Super great spot that is a staple in the DU area. Great hot dogs with Vienna Beef. I loved the chili cheese fries and Chicago Dog, yummy. Great service and clean space! Follow me on IG and TT: @coloradofoodie

Came here for the first time to try out their polish dog and their 1/6 lb slider and let me tell you... Best I have had in a very long time. It was tender, crunchy and favorable just like the slider. I liked how they ask for condiment selection also. Overall rating is 9/10.

Always love stopping here for lunch whenever I’m nearby. The staff were great and friendly. The place was clean, plenty of seating inside and outside, and amazing hot dogs and burgers. The cheeseburger was so, so good. The veggie burger with the works was also delicious. Overall, if you want a hot dog or burger, its worth the stop.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Mustard's Last Stand in Denver, and let me tell you, their chili dog is an absolute triumph! This delightful eatery has truly mastered the art of crafting the perfect chili dog, and I couldn't be happier with my dining experience.

The staff are very nice, which is why I have a hard time writing this but dude. If you’re going to charge almost $10 a Chicago style Hot dog it needs to hit it out of the park. I had such high hopes when my friend wanted a really good hot dog. I’ve never had a Vienna dog taste or have that texture. The buns aren’t toasted or even warm. I guess I’m in the wrong business. I could bring them back a Chicago style Vienna hot dog that only costs $3 to make that would blow you away compared to these. Almost $60 to feed 2 adults and two children and half wasn’t edible. I really wanted to like this place. I really hope they step up their game if they want to charge those prices or drop it to $3 a dog and get some real chili that’s not for guys with man buns. Thank you!

They overcharged me on all four hot dogs I ordered. They charged extra for cheese for a chili cheese hot dogs, not extra cheese. My other two hot dogs were charged by at least a dollar more than the prices on the menu. Second time to visit and probably the last time. Food was fine but overcharging customers is not cool.

It's a hot dog place but it rocked. Lots of choices from what I saw even non meat. Got the 1/4 pound char dog Chicago style and M got the Polish. Simply amazing. Great snap, perfect topping ratio and the bun was awesome. The fries were good at that Garlic ketchup brought a really solid flavor. I'm loving hot dogs and so far this is my Denver pick.

By far the best hotdogs I ever ever had. All topping were fresh, and their fries are cooked order. You will never have fresher fries. I try and get up here once a month it’s so good.

The Chicago dog was super good, I ate it so fast I forgot to take a picture. My husband really enjoyed the bratwurst sandwich. The chili cheese fries were really good though!!

Our family loved this simply classic restaurant at a great value! The outdoor patio is a great place to sit and socialize while taking in the neighborhood sights and sounds. Highly recommended!

Mustards last stand is the go-to for me when I want a Chicago style dog. Everything on the menu is great including their veggie options but I tend to always stick with the chicago dog with all toppings (this last time I opted out of sourkraut). Atmosphere is low key and the staff is absolutely wonderful. Definitely make this a stop weather in Denver or Boulder.

I wanted to love these weenies so bad because the service was excellent as well as the atmosphere. However upon getting home and biting into one my boyfriend and I were let down. The toppings and bun were amazing however the hot dog itself was a little lacking not just in flavor but size. We also found them hard to bite into I ended up not being able to finish mine which is disappointing given the price. Sorry 😞 I wanted to post a good review but it just wasn’t that great.

It's one of the best places to get your Chicago Dog fix in Denver! They have awesome fries as well. Could use a little tlc in the store. Overall, you can't go wrong satisfying your Chicago Dog urge at Mustard's Last Stand. There's a store in Boulder as well.

I've been coming here since 2010 when I relocated from Chicago. I won't be coming back. Portions are smaller, food quality lower and prices higher incredibly. The new Buona location downtown has my business now when I want a beef.

First try at their downtown location and it is on par with their location in Boulder. Always order your hot dog or polish sausage on a poppy seed bun!

I had the Chicago Dog. It was very good. The shop is small, almost standing room only, but the staff is very good at what they do, and the doggies worth anything worth going through just to eat one. I’ve found a new favorite place in Denver. I’m a fan.

I’ve been coming here since I was a little kid. The people are very friendly and the service is great. The fountain drinks are behind the counter and they don’t advertise refills (but maybe if you asked). On my recent visit, I was shocked at the price. For a half polish sausage, a half Italian beef and sausage sandwich with fries and a kids dog (no bun) and fries, small chili cheese fries and 3 fountain drinks, it was almost $60. The food is very good.

We came here this weekend, I always heard about this place and finally got around to trying it. We were recommended the Italian beef with all the toppings. Everything was tender and fresh however I wish the beef had a little more flavor to it. We got a Polish Sausage to go and THATS why I’m writing this review. The flavors of it were amazing, everything was perfect with that sausage. That’s why I’m gonna be coming back here asap to get that Polish Sausage again.
