My MRI experience was a non event (which is a great compliment). The technician was very pleasant, played great music and kept me informed about how much time was remaining. Other than laying still, I could not have asked for a better experience.

The staff was able to get me in really quickly and made me feel comfortable for my hour-long MRI. I would highly recommend them for MRIs

I had an 8:30am CT scan appointment and I showed up 10 minutes early at 8:20. The doctor didn’t arrive for another 35 minutes after my appointment causing me to be extremely late to work. I’m very disappointed in the customer service that I experienced and the lack of accountability from the employee.

M R I technician knew what she supposed to do. she was very cooperative . She makes the patient feel comfortable

Every person from doctors to support staff is timely, caring and professional. I feel I am receiving the best of care.

Had an MRI here today. Should have been incredibly painful, but technologist Victor, RT (R) (MR) was incredible. I literally could not have gotten through that without his expertise and patience. He was efficient, thorough and he guided me through the experience. There is nothing pleasant about having an MRI done, but a technician who actually cares and shows a little thoughtful compassion truly makes the difference. Clearly knowledgeable about this stuff and I left feeling pretty good honestly. IBJ is lucky to have this guy. Thx
