One and the only store I buy my gifts from. Our office is full of gifts for Holiday Season. We received so much help with gift finding and wrapping. The staff is so welcoming and helpful despite being very very busy. One of the best places to shop ✨🤩✨👏👏👏👏👏

Very friendly, helpful, and professional staff. The store has a huge selection of almost any style or brand your looking for. Von Maur has superior quality and service and I definitely would that the environment and atmosphere of the store is unlike any other, live pianist on a grand piano playing while you shop and very spacious and lots of comfortable places to sit and relax if you need to just chill.

There is a sales person in the children's department that is fantastic. I wanted a coat for my granddaughter and they didn't have her size, but Cristina, the sales person, called me as soon as she got a new shipment with my granddaughter's size. It was very nice of her. Congratulations to von maur and hope Cristina will be appreciated by her good work and kindness.

Von Maur has very unusual items, and a great petite section, great selection of shoes. Their credit cards are interest free, very classy store , not too many sales; but worth it.

This is one of my favorite stores. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. They have great prices and I found an awesome blouse at a great price. And they were beautiful fabrics that reflected the price and reflected the quality of the items. Von Maur has a very pleasant atmosphere. The staff are always friendly and seem genuinely happy in their work. Great merchandise and great customer service.
