    This place is horrible on so many levels. Number 1, cleanliness and maintenance. Missing ceiling tiles and evidence of water leaks over the front service counter? Really? Health department should shut this place down. Not to mention the lack of urgency or pride in service. I know COVID-19 has hit the restaurant industry hard, but at least show some pride.

    This store is incredibly understaffed, to the point it really shouldn't be open. Why would they schedule 3 people on a Friday night? I'm dont care for the attitude of the young male manager but the issues is always speed of service or lack there of. This will be the last time I come here, I'm still waiting for my food ive been here 20 min and the guy in front of me even longer. The only reason I'm still here is because my kids are hungry. #Date:April 6 2023, Tried them again tonight and they are still just as awful and the quality of food was seriously lacking ...wont EVER be back to bueno...

    The only reason this location is getting this high of a rating is because the food was good. I and the only other table inside were waiting upwards of 30 minutes for our orders, multiple people were coming inside from the drive-thru saying they missing items from their order, and both orders inside had wrong items or something missing from it. The employees were constantly yelling at each other in the kitchen as well. The customer service overall was really bad.

    I can't even believe this place is still in business. I am the nicest guy when it comes to fast food. Never rush Always super sweet at the microphone always thank yous and appreciate yas. Whoever took my order had the audacity to tell me that I should have made the order in the lobby that it wasn't a drive-thru order. I ordered 10 crispy tacos. Staff here is rude it's fast food but even then their standards for customer service. If I'm the owner I'd spend a little more on hourly wages and higher quality employees over just fillers. There's no way that this location is profitable on a monthly basis. So you guys are either using it as a tax write-off loss at the end of the year because you own multiple businesses or you need to correct what's happening with the location before you guys go out of business. But that will be the last time I visit this location for sure I don't spend money with anyone who does not appreciate my business and neither should other patrons. Oh and they forgot to add cheese.

    My dad and I attempted to go eat there on March 17. As we tried to enter the door, we noticed it locked. A lady that worked at this Taco Bueno opened the door and rudely stated the restaurant was closed, which also included the drive-through, then she shut the door and locked it again without another work. No apology or anything. This isn't the first time the lobby has been closed with no signs saying the place is closed. I'll never return to this location. I would suggest another location or even another fast food Mexican restaurant.

    They never have the lobby open when I go there with no sign, so you don't know until you try the door. I can never tell if they are open or not without going up to the drive through because the entire building is always dark. They should either replace the bulbs on the lights outside (because they do have them) or actually turn on the lights. The food itself is okay. It definitely isn't the BEST Taco Bueno (the downtown Tulsa one is the best), but also isn't the worst.

    this location is the slowest location i’ve ever been to. don’t come here if you need to be anywhere within an hour-two hours. the workers are not friendly. every single time i come here it takes thirty minutes for one car to move. i don’t know how they haven’t been shut down yet. they definitely need an evaluation.

    BEWARE!! i have given this place lots of chances over the years but they just suck. my orders are NEVER correct and the drive thru line is always extremely slow.. once you order, you’re stuck in line for 30+ minutes. Tonight was yet another bad experience and i won’t be returning anymore. Beware and eat elsewhere or at a different location because this bueno always fumbles.

    This has got to be the best Bueno in Tulsa! Before these people that have taken over not too long ago, has changed my mind about your company! In mid summer I quit Bueno due to bad food,service and cleanliness!!? And that was for 3 of your local sites! I had to try this location again because of granddaughter, and I'm now a Bueno Head again! Thank you!

    I ordered online 30 min ahead of time to make sure my order was ready and arrived right on time. My order wasn't even started! I waited about 5 min before I was even acknowledged in an empty restaurant! When I did finally get someone's attention and informed them I had an online order I got eye rolls and the employee walks off! They finally start my order and it was about 15 min later before I asked for the manager. After expressing my concerns about customer service the staff decided to mock myself and my husband with rude remarks as we're walking out of the building! The entire time we were there the drive-thru employee was complaining about the customers at the window! Very poor service we will not be back!

    You could tell right off the bat that these people cared about the restaurant they worked in.... Everything was clean and it had a clean smell to the restaurant. The food was fresh and hot. Went to the salsa bar where everything was stocked full they even had fresh chopped cilantro all fresh and ready for the rush that was coming. The employees had a great attitude and made us feel welcome and showed they were happy to have us. What a well taken care of Taco Bueno. I will be back when I'm out this way. Thank you to all of you good Buenos are very hard to find.

    I walked in and was ignore for 5-10 minutes. I understand that people get busy but there were only 2 cars in the drive thru. The man taking my order was rude and there were only two clean tables in the whole dining area. I have worked fast food, it sucks but thats no excuse to be rude.

    Stopped by after work for a bite. The cashier lady was super nice! The food was also nice. I went to the restroom to use it and wanted to wash my hands. There was no soap in the men's room. I asked the lady and she asked the manager. He said, " oh, there isn't any". "We won't have any till tomorrow". I said, oh really? Then how do the kitchen staff wash their hands? He said, "we have some back here." I said, well you should put some on the restroom so people can wash their hands. He refused. So I asked for some in a cup because my hands were filthy. I told him he could just send someone to the Dollar General. He said, nope, "customers will have to wait". Personally, I think this manager should be fired on the spot. Disgusting. This on 8-24-22 3:30 pm

    Ordered a beef mucho nacho no tomatoes.. instead I got a taco salad?? This location was also out of chicken and steak.. it’s not even late in the day. Ate the food anyway & it was cold.

    I NEVER get the correct order from the drive through. The young “man” working the window likes to blame everyone else for the problem. The last two times I was charged 3 times than my order costs that I wanted only to get something I won’t eat and NEVER ate they “sorry” or try to fix it EVER. They act as if it’s my fault they can’t get an order correct after waiting 20 PLUS mins in the drive thru!! And FORGET A REFUND OR THEM MAKING ANYTHING RIGHT!!! NEVER GO HERE!!!

    The food was good. The cashier yelled at me I was reading the menu and I was reading it kind of loud but that's how I do that. She yelled and said I didn't hear you what did you say what do you want!! She was very loud hateful and rude. I was there with my son and he wanted to go to the manager until while we were waiting for our food we saw them cozying up in other booth. The cashier and the manager.. we will never go in there again

    Months ago we went through the drive thru. It took forever and our order was wrong. We decided to try again but go inside this time. I waited in the car, hubby went in. 15 minutes later, I went in. There was only one other person waiting. Drive thru was busy but moving. No one was paying attention to anything else. The food was good but I'm not sure that we'll come back to this Bueno.

    Horrible location. Horrible staff. If you are able to go when it’s open they are rude and short and practically throw your food at you. The last time I was there the speaker wasn’t working in one of the lanes. Or at least no one ever came on. I waited as cars kept going past me until finally I got tired of waiting pulled up. When I told them it wasn’t working and I had been sitting there a while she told me I needed to go around get in line again and wait. No apology, no explanation. Just slammed the window shut and walked away. I don’t know what’s going on with this location. I don’t know how they make money when they are always closed and always so rude. But I won’t be back and I definitely do not recommend.

    My favorite is still the beef chilada platter! Only a bit sad because you used to be able to add a small drink to any platter (which at Taco Bueno are pretty big) for 99 cents but now you pay full price for the drink

    Normally Bueno is a 3 star, I know what I’m getting. But here are pictures of my double cheesy tacos from last night. This location is also bad about operating hours and trying to order through door dash. Pretty sad this is so bad we may have to switch to Taco Bell

    Once again, this location has hit a new low. To wait 20 minutes for someone to respond to you at the drive thru to order to the excuses of only two people working to the rude responses. It would have been faster to drive into Tulsa to get the order. Ridiculous!

    The new store manager is absolutely HORRIBLE!!! Extremely rude and unprofessional!! And the enormous pot hole in their parking lot needs to be fixed before you guys get sued over it. It's BAD!! I ordered the chicken nacho salad and there wasn't a single chip in it. All of the other employee's were great!

    I love Bueno. It's consistently good. My only complaint was that I was given cinnamon chips, which I couldn't use as a dip with my guacamole and beans.

    I can't honestly rate the food because I didn't get any. I was in the drive thru line so I eventually left. I did make it to the speaker, nobody spoke to me or answered me so after 10 minutes I backed out of the driveway before I got stuck there.

    Stopped here to get lunch for work. First they told me they had no carbonation and the only drinks available was sweet or unsweet tea or water. I ordered the 10 combo of tacos and burritos. Wanting 7 tacos 3 burritos. Low and behold I'm eating lunch and have zero burritos. I would call them since I can't leave work but there is no phone number listed on Google. So I guess I just get robbed three burritos and get to go without.

    Their online time says open until 12am. I have been here FOUR separate times and they are closed by 9pm. Change your times to reflect when you’re actually open.

    Honestly I have been coming here since I was a kid and I’ve been trying to give them a second and third chance but I’m finally done with this location…. EVERY time I have come (before 9:15 I might add) they are closed in the lobby AND drive thru but have employees inside. I don’t know if they are closing early or what but it’s super frustrating heading here to see they aren’t open like they should be.

    Beef burritos were entered as bean. They were cool about it, remade the order and told us to keep the bean burritos, which were enjoyed by the dog. Service was friendly.

    i love taco bueno, ive been eating there for many years now, however this location never gets it right. the beans don’t taste good. other locations have a lot more flavor in the beans i got some beans and they were cold and didn’t taste like anything. the quality and service at this location is always disappointing. they don’t give salsa or even ask. other locations will throw in salsas or at least ask if you want any. I spent $15 dollars here and regretted not going to a different taco bueno further away because this one does the bare minimum and i’m always disappointed with the quality at this location. I would rather go to the one on 101st and memorial… they always do a much better job than this location….. im upset and can’t believe i spent my money here. also the people working here always seem in a bad mood.
