I
had
a
very
bad
experience
here
yesterday.
We
had
a
group
event
and
ordered
individually
using
the
group
order
link
sent
by
them.
Turns
out
mine
and
several
others
did
not
get
their
sandwiches
during
our
event.
When
I
went
to
pickup
mine,
the
lady
at
the
counter
(owner?)
was
very
upset
(visibly).
She
decided
to
make
me
a
sandwich
but
didn’t
even
let
me
look
at
the
menu
and
choose
what
I
wanted..and
rushed
me
in
the
ordering
process.
There
was
no
on
waiting
in
the
queue
and
she
made
me
feel
like
I
was
there
for
a
free
sandwich.
Very
insulting
customer
experience.
I
gave
up
and
just
took
what
was
offered.
It
was
horrible
experience
I
just
wanted
to
walk
out
but
unfortunately
I
prepaid
through
their
site.
I
originally
asked
for
whole
wheat
bread
but
ended
up
with
regular
bread
and
cheese
I
hate.
I
didn’t
know
what
toppings
to
choose
(only
if
they
patiently
listened
and
gave
me
time).
I
will
never
go
here
again.
I
feel
bad
for
employees
who
work
there.
The
whole
“dealing
with
owner”
experience
was
bad.
Very
unprofessional
to
keep
a
long
face
for
a
mistake
that
is
technical
in
nature
that
I
have
no
control
over.
At
the
end,
no
one
knows
who
got
paid
!!
If
you’re
doing
group
order
STAY
AWAY
from
this
store
please.
You
have
been
warned.
