Dr. Hartlieb and his team were as good, if not better than advertised. I was referred by another dentist who claimed he is the best in the business. I walked into their office and felt like I was getting the royal treatment. The staff seemed genuinely happy to be working in the office and conducted business professionally. The office was clean and inviting. I saw Dr. Hartlieb for a chip in my two front teeth. He performed the cosmetic procedure with precision and I left with a fully restored smile. If you’re planning to get any cosmetic or general work, I highly recommend.

I am from out of town and broke a tooth. A good friend told me about the clinic who made time for me a couple of hours later. The crew is very welcoming, friendly and proud of the clinic. The Doctor and Dental Assistant were very informative and supportive not to mention a pleasure to talk with. Dr. Ching and his team provided my mother with the most amazing service. After going to multiple dentists who could not figure out how to solve my mothers dental problems Dr. Ching was able to quickly provide us with multiple solutions to easy my mothers pain and anxiety. From the moment of arrival we were greeted with amazing service from the reception staff. The dental hygienist assisted my mother with any language barriers she faced when communicating her dental concerns. Dr. Ching is understanding and extremely transparent regarding the process of addressing her dental situation. Amazing Experience at Chicago Beautiful Smiles, All the Staff in the office is so wonderful and kind and welcoming. I saw Dr. Ching, and he was amazing, very patient, kind and caring and has an amazing personality. Dr. Ching made sure i was comfortable and explained everything to me before beginning the procedure.
