Ring shopping can be difficult! I was looking for a Cartier Ring but I didn't want to spend too much. I found the perfect ring: the Cartier Tank Ring with Amethyst. The staff is very well educated on all their rings and they have a wide selection.

I was looking for a great birthday present for my husband and I found it in a Cartier Baignoire Rose Gold Diamonds Large Model WB520003. The staff was so polite and knowledgeable, and the best part is the unbelievable price!

Jeweler was rude. Gave me a terrible appraisal, more than half the price of everywhere else. Even less than the "cash for gold" place. Guy interrupted me when I tried to talk and gave me false information about the gem in my mother in law's jewelry. Won't be going back there. Don't recommend it!

I honestly cannot believe E.D. Marshall allows this man to be connected to their name, he is a very condescending, racist, sexist, ageism person. I was appalled not only with his words but also the appraisal of my jewelry. I know jewelry has a mark up of 700-800% but this man flat out takes advantage of you. He knows darn well you are in a financial bind, that is the reason you are in his store selling your jewelry and he uses it against you. You can't sit here and tell me a piece of Cartier diamond jewely that was purchased for $14,000 is now only worth $900. All I can say is go somewhere else, where you get a TRUE FAIR appraisal in a friendly enviroment.

I had a really good experience. I walked in to be greeted by a kind and patient Sales Associate who helped me find an awesome piece. I will definitely be coming back here for any future jewelry purchases.

Had my wedding ring and engagement ring resized through this location. The price was reasonable especially since they had to increase them by two whole sizes. They also cleaned and polished the rings so they are sparkling! Kevin was great and super nice, and he communicated well with me over the phone as to the estimate and when the rings were ready to be picked up. Went there to get an estimate on value of some loose diamond. The talk slanky weird Anorexic looking Guy there who's apparently the main jeweler. Was completely rude and condescending and absurd how he acted insulting me Apparently when he came to the conclusion that my diamond wasn't apparently not real he just started belittling me when I shown him some other jewelry its not worth his time and thats fine but to to act then way he did was beyond except able and I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to do business at this branch of ED Marshall
