Thank you Ki’s for not judging us. My husband and I are truck drivers and was finally off the road for our reset and I demanded my husband take me out for dinner. I didn’t realize the place I had chosen was so fancy. We walked in with our work boots and hoodies on. Waitress was great! She talked for a minute with us and gave great quick service. We ordered raw oysters, the French onion soup was great, Caesar salad and my husband had the hot honey chicken. Presentation was on point! Everything was fresh and came out quickly. We will definitely be back on our next reset.

This was a horrible experience and unfortunately it took place on Mother's Day. I'll start with what was good before moving into the issues. Success - We were seated within 10min of arriving at our reservation time - Our table was clean and prepared for our party - Drink orders were taken and delivered within a few min Issues - Our waitress was rude, kept reaching over plates, and had an attitude when asked questions for clarity. - The waitress assumed my children's ages when bringing the check and charged my son as an adult vs just asking for details. - The food lacked flavor and consistency. Some of the food was overcooked and other items were undercooked. - None of the servers who maintained the buffet area wore gloves or masks. My Biggest Issue - When the waiter brought my check she attempted to add her own gratuity (17.69%) in the area the customer is supposed to complete. Then when I called her on it, she told me "it was mandatory". I scratched out what she wrote and wrote my own dollar amount. She proceeded to get upset and told me and my family "I don't need your money, you can leave" in the middle of the restaurant and stormed off. I spoke with the manager who confirmed gratuity is "suggested" and that her behavior was unprofessional, but nothing else was done. I ALWAYS treat people with respect and leave a 15-20% tip at restaurants regardless of the food quality as long as the person assisting my table is professional, polite, courteous, and respectful. It's not about money, it's about your level of respect and how you treat your guests. This was the worst experience I've ever had and would never recommend this establishment.

It wasn't busy when we were there but our server seemed annoyed to be there. Refills were a struggle to get on drinks. Food was really good except steak was med rare instead of med well. Server rolled her eyes when asked to cook the steak a little more.

I will preface this by saying we have been at Kai’s for both brunch and dinner previously and enjoyed it. I don’t know if it is attributed to the pandemic and the loss of revenue but this place has gone seriously downhill. We were a party of 4 for brunch. Three of us chose the buffet and one ordered off the menu. I start with the brunch; it’s 12:30 pm, prime brunch time, the majority of the chafing dishes are empty and not being promptly refilled. Most items were lukewarm at best. The dressing accompanying the turkey was the consistency of pudding and looked like no dressing/stuffing I’ve ever seen. The pot roast was not trimmed and there was a lot of fat. There were pieces of pizza puffs cut into quarters limp and lifeless. Bacon was empty. $29 per person with empty and picked over limited options. One of us ordered the filet off the menu. When the waitress brought it out it looked like a joke - a tiny piece of meat on a big white dinner plate. I asked if it was from the children’s menu. To make matters worse the center was all gristle. This was clearly not filet. Even the soda was flat with not enough syrup in the mix. A total bust all the way around. If you look around you’ll note all pride in the establishment is gone; worn carpet with a split in the seam and frayed edges, worn booths now gamble machines. It’s a shame they’ve allowed the business to reach this point.

I love this restaurant. It has a wonderful mid century supper club atmosphere that is a lost art in fine dining today. The service has always been great and the food is always tasty and properly cooked. The steak Diane is my favorite on the menu. It’s a little expensive but totally worth it. If you liked places like “The Flame” or the “Terrace” you will certainly love it here. Great place for an Anniversary or date night.

Went on a Sunday brunch time, the service was timely and accurate. The cream of chicken soup was very delicious. The brussel sprouts hit the spot as well. I had the salmon the veggies were a little undercooked, fiancee had the chopped salad. We left full and content. They have a farm out back it's a nice view. Our only complaint is the large table next to us was so loud our server had trouble hearing us they were literally yelling but that's not the place's fault.

Loved the atmosphere! The whole place, from decor to customers, seems to be stuck in the 80’s. Good food. Loved their asparagus! The steaks were tender. Definitely on the pricey side. You should check it out if you’re the older crew.

I was completely blown away by this restaurant. I have nothing negative to say. The staff is very friendly and the food was way above my expectations! Everything was delicious! No doubt in my mind we will be back. Food was fresh and you can tell they take pride in the dishes. Highly highly recommend!

We really enjoyed this restaurant. It was like going to an old Wisconsin Supper Club (except the prices were a bit higher than a typical supper club). We went during the holiday season and it was decorated nice and gave a comfy, cozy feel. Our waiter was very nice and accommodated every request. The food was delicious, plentiful, and presented very nice! The desserts are made on site and sooo yummy!! I wouldn’t hesitate to return, there are a couple of other menu items I would like to try!

This is a great spot! It is independently owned and has been a staple in the community for decades. Great good- comfort food! Menu has lots of variety. The restaurant is clean and the atmosphere is nice- maybe like a supper club. You could be casual or dressy here and be welcomed. Service is great. I had the Colorado Lamb Chops! They were perfectly prepared. Great service.

The food here is amazing. Our waitress Kay is the ABSOLUTE BEST. I cannot emphasize this enough.... if all wait staff was like her, I would be going out to eat a lot more often. If only this place was closer to NJ. Highly recommend! And you get to see animals as well so that's a plus. Keep up the good work guys!

This place was amazing! I walked in and was not expecting it to be as fancy as it was. There were decorative lights everywhere and a very warm feeling. The hostess was friendly and picked a seat for me to enjoy seeing most of the restaurant (I went by myself). They were quick to get me a menu and some water first thing. The waitress, Josie, was amazing! She was friendly, communicative, and got every last detail correct. The food tasted phenomenal! Everything was so perfect I was smiling through the whole meal and continued after I left.

Great place and a staple in the community! Independently owned! Kind of has a supper club atmosphere. Clean. Good service. Full bar. Comfort food! Homemade pie! I had the Colorado Lamb Chops and they were cooked perfectly.

Anthony suggested the butterfly filet, Caesar salad , and garlic shrimp ! One filet with blue cheese crust and the other with horseradish crust ! Omg ! An absolute gastronomic delight - just savoring the flavors was amazing ! If I’m doubt ask Anthony “gastronaut extraordinaire” ! Buon appetite!

Amazing traditional restaurant. Family owned and operated. This restaurant is a true treasure to its local community. It stayed operational during Covid and kept us believing in our ability to stay free and open. Thank God for places like Ki's. An American model of excellence.

My dining companion suggested this restaurant to see if it had changed in the last few decades. It had, but arguably only for the better. We commented on the 1980s music before realizing that this was the equivalent of 1940s music at the steakhouse when we were kids. We have become our parents. In that vein, we ordered cocktails instead of beer (do they even have beer?) and toasted to our parents introducing us to fine dining. We shared a platter of raw blue point oysters - prepared perfectly and served with horseradish and cocktail sauce - before our entrees arrived. I could have easily chosen the cedar plank salmon or the equally enticing chicken piccata, or any of a half dozen meals that beckoned. They also have an impressive selection of steaks and seafood, as it is their specialty. But I indulged in the hot honey chicken, whose asparagus side called to me. And, c'mon.. Hot honey sauce? No contest. Having sneaked a look at the dessert special (creme brulee), we saved room for that delight to finish out our visit. I highly recommend Ki's on every metric - service, value, food quality - and can't wait for an occasion to return.

This place throws off a vibe of a supper club, dated interior, same as it was 20 years ago. Food is really good but there’s nothing unusual or crazy on the menu. I’d call it well executed comfort food. This is the perfect place to get a roast or meatloaf. Also a Saganaki. Back in the 80’s I ate frog legs here. Those are no longer on the menu. I think back then it was considered really fancy, now I’d call it nice but not fancy. The banana cream pie had fake whip cream, it was just OK. The waiter was very good and really casual. If my Gram were alive she’d probably prefer more formality but he knew his stuff and gave great service. Parking is plentiful and easy access from 64/North Ave, which is big and can have heavy traffic but getting in is no problem.

My parents have been going here for as long as I can remember. They provide excellent personal service and the food is outstanding. It's our go to place for family meals.

We had our wedding reception here last night and it was an amazing time. Terry the owner takes you in as one of his own and tends to the whole party. The staff did a great job as well with the craziness we had going on. Food was amazing as well. We couldn’t have had asked for a better place and or service! Thank you guys!

Josie was the first clue about the wonderful experience we were going to have. Very friendly and extremely helpful, patient as we picked our choices and followed our sharing instructions perfect. The jumbo shrimp in our shrimp cocktail could have been our meal. The steak was prepared as we ordered it. We will recommend Ki's to all our friends.

Was my daughter's birthday. She was so looking forward to the prime rib special. Asked for rare and it was mire like medium, she did not complain to the waiter. My rib eye steak was excellent and just what I asked for. The other two in our party had the salmon. The fish was good but the vegetables were on the hard side.

The food is absolutely delicious! I even tried dishes I have never liked and they were wonderful! Our server was magnificent taking care of every need of my group of women bowlers. The location is great, easy to find. The atmosphere is perfect for a casual dinner or a formal gathering. We enjoyed everything about this restaurant. Great job!

Our first experience at Ki’s was absolutely amazing! We made a last minute lunch reservation for 8 and when we arrived, our four kids were greeted by the owner and invited for “special drinks” at the bar. Our waiter, as well as the rest of the wait staff was above and beyond and made tiny personal relationships with each of the kids and our family. The food was very good all around. Very big portions and there was so much food. Terry the owner was above and beyond the best host and went above and beyond for our family. Thank you for a great experience.
