uber eats order, burgers were great. waffle fries were woefully stingy. 10 dollars for this... its essentially $1 a chip The store's response: "could be possible Uberdriver has delayed to deliver to you"??? So, chips disappear in transit? is that what you're suggesting?. Your store staple the bag closed, right? I don't suspect my driver for theft, and I think that's disingenuous for you to suggest this. I won't be calling. Just fix it by providing good quality and quantity for price. $10 should yield at least a side plate full of chips. My suggestion is when you get feedback like this, response with an undertaking to look at your portions, and make sure they reflect good value.

was 5 stars until today……These are some of the best burgers in Perth, they taste amazing! it’s like the gourmet maccas, you honestly will not regret getting one. How ever the price is quite steep for all items on the menu, the food is good but not $50 good for 2 burgers delivered. Similarly the milkshakes are $7 for a cup of flavoured milk basically. The burgers taste and portion wise can’t be improved how ever the price can 100% be adjusted for a lot of items on the menu, same with the milkshake. Apart from that a great place for tasty burgers! Also for any1 wondering the jalapeño poppers are extremely spicy, be cautions if you can’t handle spice otherwise they are scrumptious.

Ordered takeaway, got the best chips in Mt Hawthorn. Burger was presented like the ad, looked great. The patty was so unique, never tasted a burger like that. I think it had herbs mixed in? Either way, tasted so good. Bun was a bit soft, might be better toasted. All the the salad was very fresh and the sauce was delicious. Will definitely be back again.

First time I have ever had this was Uber eats and it was incredible went in with a friend for lunch today and again absolutely delicious. The lady which made us the burgers is so nice and I would highly recommend this place to anyone I had a lovely experience and will come back again :)

Mixed feelings on this place. Walked in and waited at the counter for a considerable time while I listened to at least 6 people being over jovial in the kitchen. 4 people inside waiting for their dine in meals at 8.45pm, so definitely not flat out. Eventually someone saw me waiting and he came out. Placed my order, I then waited for over 20 minutes for 1 burger at which point I was asked by a staff member what my order was which I was not pleased about. It had been bagged but forgotten?? The burger was good, however it was very small for $18. I was surprised to receive chips with it which was a bonus. It was takeaway so you would think napkins in the bag eating a burger??? Nope. Poor service and a good small burger for almost $20. Won't be returning.

Usually I don't rate restaurants but they literally have the best burgers ever and do great uber deliveries

I use to love this place before it closed for a long time got it again now I know its open and wow these smashed burgers are amazing so impressed and so satisfied with the taste and the chips yum yum yummy will get this again for sure

$30 for jalapeño poppers & a single patty cheese burger by itself is criminal 😭 I was expecting it to be great, very average for price.

Not very well advertised / sign posted. But once your in, the food is pretty bloody good! Burger a 8/10 , chips a 9/10 and the aioli 10/10

The hamburgers are very good but they cook it well done even when i ask it rare, i really don’t like a dry hamburger

Presentation was good. The first bite was tasty at first, but unfortunately the burger was absolutely swimming in grease. It was dripping out of the burger as soon as I picked it up. With that level of grease the only logical explanation is that they deep fried the burger patty, which was prepared very quickly. Great stuff for blocking the arteries if you like the idea of going to an early grave.

Food was average at best. Side serves were very small considering the price. Order arrived from door dash, was cold and missing half the order, 3x burgers and chips. Mount Hawthorn store tried to deny knowledge of order, tried to blame another store(Bassendean) which don't actually do door dash. Then were/continued to be very difficult to deal with for remainder of order swapping between claiming they had no knowledge of the order and then claiming to have fully packed it. So can't keep a story straight. May have been 3 stars based on the food but the cold stingy serves and the appalling service with half the order missing was disgusting. Do not recommend certainly not worth the hype. Will not try again.

I've ordered via Uber Eats twice now as I wanted to try something different to Grill'd. I was pleasantly surprised the first time and the second was just as good. I had the vegan 'Mr and Mrs Green' vegan burger, chips and vegan mayo. Definitely one of the best vegan burgers I've ever had 👍

I picked up my order, didn't have to wait, which was great. Burgers were pretty good. The chicken in the Buffalo bomber was a bit dry. But the pizza was surprisingly really good. They weren't too stingy on the regular fries. The fries tasted good. I'd probably order pizza from them again.

Food was excellent and delivered quick, staff were very friendly and attentive.

Hard to spot the store on the road, but the food.. Oh my god! So good. Burgers were fantastic and came with a side of fries (also great) inclusive of the price. Tasted fresh as, will definitely come back 🙌

The chips were pretty average but that is obviously not the main staple of the restaurant. I ordered the buffalo bomber and the burger actually was as big as it looked on the images, when it came to taste it didn't disappoint, the chicken was perfectly cooked along with crispy well cooked bacon along with the buffalo sauce. basically everything about the burger was amazing. Definitely would recommend to everyone.
