Best ER ever. I won’t go elsewhere. Great bedside manners. Doctors take their time and are genuinely concerned. Will provide testing you need in ER. You will know your nurse very well as they do a good job checking on you. Clean rooms, clean facility, TVs in rooms. Warm blankets Update: waiting time has 3 hours. I’ve watched 4-5 people who came in after me be admitted.

My doctor and nurses were amazing but, the woman at the front desk and the security guard at the time I went in were extremely rude. I have severe anxiety over hospitals, just wanted my father. Yes I understand policy but to mock someone is never okay. I have anxiety tics and the woman at the front desk and the security guard were making fun of me, for wanting my father and my tics. Mind you when I anxiety tics kick in, I have NO control over them.

Cold, uncaring staff combined with ridiculous wait times (min 5+hours) is utterly pathetic. Most nurses are just sitting around talking with maybe some doing some paperwork. Just no excuse for such trash service and efforts. They need to do something about it. Wish I could give them with negative ratings.

Do yourself a favor and go to another place. You walk in and they check you in, got to have insurance first, you then see the triage nurse relatively fast, maybe within 10 minutes. Then here comes the fun, 3-7 hour wait times. Multimillion dollar facility either does not have enough ER doctors or they are just slow back there. Mind you I had a child with multiple cough attacks, she had Pneumonia I was told the next day at a better facility. Got to love the $$ spent on the expansion but can’t be seen in the ER in decent time.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. Currently at the ER right now. It’s now 9:45PM. I’ve been here since 4:30PM and I’ve been in a bed since 8:50PM and a nurse came in 10 minutes ago and have not had anyone else come to my room. My pain has gotten worse since having to sit here for 5+ hours. Wish I would have checked the reviews on this place before coming. Absolutely ridiculous. SEVERAL people who came after me got in and out BEFORE me. I understand others have bigger issues than me but my leg has been completely numb since 3PM and it seems like to everyone else it’s not a big deal. Lots of talking and laughing outside of my room that has nothing to do with patients, but not a single one can come in here and help me out. I’m so freaking angry with this place it’s not even funny. DONT COME HERE.

Been waiting since 9:30 pm now 4:30 am for stitches in my finger. Terrible experience. Still waiting. I have to be at work at 6 am and no sleep if I ever get seen! It seems that no one cares about you being ill, they make you wait 4-6 hours. I am currently waiting for my mother to be seen, but no luck. Won't come back here. This is just a shame

Never coming here to emergency issues. Rude staff and wait time is outrageous with no updates.
