If I could give a zero or negative rating to this place I would, This was my first visit to this store and was excited to come look at all the retro and cool clothing and items but I took 1 step inside and was told that if I didn't have a mask that I cant shop there the women that told me that was VERY RUDE AND AGGRESSIVE about it. There is no more mask mandate and honestly I feel like it wasn't a mask problem, I feel like it's a racist problem. First time going and last time going, I recommend that no one shops there. VERY VERY RUDE.

Was followed around and stared at the entire time. And I noticed that I was the only one being stared at and followed around the entire time I was there. I bought something only because I didn’t want the employees to think I was there to steal. I don’t need to steal anything, I can afford to shop there that’s why I came. WOC I highly recommend bringing someone and no bags (I didn’t have a bag OR pockets) if you just shop here. The shop is stunning but it’s a shame I have to be followed around simply because I’m the only black customer…in 2022 smh.

I hate leaving reviews like this but what I experienced trying to sell my products (co-op) with this place left me feeling unwelcome. Early 2019, I wanted to join their co-op and contacted the shop by email to join. I waited for a reply for a good 2-3 days. No answer. I call and ask for the owner. I ask her if she got my email and she says she did. Here I am wondering why she didn't just respond to the email. Regardless I say to her I want to join their co-op and pay for a space. She says another woman would call me back to set an appointment so I can introduce my product. I wait for this woman to call me back and she never does. The next day I call the store and ask for the owner once again. I tell her I never got the call from the woman that was supposed to contact me. She says she will tell her to call me. Once again I wait and guess what? No call. Not even a call from the store, not an email, nothing at all. I gave up attempting to join their co-op because the lack of communication. I felt ghosted. The whole ordeal felt unprofessional and upsetting. It's a real shame because I've visited this store for years, but after that experience I don't think I could come back and even shop here ever again.

Very cute things, but they're overpriced. As soon as I came in the store I was greeted, but when I was looking at things I was not ever left alone and I was constantly asked if I needed help or just stared at, which made me feel like I was suspected of stealing even though I had just walked in.

No visible sign posted near their wall saying no photography. I took a simple small picture of my 2 year old in the booth (really you can’t tell what she’s in as it’s super zoomed in) and instantly got told in a condescending tone that it isn’t allowed . I can read between the lines - they didn’t like that I have a child in their store. Would NOT recommend.

I love it here. The staff are phenomenal and friendly and the stuff is unique and fun. Many of the prices are accurate to what you would get for some of them from the label designers etc. Some of their stuff is one of a kind and it is absolutely wonderful. Shoutouts to the ladies who work there, I will be a customer as long as I live around here.

My daughter and I have fallen in love with this place. They have such unique and super cute clothes. From exotic and trendy to vintage and outrageous. Everything here is super fun and not too pricey. You gotta check this place out!

I was only purchasing one item which is a Christmas ornament that I go to Glendale glitters for every year and for the last four years it’s at your shop pink house boutique, this year while getting checked out the cashier decided to comment to me “ oh, what a large purchase!” with a lot of sassing and attitude. Even her coworker next to her Shhh her. It was super embarrassing and I let them know that I’ve been shopping here for years. Looks like we won’t be anymore. There’s other options down Glendale glitters I just liked their handmade ornaments but I’m sure I could find something elsewhere. Doesn’t take a lot to be courteous and the comment was very rude.

Walked in thought i had stumbled on a GEM and then the woman at the front desk would not allow me to look around without a MASK!! ABSOLUTELY NOT MY LIP GLOSS WAS POPPING!!! ps masks are a choice!

absolutely horrible, I spend 50$ and went to try to return what I had got, I had the receipt and everything, they turned me down they don't do returns at all! and when I tried to tell her about what happend with the dress the lady at the front just said "awe" like a sad dog. I also called 3 times before even arriving to find the answers before driving all the way down here and no one answerd! they should tell u that before purchasing anything!! or a sign that says "NO REFUNDS!!"

It was my first time ever visiting Glendale downtown. I guess the whole Glendale glitters was happening as well. But the one blonde staff woman was incredibly unwelcoming. She constantly followed my mom and I around the store. Asking if we needed help. If you're just suspecting us of stealing, just straight up tell us! And we'll leave! At the counter she just gave me a long stare. No conversation, nothing. Just started at me. ESPECIALLY when I was looking at their beautiful earrings. But $16 for a pair of earrings? Yikes, good for you to sell them like that to other people. But the fact that you were following me the entire time, along with my sister? And my mom? You're nothing but a rude as hell person. So, thanks for such a welcoming experience! <3

My wife is obsessed with this place! Super cool selection of clothing you absolutely will not find in any other retail store. The staff are always particularly friendly and welcoming as well.

If I have 10 stars I would give this store. The customer service is exceptional and the unique items. I love the purses that our a book. I ended up buying 3. The blonde girl who dresses really cute all the time goes above and beyond for customers. Awesome place and great service. I will be shopping all the time here. Outstanding store

I went shopping for a gift for my wife and wanted to support local, so I headed down to Downtown Glendale. This was my favorite shop there! Tons of cool clothing and accessories to choose from and the customer service was friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back in with the wife.

Darling boutique with large selection of jewelry, clothing, hats and handbags. Always find something unique.

The items they sell are really fun! Earrings and the hand bag prices are good. They have other miscellaneous items like bows and glasses that are reasonable as well. I felt their clothing prices were a bit high for me. Most pieces were selling for $50 plus. If you go in, you are required to wear a mask. They also have online shopping too.

I got a couple of masks here , stickers ear rings and a shirt here . Love all of them . Highly recommend this place.🫶🏻

I am a frequent customer at Pink House and there is definitely good reason for it! They constantly bring in new, exciting inventory and always have plenty of sizes to choose from! Sarah is so helpful and simply a joy to talk to! The location is also great and prices are reasonable!! I strongly recommend this unique boutique!!! 👍👍

Love love love this store! Love all the vintage! My mother and i stumbled upon this place while at Glendale glitter which im so happy we did! I went to get one thing for my mother yesterday and ended up spending over $100 because every thing is so awesome i couldn't stop picking things out for myself and my mother. Definitely recommend!!!! UPDATE: My mother loved everything i got! Including this purse and socks!!
