Just had a pickup at my house. I wish it didn't happen. The driver was so rude and a jerk. He was yelling. We had items that didnt fit his list apparently (some books) and we said that's fine he can take what he wants and leave what he doesnt want. But he continued to yell for some reason. I listed pretty accurately on the website of what I had, if I missed books in the 20 boxes of good items I was donating, I don't think it should be such a big deal. His helpers were fine, it was just him who was so rude. I will not schedule a pickup ever again. I will just donate to good will. I don't care if they are not non-profit. It's not worth the interaction with people like that. Also, I had some really nice and mint quality clothes and other items he didn't take. Just a bad experience.

I would give a zero but I can't. I can't support a place that openly lobbies against LGBT rights. My mom forced me to go to church here. It sucked. The food was bad after Inga's mom passed and the pastor's have only gotten meaner. Think Catholic school ruler slapping mean.

Just had them scheduled to come out and pick up a sectional couch because I was having new furniture delivered. They came out took a couple of pictures in bad lighting. They said they could not take it because it had stains. These items are slightly worn but there are no stains. I guess they don't need anything so I will not donate to them anymore. Totally ridiculous.

I called twice for emergency help, after leaving my abusive bf, and left messages. No one ever called me back.

A pillar of the community. They do fantastic work here, and the organization does great things across the whole world. An excellent church as well.

Thankyou for helping me Mercent and Salvation Army. The world has gotten so bad. But organizations like the Salvation Army & Mercent, make it a better place.

Got a call back and the lady was so rude to me I havnt had a job sence the end of August and now that I move I have to take my son to school andpick him up and I have applied at places but get denied because of the hours I can work and I told her that and she made me feel so small and like I was a piece of you know what I also take care of my mom on top of that. So just do better.
