At one point during the session, Rima relieved the tension in my hip so effectively that I found myself in tears, not from pain, but from the profound relief and gratitude I felt. Ashlee did a nice job. I was upset by the no option for privacy in changing room and showers especially having my 16 year old daughter there. They knew i was booking an appt with her and that mine would take longer and no one told me that everything was co-ed. It was hard to relax and enjoy either of our services

I had done brow lamination and burned my skin. went back there but they did nothing about it. The so called AH assistant manager is too busy that it couldn't come out to talk to me. Even as a customer, I do not agree with customer is always right. Too expensive even compared to a better salon. My brow lamination done look like I've done nth but got burned LoL. I'm not gonna get poor from the money I've spent but they ain't gonna get rich from what they got from me either. Still, they could have done a better job and a better customer services.SMH..................I felt like I paid 110 to get fup LOL

Just finished with my first pedicure visit. I was taken care of by Cody who's been with them for 6 years. She was amazing at her craft, knowledgeable about the products and a real people person. We need more dedicated workers out there that actually care about their job and the customer. Great Job Cody !

First time ever writing a review but this was too bad not to share. I went in for a balayage touch up with a new stylist since mine moved away. She ended up doing a full highlight even though she knew I had root shadowing in the past so it wouldn’t lift properly and long story short it looked horrible and was exactly what I specifically said I didn’t want. She didn’t offer to fix it and kept making excuses about why it didn’t look good. I immediately left and called the downtown location to see if I could get in to have it fixed because I didn’t want her touching my hair again. I am a student and live out of state so had to go to another salon to pay ANOTHER $250 to have it fixed. When I explained the situation they still wouldn’t issue a refund. Overall very frustrated with not only the lack of experience from the stylist but management as well.

I came here the day before my wedding to get my nails done and a massage service. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helped ease any of my stress! I left feeling more confident and ready for my big day. Kanin did a lovely job on my nails (they still look great) and listened to all of my concerns. Rob was a great massage therapist as well! I will be visiting again!

I received a massage. The table and head rest was old and uncomfortable. She slapped a super hot towel on my back with no warning and the front desk clerk was rude. I’m never going back. It is no longer a spa experience, but rather a mall massage.

Victoria is amazing and really helps with your needs. She walks you though the process and asked needed questions to help with your massage journey. HIGHLY RECOMMEND booking a session with her.

I had a terrible experience with the customer service at Neroli. They were rude and unhelpful, and it felt like they didn't care about my concerns. Despite going to this salon for years, they charged me a high cancellation fee after giving me conflicting information. When I called to discuss this, I never got a response. I would never recommend this salon to anyone and will never be going back.

I went for a pedicure, and I arrived 15 min early. I wanted the full spa, shower experience with my services. I had been to Neroli in Brookfield for a facial and it was offered, so I assumed that came with every service. I opted to take a shower, and my pedicure was canceled

As always love my experience at Neroli before, during, and after my treatment… especially my ME time in the waiting room soaking my feet. I am Eve’s loyal customer!

I waited about 2 weeks after my service to give this honest review. This was my first time here, and unfortunately, I really hate my new look. Maybe it was hard to fully evaluate my new look before leaving the salon because I just had a nice wash with great products in but once it dried and the following days using the products I always use and love for my hair, I felt embarrassed to leave my house. My hair looks nasty and just plain awful every single day. I am so disappointed and upset. It doesn’t look at all close to what I was hoping or wanting. I will say the staff, including my stylist, were very nice and the process was smooth. Very nice and clean salon. I’m sure many people will have and do have great experiences here, but unfortunately I did not and probably won’t be back.

Only giving a single star as that’s the lowest it goes. Hands down the worst haircut I’ve ever paid for, Hellen Keller (blind and deaf) could have done a better job. My sideburns are two completely different lengths, the fade isn’t even a fade or blended, and the hair that I actually have on top is cut all different lengths with no rhyme or reason to it. It’s pretty embarrassing to have people laugh at your hair cut let alone admit you paid a professional to hack it that bad.

I have had amazing Ayurvedic services with Eve. I saw her for monthly Abhyanga services through my second and third trimester during my pregnancy and it made such a difference in alleviating aches and pains and reducing my stress levels. So very thankful for her and her services before, during, and after pregnancy! Highly recommend!
