Have to say that I am impressed with the consistency between these two locations. Clean restaurant and great location. I think what makes a Jersey mikes sandwich great is the vinegar and lettuce combo. When you have the red wine vinegar blend with the lettuce, it creates a kick that is honestly unforgettable. 5/5 Experience

Taste awful, the portion is so small compared to when I was eating this in college at Florida. Hope this is just this place. Not coming back here for sure.

I used to say that Jersey Mikes the best and I don’t mind paying $14 for a good sandwich and even tip generously. Nope, not anymore. The bread was a day old and you could see the discoloration in inside. I’m seriously starting to believe that these franchise owners haven’t gone to college nor understand anything about finance. So let me teach you finance 101. If you’re trying to push old bread on customers in an attempt to save money, it actually backfires ten times. I normally would spend $400 a year just on Jersey Mikes because I stopped going to Subway. Now the old bread will come to mind when I see the Denny Davito billboard and I won’t be spending $15 on a sandwich and will probably get something from Whole Foods.

I went in on my lunch break, it took 5 minutes to make my sandwich but I stood in line for another 15 because 3 men came in and had there friend who was working make them free sandwiches and they got to cut in line. When it was finally my time to pay the cashier took someone else behind me which caused a huge argument between me and that customer because he said he was first before everyone. I will definitely being going back ever

Very clean, and the staff is always super friendly, and quick with making meals! COVID has made the customer service industry hard but this team always makes the experience GREAT! Glendale location all the way!

I have been coming to this location from the first day they opened. They have always been friendly, attentive and consistent throughout the years. Its one of my go to spots for lunch. Oh, The sandwiches have always ALWAYS been great!

The consistency in quality at this store is top notch! Literally every sandwich I’ve ordered has been amazing and mouthwatering. Fresh ingredients, bread toasted to perfection, melty cheese, etc. You can tell that the employees that work here are sooo hardworking and always do their best, not to mention the great customer service they offer. Even when the store is super busy, they make you feel acknowledged and well attended to. Thanks guys! Can’t wait to visit your store again for a yummy, TASTY sandwich and amazing service :) highly recommend!!!

I was fortunate enough to walk in on a day where Mr. Tunzi was working. He was very polite and efficient, he had my order done in 4 minutes! I've never seen a harder working employee, give this man a raise!!

Everytime I eat/order from here is just plain and simple the best subs, they just are in a different level. I recommend the big kahuna cheese staek so yummy 😋

I live nearby and have visited this location often. The food is always prepared with excellence and taste delicious. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. All in all, I would say one of if not the best locations I’ve had jersey mikes in my life.

OMG... I recently discovered Jersey Mike's at the Americana and was blown away not only by their delicious sandwiches but by the amazing service! This little gem is the best. What differentiates it from some of the other Jersey Mike's I have been to is the wonderful group of employees who work there. They do a great job of hiring young people who are enthusiastic, aim to please and simply do it well! A big shoutout to 'Alex' for his great customer service and professionalism!

This place was great super fast service. I messed up my own order and they fixed it in seconds. I went there with my little dog to eat outside, and they gave me a bit of turkey to feed to my dog for free. Great people

this place just gets my sandwich right, every time, without fail. I order for curbside pickup and it works out super smooth.

I came in at 8:59 turning in 9, simply asking for bread and tuna plain nothing on it. Manager in charge denied me service and simply said “sorry bro it’s 9 I can’t” and said “have a goodnight” as I was walking out, in the pettiest way possible. Seriously dude?How hard is putting tuna on bread and wrapping it up?Lazy kids. Is this what a sub above means? Owner at this shop seriously needs to wake these kids up!

I do Uber eats and I have noticed the young guy wearing Prada glasses is extremely ignorant and rude to UberEats drivers -simply ignoring them, and making them wait for their orders for no reason ,even if they’re not busy. Today he made me wait for 25 minutes ONLY for one sandwich and in spite of the fact that I inquired about my order a couple times he was just nodding his head. The place needs only one star just because of him

Alex is the best!! I came into the store to order a very picky sandwich and he was awesome to work with. Very informative when I asked about certain ingredients. I enjoyed my food greatly and I hope that he continues to be the one who makes my sandwiches! Definitely amazing service here and my local JM was not this clean compared to this location. Highly Recommended.
