Wonderful place, amazing stuff,very unique and elegant. Stuff was very attentive and professional. Venue was amazing, large enough for big parties. Food was innovative and super fresh. And chocolate chips cookies as a dessert after party was superb 👌

As a company we have performed at Glen Head Country Club for numerous celebrations. The coordination with Rick and Luis , the on point precision in how that party is run, the quality of food, the quality of service along with the dedicated staff makes it a pleasure to perform here every time. For musical purposes the way the staging is set for the band accounts for fantastic acoustics as well, making it not only more enjoyable for the guests but more enjoyable for the musicians as well.

Enjoyed a wonderful summer wedding. The outdoors ceremony was lovely; the golf course views are stunning!. Beautiful rooms, top service, great catering. Five Stars!

I have frequented this venue many times as I am a vendor in the events industry. Upon my arrival to the club I pulled up to valet in a BMW and asked for my car to be valeted. I was told NO rudely and abruptly and was treated like I was beneath the club owners on arrival. The gentleman said you can unload your belongings and then park all the way down the hill on the right after the little house. I’d recommend couples to think twice before reserving this venue for your wedding. Garden City hotel is a gorgeous high end venue and treats their patrons and vendors as equals. Reconsider your valet staff and procedures because it was quite a disappointing experience. I’ll be sure to share my experience with the countless couples I come in contact with when asked for advice on venues.

This course is beautiful and challenging. From the rolling hills to the tall fescue. Greens were super fast and pin placement was challenging. Clubhouse was beautiful with a patio that overlooks a decent amount of holes

Very shabby and outdated hotel The Presidential suite was dirty, cheap looking and old furniture falling apart. I have been a Hyatt fan over the years but this one is way down on my list

We had to cancel wedding in the spring of 2020 due to Covid 19. The club was closed. They offered other dates in the summer and fall/ winter of 2020. Not knowing what was going to happen with Covid 19 we were hesitant to rebook. As it turned out any of those other dates would also have resulted in cancellation. We asked for our deposit back and they refused. After much back and forth discussion they agreed to return half the money. They kept over 12,000 dollars of our money for nothing. No services were rendered. The date could not be rebooked even if they wanted to. Unfair to keep our money under the extenuating circumstances I would never recommend having an affair with such an unscrupulous club.
