The pierogies were absolutely delicious with great service, too! We got the potato and cheddar and potato and farmer’s cheese, would definitely recommend getting all the toppings😋

My boyfriend and I stopped by Mama’s Pierogi twice in a two day weekend. They were super authentic and so yummy. Plus you got a ton of food for an affordable price. Huge fan!

Everyone in Glenwood Springs need to go here. It has a straight 5 star rating for a reason and it will not let you down. The owners are very kind. The menu isn’t overbearing. Seating is amazing especially if you get to go in the igloo. I would recommend buying drinks elsewhere before ordering food. It’s great that I live 3 hours away or I would go there every day.

I recommend not coming here if you are in a hurry or if you are expecting the actual operating hours to match that of it's website. I have been here multiple times with my wife, we love the food but they are hardly ever open when they say they are. Today specifically we traveled from Aspen to Glenwood to come here and when we arrived they were just getting there, we were told it would be an hour wait... But to our surprise when we came back an hour and a half later and the truck was still closed. If you have the opportunity to wait forever the food as good, the customer on the other hand is not up to par.

My son and I were super excited to try this food truck on our recent trip through Glenwood Springs, and I'm happy to say it met our expectations. The menu is short but has the essentials for meat lovers and vegetarians alike. I ordered the kraut & mushroom while my son got the potato cheddar jalapeño, both pan fried. The pierogis are authentic with tasty fillings and an excellent fresh texture, way better than frozen from a store. Growing up in a Polish family I know what homemade pierogis are like, and these definitely have that quality. The owners are super friendly and bring pride and hospitality to their work. We will definitely be coming back for more!

Grandma didn’t use jalapeños and cheddar cheese but the potato & farmer’s cheese was as good as hers! Smothered in onion and sour cream. Yum!

As a pole I can confirm that pierogis served here are real and authentic, just as you would have them in Poland! You can choose from traditional fillings or a unique cheddar and jalapeno option. Highly recommend!

First time having pierogis and let me just say wow! They where very tasty. Super fresh and simple. The owner was such a pleasure talking to and the polish sausage was absolutely delicious. We will definitely be returning here apon our next visit.

If your in town and they’re at their usual spot you must try Mamas Pierogi! It must have been -20 degrees with ice rain falling on us but we didn’t care and waited in line to get those delicious Pierogi.
