Came to this location at 8:17 pm lobby doors were locked. There were customers inside. Went to the drive thru window to inform them the doors were locked. Was told by the manager not enough people working. Nobody wants to work she said. Drive thru is full and again customers inside eating. So not understanding why the doors or locked. A simple solution would be to tell customers that walk in we are short staffed tonight so it may take a little longer. This location never opens on time in the mornings I've experienced that here before also.

TERRIBLE customer service !!! waited in line for 20 minutes then received the wrong order. the lady at the window gave us the wrong order AND refused to give us the right one, too. she claimed to “hook us up” by throwing extra fries in the bag when we ordered a large and only received a small fry with a mcdouble. worst fast food experience ever. i’m NOT lovin’ it.

The food is always good here. Most of the workers are lovely. Person taking the orders sometimes is borderline rude. When I drove up to get my order, it was night, the trash can at the window was overflowing and the staff was standing around chatting. I had to wait for my order, which was fine, at least I know it's fresh. The person that brought it to me acted put out. I probably won't go back.

Food is usually ok, but always mess up my orders. General manager has an attitude every time I visit here. Needs to go to an anger management class for his attitude and temper. Dining room is always disgusting even with the packed staff in the kitchen. Don't know what this location is doing...

Well this morning was the worst experience ever. I forgot to add my coffee to the order and at the window I asked if I could add it on, the lady went to get the manager I guess she didn't speak English well. The manager with an attitude said no we don't do that here at the window. I was like the last time a few weeks back they rang it up at the other register, she said I do not and rolled her eyes. I was like wow that was very rude. I let it go.. I'm waiting at the window for like 4 mins waiting for the food. and she the manager tossed our bag and I told her with the time that we have been waiting I'm sure it wouldn't have been an issue to ring it up at the other register again she rolled her eyes and was shaking her head. I asked for her name and she walked away. I asked the lady at the window what her name was and in Spanish she started talking about me in Spanish , I responded to her in Spanish and I asked if she could please give me the name of the manager I just spoke with. She said nothing at all. I hear a older man at the door down from drive thru window yelling me me to pull up as I'm holding the line. I pulled up and he was even worse that the lady was, he said what is your problem what do you need. I told him I was simply asking for the managers name, he said why do you need her name for. I said because I was going to call cooperate and make a complaint. he then said why what happened I started to explained to him what had happened and he said No we cant take orders at the window. I said I understand that is not why I'm upset I'm upset with the way I was being treated. The way the lady in the window was talking about me in Spanish not knowing I also speak Spanish. He walked away. So both "Managers" refused to give their names and both treated me poorly. Glendale McDonald's you need to do better! We stop here at least 5 times a week sometimes all 7 days. I don't mind changing my route to give another McDonald's my money to not be treated so poorly.

This place was a dump!! There was garbage all over the restaurant. The drink area was filthy and sticky. There were old receipts on the floor. The staff were cussing and swearing and discussing their significant others issues. The food pick up area had cleaning items in it that were clearly not being used. McDonald's corporate should really pop in on a Saturday night to see how this restaurant is operating. It's a head pass for me.

This location constantly cleans their frappe and smoothie machines during the times people order them most. Was like 4th in line and told i had to wait for my small order of hash-browns which should’ve been fresh or warm and ready from a previous batch. Poor time management decisions

Drive thru is always a hassle. The headsets let you know that someone is at the intercom and yet I always have to announce that I have been there waiting for them to take my order. But Tuesday October 10th when I received my order, there was curly hair in my sandwich and the fries were as hard as ever!
