Can't believe it's only $7 per car for this place. Awesome museum, very nice guy. Area is clean and definitely worth the stop.

Most excellent information, friendly staff, and nice gist shop. The view is spot on as well. The interpretive center is part of the park entrance fee of $7.00, plus we dropped some in the donations box.

This place is closed on Sundays, Mondays and holidays. We were passing through on our way from TX to WA and landed here on a Monday, unfortunately. Still paid the $10 entrance fee per vehicle and looked at the trail, the ferry landing and some covered wagons. Would have loved to have seen the inside if the center but still impressive without it. Lots of signage along the way too. ***be sure to follow the signs for Three Island State Park....they are in the same spot and the campground is nice with some shady spots and close to the Snake River.

Fantastic volunteers at this site. They showed us the ferry and how to get there, did the Idaho Jr Ranger badge for my kiddo, and started the movie over so we could see the whole thing. Museum was free. Did have to pay $7 to get into the Idaho State Park it is in.

This smaller version of the Baker City OT Interpretive Center is absolutely worth a visit. It is right off I 84 through the charming town of Glenn's Ferry. It is within the 3 Island Crossing State Park. If you don't have an Idaho State Park Parking Sticker, the fee is $7 per vehicle, cheap for the treat that awaits. There is a beautiful green park with camping right on the river, the center and hiking trails down to the west for a closer view of the islands and old ferry landing. You can also drive a 6 mile loop that goes across the river with a better view from above and slight wagon wheel ruts. Ask for directions at the center.

Very nice and informative Interpretive Center. Also took the Scenic Byway across the Snake River to get a panoramic view of the 3 islands. Definitely worth the time.
