group?

Unfortunately this location has just been horrible, we will no longer be seeing Dr. Scott Murphy. There's always a problem... with insurance or the clinic coordinators are trying to avoid giving you an appointment. Duly pediatrics should do better for our children - it's a shame.

Been a patient since 2017, I am on my 5th doctor, every physician I have had has quit! I called in today and the representative pretty much told me "oh well figure it out on your own!" currently looking for a new health care team Duly has gone all the way down! I will not be returning. Lastly, Duly, you are asking people to reach out to you regarding these reviews because you know no one will! the best business practice you should be doing is calling patients to see what the disconnect is so that you can properly run the company and train your staff.

Our Doctor’s office was bought by duly that is the only reason I am in this group. Of course they make it hard to see him or contact him. This has to be the worst medical group in the area. If you like run arounds sitting in the waiting room for at least 30 minutes past your appointment and than feel like the doctor is rushed and can’t be bothered by you than you are in luck. They have a call center out of the area and by out of the area I mean it’s over seas. My old doctors are great and I will miss them but this is the last year I will deal with duly. The absolute worst in my opinion.

Dr. Griffith Hsu is the worst ears, nose, and throat doctor I’ve ever had. He was 5 minutes late to my appointment, normally I wouldn’t mind, except he rushed through the next 6 minutes of my actual appointment. I was only in his office for 6 minutes. He also brushed off many symptoms I was expressing, as if they weren’t important enough for him to hear. A couple weeks later I got a CT scan referred by him. He claimed that the CT was normal but yet there are indications showing up, along with the symptoms I have, that point towards chronic sinusitis and inflammation of the ethmoid air ways - which are very treatable things. And Dr. Hsu says my extreme discomfort in my throat and nose are normal? I feel his adequacy is diminished and he should probably study his field harder and have more patience if he actually wants to make a difference in people’s lives. All the other doctors, nurses, even custodial staff at this location are incredibly kind and respectable people. But not Doctor Hsu, he’s rude and unethical.

I am trying to schedule a shingles vaccine. I called scheduling and they scheduled me at Glen Ellyn. We made an appointment and got there and after 10 minutes of waiting they said we needed to go to our general doctors office to get the vaccine. They didn’t offer to schedule anything for us. So we left and called scheduling again and they scheduled us for Lombard. I arrive at Lombard a different day for my nurses visit and they said I was scheduled with my doctor and not the nurse. There is no nurse giving vaccinations today. The woman at the front said that scheduling has no idea how to schedule vaccines. OMG! So now what do I do? I don’t understand!

Every Dr I have dealt with has been amazing. Every person I have talked to when calling to book an appt has been sweet and helpful. I have used other medical groups and hands down Duly Health has been on the top of that list for customer care. I have seen a primary that I love and several specialist for different things. I have not meet person in Duly that was not caring and helpful with my needs. I will not go anywhere else.
