This has been my place for eye exams and glasses for more than 10 years. Dr. Neukirch is thorough in his examinations, has a wonderful and kind disposition, and uses the latest technology. The staff is always courteous. They have a pretty nice selection of frames. Make sure you say hi to Leo, the cutest member of the team!

Dr. DalPorto is terrific! I am a pathological myope who had exclusively seen a pediatric ophthalmologist for all of his corrective lens needs since childhood, but it was long past time to stop seeing him. I selected Carillon after critically examining Google Reviews for eye clinics near me and was not disappointed. An informative display in the lobby about myopia instantly made me feel welcome. Dr. DalPorto is the model doctor: superbly affable, extremely thorough, and caring toward the patient's holistic well-being, not only optical health. I was delighted to receive my new prescription here and the great news that my eyesight - if corrected - is strong enough to pass vision screening tests to drive. She was also the first to tell me that my vision would be even better were I to switch to rigid contact lenses. If you're in the Chicagoland area and in need of such services, I wouldn't go anywhere but here.

I've been going here for a couple of years and I love it! The optometrist did a thorough job and answered all my questions. The service people in front were pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional, even when dealing with a nightmare customer (rude, verbally abusive, and threatened to leave nasty reviews).

Both myself and my daughter see Dr DalPorto. She is thorough, quick, keeps things moving while answering the ten thousand questions my 9 year old threw at her. She put everyone at ease and make the appointment as stress free as possible. The office is clean, with parking, lots of options for eye wear, staff are all friendly and helpful. They also have an office dog! 10/10 I would highly recommend!

I hate going to any type of doctor's office and to be honest, going to get my eyes checked is no exception. While I hate going to the doctor's, I admit, this facility has top notch doctors. I have now seen both Dr. Neukirch and Dr. DalPorto and I can say they are both fantastic. Dr. DalPorto is my regular optometrist but I had to see Dr. Neukirch when she was completely booked and Dr. Neukirch literally had one appointment available the next day. It was pure luck because they were both completely booked for the next 2 months. When seeing Dr. Neukirch, I could tell he was very knowledgable. He knew exactly who I was, understood my file, etc., in literal minutes of just glancing the notes from my past visits. I could tell he was totally brilliant. Dr. DalPorto is amazing too. She helped me narrow down my issues with my diplopia and she is incredibly nice. I always feel so comfortable when she is helping me and I don't ever feel frustrated like I have with other optometrists. You can seriously just feel how kind and wonderful of a person she is. I truly recommend this office to anyone looking for a great optometrist. I also want to add that there was like a tech or a helper that came and talked to be before I was seen by the doctor, and she was FANTASTIC. It was so weird, because I know she was taking notes to help the doctor in preparing and understanding my needs, but she made me feel prepared too. I don't know how to explain it. And while I think Carillon Vision Care is great, I do have some notes. I get emails calling me by another patients name telling me my prescription is 5 years out of date and that I need to schedule an appointment. I get these emails about once a week and sometimes have gotten them multiple times a day. I have complained to the office about it 3x and told them unsubscribing doesn't help but they have not fixed the issue. It's also a concern because sharing another patients information is not really safe. Luckily, I just know this other patients name and when the last time she visited was, so nothing super personal was shared. Also, some of the front desk ladies could be nicer. They not totally mean but they're just not nice either. If you're looking for a good doctor, I cannot recommend this place enough. Maybe just don't share your email address. If they fix the email problem, this place is totally 5 stars.

Dr. Neukirch and team are professional, personable, and all around lovely. My family has been coming here for almost a decade now!

Awesome team at Carillon Vision Care! Have seen Dr. Neukirch for a few years and nothing but great things to say. I'm genuinely impressed that every year I return for my annual appointment Dr. Neukirch remembers the personal/social things that we had discussed the prior year and follows up on them. That should tell you the kind of excellent service you should expect here.

Dr neukirch is fantastic and thorough. He was ready and on time for my afternoon appointment. I needed 2 pair of glasses and Phyllis is always awesome at this. She helped me pick our the glasses and also helped with the insurance. Overall it is a great place and I will continue to return.
