This place was packed for a Friday night, but the food was outrageously bad. Pick-up servers were two teens who wouldn't say a word to us for 5 minutes even though we were the only ones at the stand. The chefs couldn't accomplish a simple maki. Only surprisingly good roll was one we didn't order and got included in our takeout, so I couldn't even say what it is. Can't understand why this place was busy.

Have been going here regularly for about 5 years. I’ve been to many sushi restaurants, but this is the best restaurant in Chicagoland! The food is fresh and great quality. Sushi is delicious. Soup is delicious. Appetizers are delicious. Green tea ice cream is very good! It’s pricey, but worth it! The booth sitting is the best. Sometimes takes a long time for the waiter to come and food does take a little while, because they’re usually very busy. Definitely need to make a reservation

Our favorite place for sushi and more! Always fresh and good!!! We alternate between takeout and onsite dining, either at the bar or in a comfortable booth. This week we opted for the bar. Bartender Brian takes good care of us, remembering our preferences and is good giving details about unfamiliar dishes. I ended up trying new items and found a new favorite, the Spring Spider. I even liked having some of my leftovers for breakfast! I have posted reviews from earlier visits on Yelp!

Ordered the King King roll, no deep fried and the Crazy Dragon roll. Both were delicious. Will visit again when in the area.

I really love the interior of this place, it’s great! The sushi here is amazing, I especially love the Philadelphia roll here because it’s really similar to what I’ve been used to back in my country. Also, the staff is really nice. Currently, it is one of my favorite sushi places.

First timer. Gotta say this is the best sushi you can get in the burbs. Fish is fresh and they give a very generous amount for all dishes. They have their own cocktails which were excellent (Try their old fashion!). Atmosphere is comparable to city vibes. Service is on point. Both personable and friendly (Shout out to Brian!). Must try for sure!

Went for lunch on sat…didn’t realise their amazing lunch special is only during the weekday. Regardless we still ordered the Chirashi bowls. The bowls are amazing, filled so big fat pieces of delicious fish, including yellowtail, tuna, white tuna, salmon….and offer white or black rice. Would definitely come back again for the Chirashi bowl.

Pretty good tasting food. They were training a new guy so the food and drinks kind of came out haphazardly, and he didn't really know the menu too well yet but did a good job overall. Didn't know you couldn't split a check here for a group of 6 which caught us a little off guard. Not a big deal, but would've liked if that was a little better known. Food was a little expensive but well made. I definitely recommend sharing if you get the long rolls. Otherwise one short roll is more than enough to fill you up especially if you get an appetizer. The seared steak appetizer was amazing and it was nice that they had so many options for appetizers. Their vegetarian rolls were apparently pretty good too. Would go here again but probably expect like a 40-50 minute wait during high traffic times. The muffy roll I think it was was worth trying as well.
