I
came
to
the
store
in
the
evening
on
5/20/23
and
experienced
the
worst
customer
service
with
a
female
employee
named
Adriane
on
the
Women’s
Shoe
department.
After
politely
asking
for
a
size,
she
communicated
with
a
rude
attitude
and
in
an
irritated,
raised
tone
asked
me
what
sizes
I
needed.
Eventually,
she
came
back
to
let
me
know
there
were
no
sizes
left.
However,
Instead
of
handing
me
the
box
of
shoes
or
placing
it
on
the
floor/couch,
she
tossed
the
box
in
front
of
my
feet.
Then,
she
diverted
me
to
a
different
sales
associate
and
left.
Luckily,
the
other
employee
treated
me
how
all
human
beings
should
be
treated…
WITH
RESPECT.
I
was
so
upset
I
went
to
Customer
Service
to
complain
and
was
able
to
speak
about
the
incident
to
that
department’s
manager,
Jimmy.
Although,
he
was
professional
and
very
understanding…
I
think
this
review
will
further
help
others
steer
clear
of
that
unacceptable
behavior
from
that
particular
employee.
Lastly,
I
do
hope
management
will
have
her
undergo
customer
service
training
refreshers,
as
she
clearly
isn’t
cut
out
for
customer
service.
