Did not complete my hair cut and did it all wrong and they own dogs in the place.

Someone’s daughter cut my hair yesterday. She doesn’t speak english, but she understood that I needed a trim. My hair ended up with a very blunt, uneven cut that looks like I took house scissors to it at home. Tried to communicate that I wanted my face frame to maintain it’s current shape, ended up with them being cut straight across like bangs (also left as a blunt cut). A worker at a different chair attempted to help communicate how I wanted it cut, but to no avail. When my hair was styled at the end, it was not parted with my original straight part, instead with a strange diagonal part going from the side in the front to the middle in the back.

Their salon says that they open at 10:15, but they never open at that time. I got there at 10:15, waited 30 minutes, and they still never showed up. Not how you run a business.

They always do a really good job ! They take their time in every single detail , the wait is long but the results are worth it!!! Make sure you tip them well
