šŸ˜  This place is so terribly rude. I walked in at 1:50pm for my 2pm hair cut appointment and the lady at the front desk and the student with her looked at me made eye contact and just ignored me and went on to talk to each other for like 3 minutes while I just stand there waiting to check in. Then when... People often mention face,

This place is so terribly rude. I walked in at 1:50pm for my 2pm hair cut appointment and the lady at the front desk and the student with her looked at me made eye contact and just ignored me and went on to talk to each other for like 3 minutes while I just stand there waiting to check in. Then when they were finally done talking and the student walked away the lady at the front desk goes back to the computer and I had to say excuse me for her to talk to me. When I told her why I was there she said oh sorry I forgot to call you we donā€™t have enough students today so we have to cancel your appointment. This place has no concept of customer service.

This place is not only mismanaged but it also lacks with customer service. Very Rude so called Teachers and the place is so mismanaged as far as scheduling. If you have an appointment one day each month for the next six monthsā€™ they will cancel 80% of the time. If your appointment is at 9am, they will notify you when you get there. No call , no email. This place is the bottom of the barrel.

Probably one of the worst facials Iā€™ve ever gotten. First they put a precleanse on my eyes and let it sit there. Why would you put anything on the eyes and let it still there? I said it burns can you wipe it off. I got home my eye still burns a little. Then she did a poor job of removing cleansers and mask off my face. I had to say ā€œ I still feel residue, can you go over with another swipeā€. She did but when I left and looked in the mirror I had residue around my nose and mouth and in my eyebrows lmao. Anyone who knows anything about skin care knows that residue will make you break out, so I essentially paid this school to make me break out tomorrow. At the end she barely put any moisturizer on and I told her my skin feels dry can you put extra and she barely did. I went home just to put some fkng moisturizer on. I would rather go pay over 100 else where and get a good facial. On top of all of this, I asked what products were being used on my face and what was in it. As an esti you should be telling me whatā€™s going on my face and why. Common sense. The teacher seemed to get offended that I asked and said ā€œwhy, are you allergic ?ā€ I had to tell her ā€œI like to know what ingredients are going on my face. What a joke that this is how they train their estis. My face feels itchy and now I had to layer a completely diff moisturizer that I had at home. Are you guys that cheap with your products that you can barely spare a proper amount of moisturizer for someoneā€™s face? Why is it that the customer has to ask whatā€™s going on their face and why? Can you guys teach your students how to properly give a facial? I should also mention Iā€™ve taken a dermalogica product class before down town and they never said to put precleanse on the eyelids so that it gets into their eyes lol. And after she put the toner she blotted it off. Iā€™m like why are you doing that? Dermalogica tells you to layer on their products when itā€™s still damp, so removing toner is incorrect and a waste of toner. Maybe this contributed to why my face was so damn tight and dry at the end. No idea what Tricoci is doing when teaching their students but itā€™s questionable. Donā€™t waste your time

Iā€™ve been coming here for cuts, colors and styles for 10 years now. I enjoy the atmosphere because itā€™s a group of young people who are enthusiastic and want to please their clients. You canā€™t beat the prices, but it will take longer. Itā€™s a school. The receptionist, Marge is wonderful. After a brief discussion, educators will reiterate expectations to the student with you there just to clarify. Then the educators check back to see progress. Iā€™m always happy with the outcome. If you come often, the VIP program is something to inquire about.

Tried to book an appointment but couldnā€™t. Went to get tested to see if I was allergic to their bleach and then I was told to hide my arm with the bandage with the bleach underneath, that was very strange. Didnā€™t understand why they didnā€™t want people to see meā€¦
