I have had my fair share of rental properties, and let me tell you, this is the first time I have felt at home rather than in a temporary place. Centrally located in Coral Gables, this is the place you want to live if you: A. Attend University of Miami (its literally across the street from the campus) B. Want a location that has easy access to Miami metro and public transportation services (also right across the street from the metro line), or C. Want a place that is safe and comfortable and just plain fun to live at. I've included pictures to show you some of the necessary questions about the place. Yes, it includes an infinity lap pool surrounded by grills and super comfy chairs; a central courtyard; a fitness center with dumbbells, Smith machine, cable machine, cardio equipment, and various kettlebells and such; and a huge, fully enclosed, lighted parking garage. With entirely new appliances, the apartment is clean, quiet, and exactly what we were looking for. However, the real plus with this location is the staff. "Welcome to your new home!" we heard as we opened our car door on the morning of our move in. We were greeted by Sakura, the Community Manager of the residence. With a smile behind her mask (yes, I am writing this in the time of Covid), Sakura gave us a private grand tour of the facilities and our apartment. Oh, and she was so happy to have us move in she even helped to carry our things into our place! Now that is a level of kindness I have not experienced before. The next person to know is a man named Pedro. Shortly after moving in we heard a knock on the door. "Is now a good time to show you how the locking system works?" he inquired. With a state-of-the art touchpad, he showed us how to setup and work the keyless door lock function. Perfect for trips to the pool or gym when you want to leave your obstructive keys behind. But that was just the start. This is our third day here and we have already had multiple encounters with Pedro, who has been nothing but helpful, kind, and patient with our endless questions. This is the guy you want on your team, and I am ecstatic he is on mine. All in all, this is a place you want to live. You won't feel like you're in the middle of one of the world's most vibrant cities. And if you want that, just step beyond this building and you can quickly get there. But at the end of that vibrant day you get to return here, where you feel at home surrounded by incredible staff.

One star because I can’t leave less. We managed to Google the information. There are many other properties in the area with better amenities , better services and also cheaper. Don’t waste your time. We decided to get the information online because when we visited the building we had the most unpleasant experience ever. The person in the leasing office thinks that there is a line of clients waiting for their property. I hope someone explains to you that a potential customer is important, even if you don't have units available. He or she didn’t have the kindness to leave his comfortable office for 1 minute and greet us. That person thinks that they had so many people waiting for apartments that it was not even worth writing down our names to be on the waiting list. I really hope that business continues well, but neither I nor anyone I know will ever return. Good luck !!

We like it here. The staff and maintenance team are helpful, the apartments are nice and modern, I highly recommend The Residences at Thesis.

I lived in Thesis for the past year and have not been happy with my experience. Long story short: do not live here if you are in a UM grad program or are a working professional. While it is a clean building it is essentially an overpriced undergrad dorm. I had friendly interactions with some, but most of the undergrad residents are extremely loud and inconsiderate to their neighbors. It does not help that the walls are paper thin. I had many instances this year where my neighbors were hosting pregames/parties on weeknights ridiculously late at night and I got little to no sleep before exams. Giving some of these kids the benefit of the doubt, I can literally hear my neighbors talking through the walls so there is no way to play music and have others not hear it. Also for comparison- I had friends in other undergrad dominant buildings and Thesis was even louder than those. I honestly am impressed how the employees of this building put up with the residents here. In conclusion, this building is in no way worth the price if you work or are serious about your studies. It is laughable how a fake luxury building on the side of the highway costs over $1k more a month than a Brickell high rise. Disregard all of this if you are an undergrad though, I am sure you will have a great time living here. Just definitely avoid here if you aren't.

The management was professional and provided excellent logistical support. The entire team was invested in the most pleasant move in experience possible. I would highly recommend this apartment complex.

We just leased an apartment for our daughter at The Residences at Thesis. Sakura was incredibly helpful, super responsive and really made me feel incredibly confident and comfortable with the decision. I look forward to an incredibly happy and successful year for our daughter!
