Honestly the only reason this place is getting the amount of stars it is from me personally it's because of the amazing staff that works there. From the front door hostess to the waitress to the amazing bartenders customer service is always top notch. However, the food is a different story, the only thing worth it to eat there are their sandwiches like the Eastside Club, it's the only thing that you believe you get the true value of what you pay for. For example the Joe special claims to be 2 chicken breast with spinach seasoned in Olive oil and garlic, the seasoning is phenomenal however this is not it's not when it claims to be.. As the picture shows this is a slice of, a filet of a breast and that is generous to say. This is listed at $15.95... im sorry but this is NOT worth $17 with tax and not including a tip. It is extremely overprised for what you get. The only thing of worth it my opinion is their happy hour.

I would recommend this Times Square location for dinner but not for breakfast. I do not find the breakfast dishes to be worth the price for the taste, except for the breakfast burritos. I have been very happy with the dinner dishes and the amount of options available however. I would recommend dinner for take out as well. Dishes are packaged in aluminum packaging so the dishes stay hot until ready to eat.

I am a pizza connoisseur from New York. I grew up with traditional Italian made pizzas from my Italian neighbors next door… if you want the best cheese pizza outside of New York… please come here… I don’t want to right an essay on the pizza description.. just trust me and go get a pie! Now, the Head chef Morino(spelling?) was the most delightful guy you’ll ever meet! He speaks 3 languages and was very Kind! You can tell cooking is his passion, and it shows in his food

I’m unsure of why this place has so many stars. I’ve been many times, mainly because it’s close to home but the food is not great. Not authentic at all. If I were you I’d go to North Italia, it’s a lot better and you can tell the noodles are fresh unlike here. It’s for sure a local spot. Just go somewhere else. Noodles dry and gross. But they have an amazing breakfast!

The food isn’t the best but the service has been okay. I rated at 4 stars because you can tell that they are trying hard. I am assuming they need some more time to get the food to taste better. The pasta dishes have been extremely oily with no flavor. I add my calamari sauce to all of the dishes. I’ve been 3 times now and each time has been the same. I was really hoping to love this place because it’s close by.

What a wonderful find. This restaurant is unassuming both inside and out. And yet the food is super flavorful, plentiful and reasonably priced. I got two meals out of it. They took my food sensitivity seriously and the waitress and manager were so kind and friendly. This is our go to from this point on for home style Italian cooking.

Very tasty dishes and pizza too. Bartender Suze is outstanding. The bar is a very friendly place where you meet fun interesting people. I was there on International Women's Day and met a family having a good time.

Tonight we made a reservation for 15 people at 5pm! Our waiter did an AMAZING job. I unfortunately did not catch his name. But he served us the whole time by himself along with helping his other tables. They were short staffed but he was fast and friendly! The food came out promptly and perfectly delicious as well. Great food and great staff! Thank you and God bless this establishment.

My friend and I were looking to try out a new place. We didn't even know this place existed until checking out restaurants online. The inside is very clean and has plenty of space. Our server Suzie was absolutely a gem. We sat and talked a while before even ordering. She was attentive and very patient with us enjoying a kid free night. The food wasn't impressive. The mozzarella sticks, is one huge piece of cheese with the sauce on top which made it get soggy. I ordered the linguini principessa the sauce was really thick and wasn't very appealing. I couldn't finish my meal and left it. My friend enjoyed her seared scallops in white sauce. I ordered a Stromboli to go and tasted like a pretzel dough, which the hubby did not care for. The marinara sauce tasted like it was from a jar. Definitely not impressed for the price. The wings were the only good thing we had.

My wife ordered the Fettuccine Toscana (Chicken and artichoke hearts in a marsala wine cream sauce) I ordered the Italian Platter ( A platter of lasagna, meat ravioli. Baked & topped with meat sauce and mozzarella cheese. Served with rigatoni). They also gave you 2 slices of garlic bread. Wish we could have had more of the garlic bread. The Italian platter had a little too many tomatoes for my liking. Which my wife loves. So we traded dishes and we were both happy with our meals. There was so much food that we had leftovers for the next day. Our waitress was nice and pleasant. We'll definitely go again.

THIS PLACE MAKES THE BEST SUBS…. Don’t mind my hand I’m a mechanic!.. I ordered east and west side club. Large sandwiches ate both in 1 sitting. Most people eat 1 I ate both because they were that good. Cheaper and bigger and fresher then Jersey mikes and jimmy John’s. Fucxck subway. These guys hide there subs…

Frist time there. I had breakfast and saw my food sit in the cooks window for over five minutes.then my waitress brought my food and told me my toast will be right over. It Took over five minutes for my toast to come to the table and it didn't even looked toasted.hmmmm. their was only four other tables in the restaurant at that time. I guess the manager/owner was to busy drinking his coffee to help his employee out or to see if everything was ok.

Time Square moved closer to me! New location with same employees who give awesome service. They offer a great Italian menu that's reasonably priced & a bartender in Suzie who is exceptional. If you like Italian, this place is for you. I had the Stromboli for first time with an ice cold beer, it was fantastic! In fact I ordered a couple more for "Take Out" days later to take to a friends to watch the Dbacks game...they loved it too! Check Time Square out you cant go wrong! It just may become one of your favorite Happy Hour hangouts!

For an Arizona Italian restaurant it was good. I ordered a dish with ham on. Not expecting it to have deli ham, I was expecting serial cut ham on it. Especially when spending $30 on it.

Horrible service. Manager refused to speak to someone claiming they were too busy but the place had like 9 tables. People waited forever for togo orders and said good luck as they were leaving to other customers waiting

Great atmosphere, excellent food. Service with care and the pricing moderate. Highly recommend for your next Italian night out.

No Covid precautions!! I witnessed absolutely no social distancing and no cleaning procedures being used. The front dining room was not in use while they had all patrons packed together just outside the kitchen with no spacing between tables and no barriers. They kept using the same laminated menus without cleaning them in between customers. I personally witnessed them give the same 2 menus to 3 separate tables without cleaning them. There was no hand sanitizer to be seen for either patrons or staff. They also had servers clearing tables in between serving food and of course were not washing their hands or had access to hand sanitizer.

Myles the hostess I'm gonna nickname him is an angel. Best Arnold Palmer maker ever and so polite and such a gentleman. Often refilled our drinks. Our server Carla, my bf & I had been served by her before & it was great to see her face. I pray this will be a successful location and everyone can make lots of money here. It's local and they deserve it. I'm excited to show my family this location. 4/5 for this visit. We typically go to the deer valley location but they're temp closed. We got 2 bread pudding,1 brownie, a small half cheese half mushroom pizza,the Italian platter,veal parm and fried mozzarella. Everything great except the pizza. The reason I didn't get mushrooms on my half is I cannot digest them,they will and have sent me to the hospital. It's very very clear they put all mushroom then realized..then picked the big pieces off and covered their mistake with cheese. Clearly my side has a lot more cheese and I tried picking out all the mushrooms hidden under the cheese but I cant..so I won't be able to eat it. Disappointing.

We went to Times Square for breakfast (even though it was around noon on a Saturday) and really enjoyed the food, service and atmosphere. While we were waiting for our breakfast to be served, another table near us had their lunch brought to their table and it looked like delicious Italian food! We enjoyed our omelette, hash browns and pancake, all were delicious. Restaurant was very clean and comfortable and the two servers working were very attentive to their tables. We will definitely return again for breakfast and can't wait to try lunch or dinner as it truly looked appetizing.

Everything was fabulous. Highly recommended I created my own calzone white with spinach artichoke hearts an pesto omg so amazing.. yes a bit pricey but worth it 100%

New location usually my third favorite Italian place to eat. They always have big portions and I've had some good dishes. But I can honestly say the Pasta Giovanni wasn't one of them unfortunately. It just wasn't my thing. I took my mom and she had the Fettuccine Spinach, which she thought was a little dry. I think she's used to pasta drowning in sauce. The Fettuccine Spinach wasn't a dish for that because it based with olive oil, the flavors are supposed to be brought in with the spinach and the sun-dried tomato, which I understood. I actually thought hers looked better. The waitress was a little bit overzealous. 😒 I’ll be back now that their closer to me.

The fried calamari was pretty good. The dipping sauce was rich and very tasty. The bloody Mary was also quite good. Nothing special but good. The pasta Giovanni was amazing! The service was good, fast and friendly. The restaurant was very clean. I would go back and recommend this place.

Italian restaurant that offers breakfast, lunch and dinner. Our waitress was awesome. Great sense of humor and friendly. Food was delicious. We had breakfast and mimosas. They have a mimosa bar as well as a bloody Mary bar. So yummy!

It is a little far for me to drive but so worth the extra effort on my part. The service has always been very good , but on my last visit I had recently had oral surgery and was concerned with my choice but Pierce encouraged me to try a new dish. My favorite was out of the question for this time , I followed his suggestion and now I have two favorites! I wouldn’t have been there for dinner but for company from out of town Time Square is my go to place to share with people that I don’t know their palette preferences. I have NEVER been disappointed in the service,food,atmosphere,menu selection, super staff!! Your family restaurant not only is clean and inviting but a place to enjoy the experience!! This was our first visit here. We tried the chicken parm and tortellini with chicken and mushrooms. Both were good. I took an order of the tortellini home for the kids and the one I took home had more mushrooms and some spinach but less chicken. It still tasted great but I would have loved more mushrooms and spinach on the plate I was served in house. The service was great. We sat at the tables by the bar so it seemed more private. We had 2 drinks each and 3 meals for slightly over $100.

This is one of my Dad's favorite places! Good food and easy to get in and out of for the seating and location!

Simple fast breakfast with a server that knows her stuff and treats your family like her own, thoughtful and kind. Often we get enjoy going and keep going back. This location is nice for mornings, not too busy and not loud, something I enjoy is quiet and space not echoes.

My husband, daughter & I went last night with our friends. It was our first time. The food was fantastic!! They have a big menu..lots of choices. We had pizza, hippie sandwich & pasta!! T The waiter was so friendly. We will definitely make this our regular go too!! We highly recommend!

Great place to have a little dinner. On this visit I had this stromboli and it was fantabulous. I definitely recommend it. Also don't forget to try the fried mozzarella. It's a unique way to experience mozzarella it's delicious.

We always order the New Zealand Mussels to start. Then we ordered our pasta for dinner. Very delicious

I just went there with my parents. It was very good! Varied Italian food on the menu. Very clean and well decorated. The staff member was very good: prompt service, our drinks never got empty for more than a couple minutes, the next thing we ordered came right as we were finishing with what we were eating. There were practically no negatives during this visit and those that were present aren't worth typing out as they were so minor it would be petty to post them. I tried to list an example gripe but I felt so guilty that the issue was so minor that I deleted it. We will definitely be returning!

When I saw their Italian Sausage Omelette on the menu, my first thought was "Really?" So I tried it anyway. It is much better than I thought it would be. The waitress was efficient and right there with anything I needed. The kitchen was incredibly fast. I will repeat here.

We recently had a family dinner at this location (unintentionally) on September 11th. We all enjoyed our dinners as well as their Cannolis! I had also visited their Scottsdale location which I was disappointed to see close (but not surprised since it was in a secluded area). I hope they add more locations in the East Valley since I love this dish especially (Balsamic Chicken) and because Times Square is one of my favorite Italian restaurants!
