It's been some years since I've been here but I stopped by and it's been remodeled so the atmosphere is pretty nice and they definitely have some good specials Monday through Thursday so it's definitely worth stopping by and grabbing some good food at discount prices👍

I been eatting at tommys for 20 years and the last 2 times i have gotten food it has been horrible. Today I ordered popcorn chicken meal and few hotdogs with fries. The fries were raw, popcorn chicken was mostly breading and small hard crispy pieces. The hotdogs were cold. Tried to call and got hung up on the first time and didn't get an answer the second time i tried. Very disappointed

I'm only giving 1 star because I can't give zero. They have their business hours until 9pm. I have not gone there in a very long time. I went there at 8:15 one night and they already had the doors locked and were laughing behind the counter and talking to another, and ignored I was out front. The second time exact same situation. However, it was at 7:45. I knocked at the door because they already locked it and the woman with curly hair put her hand up motioning to "shoe" me away. Their prices have quadrupled and that is quite contradicting if they want to stay in business. You can't hike your prices expecting to make a profit and treat your customers like their inconvenient trash. Tommy's used to be one of my favorite places growing up, and now they treat their customers like they are a burden if you dare to try to come in and order food within 2 hours of their closing hours.

Great food, great service, I have been going to Tommy's for over 25 years. Been to most of their locations. Hope to be going for another 25 years

What a joke… I called to place an order well before 10pm which is closing time and was told they were already closed. I always have an issue at this location… ALWAYS!

Ordered two Gyros. I liked certain ways not too over cooked, little extra crispy white onion and a order of cheese fries. These guys always obliged. Great and very quick service. Good people works there. Will always go there. Thanks guys. Exceptional service.

Ordered the Philly cheese steak via door dash, delivery was fast and as expected, was definitely not a fan of this sandwich.. nothing like a traditional Philly.. it was basically a Italian beef with onion and cheese.. was expecting chopped up Ribeye like in the description.. I have had other things here that were definitely better than this.. please change the meal description for this item on your menu.

I'm Tommy, this is a certified hood classic place and honestly would eat there 3 times a day. W restaurant love the Mets.

So Today I Had Called And Placed An Order For Pick Up And My Understanding Is That They Close At 9pm. I Had Placed An Order Around 8:30 And Was Told That My Order Would Be Ready In 10 Minutes. And So I Arrived There About 10-15 Minutes Before Close Time And The Hispanic Lady Who Worked There Literally Stoped Me And Told Me To Leave Because They’ve Closed And I Tried To Explain To Her That I Only Came For A Pick Up Order That I Placed. And She Denied And Demanded Me To Leave. TOTALLY Unacceptable😡 !!!! I’ve Been Going To Tommy’s For 15 Years And Never Had Any Issues Up Until Then!!!😡

The food I have received has been good, but the issue is every time I order from here I literally only get half the order. Every Time!! How do you keep letting this happen. And then when I call multiple times, no one ever answers the phone. I tried to give it another chance, but I’m not going to risk getting half of my family’s dinner.

Fries were okay, but the sandwich was incredible. Which is perfect because the sandwich is what I went there for. And service was above and beyond. The lady brought my food to my truck since I had my kids with me. Will certainly return.

Italian beef is top notch! The best I've had in the west Chicago suburbs!

Why are you showing on Uber that you’re open late if you close at 10pm. Waited half an hour before my order got canceled..

They sell very delicious hotdogs. Buy the hotdog! There's a small space inside the restaurant; just order to go.

How in the hell this place has 4 stars? Low expectations and self esteem? Their Philly cheesesteak sandwich is an insult to Philly! This was more like a rubber band sandwich with grilled veggies. Definitely garbage can worthy!!!

I’ve been going to Tommy’s for years now, I grew up down the street. Their food is always excellent, I love the Mac and cheese bites as a side and the Cajun chicken sandwich is really delicious!

Ordered the 1/3 lb ribeye steak sandwich that comes with lettuce tomato and mayo. They sent me an Italian beef sandwich with lettuce tomato and mayo. Gross.

Tommy’s is unfortunately not how it used to be. I asked my boyfriend to get us Tommy’s Saturday night while I stayed in with our baby and he was denied service. He showed up at 9:35 pm at the same time as an older gentleman. My boyfriend got to the door first and as nice as he is opened the door for the older gentleman to go in first. The guy at the front told my boyfriend sorry that guy is the last person we’re serving. Tommy’s is fast food and closes at 10:00 pm…luckily my boyfriend just got us portillos instead. Tommy’s either change your hours or talk to your employees on proper customer service.

A classic in Glendale Heights. I remember walking over here after school and getting a gyro and cheese fries. Almost 20 years later, not much has changed. Good deas every day of the week. Real nice guys working there too.

I used to love eating at Tommy’s but it’s not the same anymore. I ordered a Gyro recently and the the gyro meat was very burnt and they were very stingy with the gyro sauce, I barely had any on my sandwich. However, I will say that the portion size is still very filling and that’s pretty much all I like about it. I probably wouldn’t recommend this place anymore and I won’t be eating here frequently either.
