I had a terrible experience with the catering order from North Branch for our sons' birthday party at the ice center, of which the pizza had the sole responsibility for our disappointment. The pizza was overcooked: it was dry (almost as if no sauce were there), the underside crust was charred, and cheese looked overly orange and dry, pepperoni was thrown on top of the pizza (as if someone forgotten to put it on before). I contacted them and Nick said he would credit me back. After several days, I emailed Nick back. He responded with a question whether I have received the gift card he has sent. No gift card, and Nick has gone MIA. Emails are going unanswered.

Pizza is amazing just perfect Chicago style deep dish. Service is fast decor is nice and everything is clean.

We LOVE North Branch! It's not the cheapest around but man is the food delicious, and portions are huge! And the atmosphere is great. The cheese curds are amazing, they have great pizza no matter the crust option you choose (pictures are "standard" thin crust), drinks are good, and faces are friendly! I also like the cheese logs a lot but my fiance doesn't so if anyone wants to share an order, let me know! Chicken is good, sandwiches are good, burgers, pasta, etc! Can't go wrong!

I’m still thinking about how delicious the nachos were at North Branch - recommend trying them! We also got a basket of fries and pizza and both were good! The pizza is very thin crust (kinda like cracker crust but tasted great! The service was amazing, all the staff were really friendly and the restaurant was very clean! I’ll be back and try other things off the menu!

I often order online. While my experience with the third party order vendors has been less than stellar, North Branch has always been amazing with any issues I've had. Good food and great service. They are very understanding and I definitely recommend them for sandwiches, burgers and pizzas. Cheers to them and may your visit with them be great.

Had the Wisconsin Mac with grilled chicken. It could easily have been mistaken for a box of Kraft Mac n cheese. The server was exceptional and worked really had to keep our table of 18 people hydrated and fed. The restaurant atmosphere is really nice, with a casual feel.

Food was awesome. Great for both adults and kids. Our server was Dre. She was kind, and attentive. I even forgot my credit card and they held onto it for safe keeping until I was able to come back and pick it up. Will definitely be back.

5 out of 5 women loved their selections! That's tough to do in odds 🤪😄 Speaking for myself, the Chipotle steak quesadilla was spectacular. Grilled onions smothered the very tender sirloin inside. Delicious!
