Pretty cool. Can't miss him.. We really enjoyed our trip to Glenrowan and this interesting history. There's so much to see and do here. And of course the whole town has heaps of Kelly trinkets and gifts including different shops and pubs with the name Ned or Kelly in. Enjoyed a walk around the historical sites of the old Pub that the Kelly gang held up and the place where Ned was captured and the old little lockup. Well worth a visit.

Lots of tourist buses, grannies pushing each other out of the way to get a photo. I still do not understand why we celebrate such a criminal. Telling the story of Australian History to educate people is what library's are for having a massive statue of a criminal is celebrating that figure. Imagine if Port Arthur put up a massive statue of Martin Bryant? There is no difference between these figures (The are both mass murderers) only that they lived 100+ years apart and one forced a massive gun reform. Yet there would be massive outrage if this was to happen.

A nice town to learn all about the history of Ned Kelly. The Big Ned Kelly is impressive and pretty cool. A lot of people wanting their pictures taken there. Luckily we went when it was not too busy. Cool to see all the same. Plenty of parking spots located along the streets.

This is a beautiful town on the way to bright and lovely community. The big Ned statue is eye capturing, shops around in which you can explore and see the dresses used during world war, kellys museum and talk to the talking cockatoo which are almost 90 years old. Cafe and Toilets are also available.

Hubby is related to Ned Kelly through marriage. I honestly no nothing about him or why he's so infamous. After stopping here, I'm keen to research the history behind him and his capture. Amazing statue of him! Keen to visit this area again one day.

When I first bought a house here I researched about Ned Kelly and found out he was a bush ranger and amazing place to have a snack drink and history about Ned Kelly.

Cute shop and animatronic show. So much history packed into such a small area. Fish and chips, potato cakes and dimsims from across the road eaten in the park at a shaded picnic table - glad I finally made the detour!

An iconic statue within Glenrowan. Very difficult to miss, and a great photo opportunity on the corner of the street. Can get very busy making photo opportunities difficult. Be cautious of the nearby road too with lots of people. A few information boards makes the town a great walking exhibition too.

Glenrowan is the home of the notorious Ned Kelly. And having a chance to get a selfie with the Big Ned was exciting. Enjoyable experience with family.

Hard to miss the Big Ned Kelly statue as you enter town. Caught my eye almost instantly. The town and area are a must see if you are following the Ned Kelly trail. Highly Recommend!

A great place of historical action. Lots of helpful and informative people work in all the places here. Well worth the visit.

Not a lot to do, as the main exhibit was closed until the end of Feb, but worth the visit. A new display centre is currently being built no clue as to the proposed opening.

Cafe attached to Big Ned Kelly has good coffee and hot freshly-made mini cinnamon doughnuts. The owner also has another business next door, I think he runs between the two. Friendly service. I arrived at Glenrowan early so it wasn't busy yet.
