The dirty, filthy, and worst place I’ve ever stayed. The blankets on the beds have burn holes in them. The sheets didn’t look clean. The floors were filthy, with sunflower seed shells on the floor. The floor looked like there was dried gum stuck to the fake hardwood. The bathtub was dirty, and it looked like mold had joined the party. The $150.00 plus prices are excessive. The place does have an on-duty security guard on sight overnight (it looks like it needs a security guard. When I made my complaint, I was told that since they sell out every night, the maids don’t have time to clean all the rooms. Pictures speak louder than words, so here are some—photos for you. Don't do business with this facility.

Ive lived in this area most my life, so even though it's not the best area, I am not uncomfortable. Check in was quick and easy. Staff was very friendly. Room was a good size, and very clean. No bugs, that I saw. Mattress was clean, and also very comfortable. For the price in my opinion, you get a pretty decent room. I will return here whenever I need a room for the night. Thank you!

Booked this motel by Agoda. They didn’t mention the homeless people here until I checked the google review. I decided to cancel the reservation 1 hour after I booked the room but they charged me 200USD for the cancellation. I can’t help but pay for the cancellation fee. If you wanna book hotels from apps like Agoda, remember to check the google review before you book the room. I think safety is always the first priority.

There was a power outage from 4pm to 11:30 pm my daughter and my poor dog were so hot Nancy from motel 6 got me a room quickly and she was so nice and sweet from the outside it's not all that but inside the rooms they were so upgraded and nice it was awesome! I was now comfortable and not hot anymore ☺️ I was very pleased would definitely recommend!

Motel 8 we booked ahead of time was a nightmare, so start looking around, find another hotel for the night, called one close by Motel 6, manager tells me over the phone they have a few rooms available at 100, very nice. Head over there about 20 minutes, get there and she charges me 125 for the night, why it changed fr 100 to 125 had me scratching my head, plus the rooms were a 5 out of 10, seems like all rooms In Phenix online from a magazine and not the real rooms, look nothing like what is advertised!!!!! Buyer beware!

Getting to this location was difficult to get to. Upon arrival the parking lot was small but was made smaller by containers and construction equipment. the clientele were questionable at best with drug deals going down in the parking lot daily. My significant other was hit on several times by the drug dealer who had other women in his room at the time. To the point the neighbor told him not this one after he saw me. Which was what we were greeted with at the top of the stairs. Finally the rooms looked decent enough but my entire family was bitten by bed bugs from chest to legs. Would not recommend until they finish renovations and get rid of the questionable environment.

Don’t waste your time staying here. Had a roach in our bed, the toilet in our first room leaked all over the floor and we had to be moved. The rooms smell like cigarettes.The AC sounds like a power generator and also swimming at 1 am is not allowed but roaches and people shooting up on the staircase are. Do with that info what you will.

Stayed here with my kids and found a dirty needle in my room. My kids actually found it. Manager of hotel is no good. They kick people out for no reason. Constant fighting all night from other people.

Motel 6 Glendale is the one to pick out of your selection of location & listings! Hotel Manager Raj , nice & welcoming to me everytime I have stayed here. I think it's impressing how he manages to keep a solid group of employees together. Front Desk Marianna ,Matt, Nancy Maintenance Nate & all the housekeepers. Best and most professional Customer Service!

Stayed at this place a month ago. I enjoyed my stay. The assistant manager was super nice as were the maids. Whenever we had a problem they helped quickly. Only issue I had was I didn't like going to the office just because one of their female employees who works at night gives you the coldest look, as if you ran her foot over or something. Other than that everything else was good.

The attendant was very kind and respectful, I needed a nice and clean place to rest and unwind and Motel 6 stands behind what they do best everything was neat and clean made my stay comfortable and the parking was very nice and well lite up for my security,thank you so much, Mr J C R.

I was actually pretty pleased with how clean our room was, although some appliances did not work, having a working mini fridge for me is important to keep my infants drinks and milk cold. Unfortunately for me the fridge in room didn't work.Over All I was pleased. Thank you Motel 6

This is one motel 6 that you don't want to miss. The pool was right outside my door the air-conditioning works great. It might have been a little off the road but but an a+ and my doggies loved it... I rate this one of my top ten motel 6 is in the country

Location and place was ghetto but much better than some places I stayed. It at least has a microwave, fridge, and TV so that was nice. Location is kinda away from things. There's a circle k just on the corner. Beds were clean. Staff was nice. Security was awesome.

The smell of the smoking on the room was very strong, the bathroom was really dirty and there was some hair everywhere. Ana even the rooms look like a prison cells. Not recommended at all

This Motel 6 is the best One in the entire Metro Phx area it's close to the State Farm stadiums for special events. He has been renovated and updated friendly staff members very good quality room.

The cleanest I have been to in the area. Very clean I would recommend the superior room, the bed is so big and amazing.

I never felt safe in a hotel, and the guy attitude was great. @ 1:30am he was very quick and patient!! so thank you for the good work!

It is what it is ...a motel 6. Rooms aren't great, paint stains in the shower , bed was extremely uncomfortable, pillows were horrible (pretty sure it was some rags stuffed in a pillow case) and bed sheets stained 😵‍💫. Whole place just feels dirty. You certainly don't get any value for the high price rate they charge. Location,however, is close proximity to football stadium and downtown Glendale.

Room was roach infested. Beds were dirty and itchy. Found a bag of what looked like Crystal Meth beneath the TV after maintenance came to fix the the television that did not work.

Would not recommend it's way overpriced for the quality and service. Not all of the staff is friendly and the rooms are musty. When I entered the room it smelled musty mixed with chemicals. The fridge was broken, the tub was peeling, the tv didn't work, and there were weird yellow spots on the bathroom ceiling. The area was okay during the day but at night was sketchy with lots of homeless around. On the bright side it was pretty close to Downtown Glendale.

If I could rate it 0 I would. Originally I had given a 5 star review but after the general manager helped me this morning (rather did not help,) he did not follow through with what staff had promised about my check in, which I was already staying here just extending my booking, I am now left with no money and no room so I will be sleeping in the car while I wait for them to process a refund that will take 7 days. I needed the room today. Now I don't even have money to rebook or go anywhere else. Over this manager is the rudest, most disrespectful and deceiving property owner I have ever delt with. If you ask me he just wants to rip people off. DOT NOT STAY HERE

The hotel layout is very unique and not typical of a Motel 6. It looks like a fortress. The entire structure has large gated closures that are now left permanently open. There are two sections. The building opposite of the office, has wide stairways and spacious rooms. I believe everything is smaller in the other building where the office is located. I was skeptical at first, but I encountered no issues with my stay. All rooms surround a small courtyard area that is very worn looking. The rooms don't get much natural lighting because of the layout. The area definitely isn't upscale, but we felt safe enough to walk our dogs outside of the property, to nearby empty parking lots, since the courtyard was basically bare dirt. The room was clean (except for typical dirt on wood floors), the bed was comfortable, and everything worked as expected. I saw no evidence of bugs and we felt fairly safe, despite my first impressions. The walls are not incredibly soundproof, which is isn't too surprising. You will hear the nearby train and noise in the rooms nextdoor. The bathroom could use an update. During our 3 day stay, we did noticed that some of the rooms were in the process of being renovated. Overall, not bad and reasonably priced.

Room was dirty, only a sheet and burn hole blanket on bed. Shower didn't work, tub was disgusting. Alot of noise from train and homeless people all around. Management was very rude when confronted about condition of motel.

I asked for a non-smoking room because my son had asma, and the room smelled like cigarettes. It is my last time staying here, no more motel 6.

Motel 6 had so many roaches in room 137 I killed two of them my self found about 4 more dead already like the sprayed the room before I rented it. I called ask to speak to a manager they didn’t won’t to give me that information.. Finally the guy I talk to was the manager his name is Raj.. Do not rent from this place it is infested with roaches if I could’ve gave a half a star I would’ve did that..

This location really isn't so bad. Might be a bug or 2 but generally it's not a bad hotel at all. Most definitely needed a remodel, like 5 years ago! New owners are complete JackA's-- extremely ignorant and overly rude!!

Had emergency in Phoenix. Venue was changed to the complete opposite side of town the day after a booked! No hassles working with the office staff. Very professional! Show this place some love!

I’ve been living here for the last couple months. (Technically 22 days then I have to leave for 2) I can’t begin to explain how much I love it here. All the staff are great. Except the maintenance guy stole a $50 tip I left for the maids, aside from him everyone is helpful and friendly. It took me a couple weeks for the mgr, Raj to like me but now, he’s one of my favorites. Aside from being old and a little tattered, every time I’ve needed something fixed, it was handled within the hour. There is a plethora of society’s less desirables but when you treat someone with respect it usually comes back.

Was very nice. Curtains could use some repair though.Accidentally left our my pillow traviling pillows called n went back to get them. Yes they had them ready for us too pick up. Very nice staff.

First of all they need to retake these pictures. I was hesitant about staying at a Motel 6 but decided, by the pictures, it wasn’t so bad. I was wrong. Upon arrival, when checking in there was a couple in front of us only who wanted a room for a couple of hours. Super shady. The room was gross and I didn’t feel comfortable laying on the sheets. The motel is also located right next to the railroad tracks and the walls are paper thin. My boyfriend and I woke up early and just got out of there! It was awful!! Spend the extra money for somewhere you feel comfortable and can actually sleep!
