Extremely overpriced, low quality food, paid â‚Ŧ14.50 for a frozen pizza. Typical tourist trap. Avoid

The food is overpriced and the quality is low. Their pizza is pre-made and almost inedible. We walked towards the bigger lake and there were two lovely food trucks with more variety and the food costs half of the price.

Hi all..I would just like to warn everybody about this tourist trap.myself and a friend was on our annual glendalough tour and thought we would treat ourselves to some food..all I can say is we where horrified and what we were served from such a well known establishment.i had the chicken fillet burger and the only way to describe it was shocking..the chicken looked like it had been kicked from the bottom lake to the top lake by the Irish rugby team and then went ten rounds with Katie Taylor...absolutely shocked at the quality of the food and the prices..I suggest you to bring your packed lunch or a fishing rod to fish out the back of this place it would be 100 times nicer and fresher....absolutely shocking......

I don't understand why so many people complain over this. The self-selected Pizza was very good in my opinion. Of course the ambiente was not that nice, since it rained, was cold and the table was unstable. But I think many people ordered Pizza Margherita and expected something super special. Cant help those

I would give it one star if I could. Avoid at all costs. It is ridiculously expensive, food quality is below the cheapest service station. Whoever runs this place is a liar and dishonest and takes advantage of the large influx of tourism. 40 euro for 1 pint of cider, 1 Heineken 1 Portion of fries, minuscule store bought sandwich and a tasteless tiny veggie steak... Shame on you

This was a horrendous food experience. The fish 'goujons' were fish fingers from a supermarket freezer and honestly couldn't taste any fish. The 'Fish Cakes' for â‚Ŧ12 was one single, small fish cake, again from a supermarket, with some leaves on the side. The most frustrating thing about it is that they could easily make the same huge profits while providing decent food, but they just can't be bothered. Genuinely one of the most disappointing food experiences of my life. Avoid at all costs!

Waited for 30 minutes for some fries... The poor lady was all alone to take order and make the coffee. Turns out the fries were made from the restaurant next to it and they didn't call for us like they told us they'll do. The fries aren't even good and they are giving you vinegar to put with (no ketchup or mayo or anything).
