Got my eye lash permed today! It turned out absolutely perfect! Very happy with how it turned out the the lady who did my perm was so friendly and gentle! Definitely recommend this place if you want eyelash perm!! Give them a call to make an appointment!

It’s my first time here and I can say I am 100% satisfied with my experience here!! Staffs were all really welcoming and nice to all the customers. My favorite part was that before styling they give you an honest consultation of what would be the best style for me considering my hair color and condition. Staff really knows what you want and recommends you the right thing for you!! I had an uneven hair in reddish brown before but I got the perfectly under-toned brown which is so pretty now!

I have been coming to Kim Sun Young for 15 yrs and Suzie has taken immaculate care of my hair. I have extremely unruly curly hair, no other high end salon is able to straighten my hair but Suzie is a magician. They use the highest end natural products and equipment and every one here cares so passionately about you. Hair Styling, Straightening, Digital Perm, Microblading and all services are excellent. I am beyond happy with the service and skills here! It was my first time here, and I was hoping they could fix my botched hair from a different salon (Salon Aveo) I went to 2 weeks ago. My stylist Suzie was so patient and understanding, knowledgable and skilled! To begin with, the consultation was thorough and not rushed at all. Even though I brought reference pictures of different kinds of layered cuts, Suzie understood the overall vibe of what I wanted and knew how to truly customize the cut for my face and hair. She consulted with me as she went, checking in to confirm she could make slight adjustments as needed. She respected my wish to keep my hair length as is, since the previous salon had already chopped off way more than I wanted to begin with. Before she was done cutting, she kindly recommended (without pushing) to get my bangs corrected from the clumsy perm the other salon did. And I'm extremely glad I took her advice, because my hair looks neater and much better now! She even advised that I could touch up my bangs myself or elsewhere between haircuts because the perm she does lasts a long time. I love that there was no pressuring to come back in however much time, only when I felt the need to. I could tell how much care Suzie puts into her clients from the way she carefully examined my hair before, during, and after applying the perm treatment. It's pretty clear she has the skills and knowledge one can only acquire from lots and lots of experience! One of my favorite things is that she didn't try to force a conversation, yet the silence was pleasant and comfortable. That's not something you can find everywhere. She was also great at understanding English (which I mostly did), so you don't have to speak Korean to communicate your requests. The other two ladies working that day were sincere to me and I could tell they all loved working together. The price is somewhat higher than other salons, but I think it's worth it because you really get what you want in return. I think this is one of the few times I have actually left a salon truly happy with the result and the overall experience. I will definitely be back! TL;DR: Suzie expertly fixed my sloppy hair from a different salon by skillfully cutting layers and shapely bangs, correcting perm on bangs only. She was attentive but not overbearing, communicating in English. Excellent service and experience! P.S. They accept tips in cash, so please be prepared :)

I came to Kim Su Young and Suzie did a straight perm for me. It was my first time getting a perm and I am extremely happy with the results.
