Fantastic! First the Chips and Blue Cheese starter set the stage for a fantastic meal. Thick blue cheese sauce went perfectly with the house made chips - go for it. The Fried Green Tomatoes were well presented and perfectly prepared - not that soggy stuff others dish out. The Perogies were amazing and again the sauce with crispy onions made the dish. Topped off with the Blueberry Tart with Lemon Curd and we enjoyed a world-class meal with attentive service to match. Kudos!

Hands down the best dining experience we have had in Colorado! Everything we ordered was amazing! The service was perfect! The salmon was perfectly cooked, so juicy, it’s paired with coconut rice. The pork chop was perfection paired with cheesy grits. The manager John made us feel so welcome, he was awesome. We will definitely be back!

We went as a party of four for dinner to The Pullman on 7th Street from a recommendation by a friend who lives locally in Glenwood Springs. This restaurant, in its entirety, is a spectacular and amazing establishment. The staff are courteous, service is attentive and prompt, and the food is nothing short of delicious, very creative and artistic. The eggplant cannelloni was out of this world, and even a simple thing like the steak salad was beautiful and delicious. The chocolate dessert was served on a slab of slate (I think?) - neat! Great atmosphere in the restaurant too - you can see it's busy and lively, but you can still carry on a conversation. The Pullman is now a must-do for our family when we visit Glenwood Springs. Very highly recommended!

First time in and it was pretty good. We started with the chips and bleu cheese and chicken pate. We then had the Elk Bolognese and the WAGYU Burger with fries and nice bottle of wine. The service was okay, very personable. The seasoning of the food was too mild and not really detectable. The fries were overcooked and kind of cold. The 3.5% service charge was a surprise and would rather they raise their prices versus the service charge. The negative impact of the night is we had a very rude patron waiting for a seat behind us, talking on his cell phone for the majority of our time in the restaurant.

Good food! Sit outside or at the bar. Has an insincere, cold, LoDo vibe, which may or may not be what you're after in a small mountian town...

This place doesn't need any more 5 star reviews but it's so good. Drinks were on point, food was amazing as always and REAL service. We had Michelle as our server and we were also visited by the Host and another male so great service which is no longer the norm. I've always loved it here. Most of the time it's just too busy for me but Monday night it was perfect! See you again soon!

The food start to finish was fantastic!! We started with the house chips with warm blue cheese. I had the pork chop which was excellent and my husband had the elk boulagnes it was outstanding! The service was amazing, we received a sorbet between dinner and dessert which was a surprise in itself but than it had a cute little theme, deconstructed ants on a stick. The donuts were to die for! Thank you Pullman for a wonderful experience!

Came here to celebrate our son’s first birthday, these tacos we had as an appetizer were so good, the fall squash agnolotti was delicious and the ricotta donuts were amazing. Tyler our waitress was very attentive and nice. Would definitely come back.

If your hunting for a cozy spot to hang out, you found it. Grab a seat at the bar and the super chill and incredibly knowledgeable staff will make sure you are wined and dined to perfection. I had the soup, and several drinks and was so impressed by their care and consideration. The folks here truly rock.

Creative concepts and good atmosphere, but overall the dishes lacked in flavor for me. However, get the pierogis!! They slapppp Pierogis 5/5!!!! Favorite thing here 😍 Mac & chz 3/5 - Light cheese choices which i appreciate, but cheese doesnt really settle in with the mac. It separates. Not a $9 dish :( Brussel sprouts 3/5 - soft, wish it had some crispiness. Needed a touch of salt Steak 3/5 - a little undercooked for medium-rare. Missing flavor… salt. Char was cutting it close to too-charred. Good portion size though Gnocchi salad 3.5/5 Celery root tots 3.5/5 - i liked the pickled celery! House chips 3/5 - i get the blue cheese flavor profile they were striving for, but maybe a touch of salt on the chips wouldve made it better.

My friends and I browsed through the entire Glenwood Springs village for dinner spots and considered settling for the best we could find. We, then, were given the blessing of stumbling upon The Pullman. Every item on the menu looked delictable and the place was buzzing with a bright, ambiance inside. We ordered the oyster mushrooms, potato croquettes, eggplant dish, pozole, and wagyu burger. I have relatively high standards when it comes to my food, and I will truly fantasize about every bite I had. Kyle helped us out and made us feel super comfortable! I had a great experience all around and it is one of the many reasons I'm considering moving to Colorado

Amazing food. The chips & warm blue cheese & snap peas were the perfect starter and our waitress, Bridget was very attentive, friendly and knowledgeable about the menu.

This is by far our favorite restaurant in Glenwood Springs. The food is consistently interestingly tasty and the service is always great. In the warmer weather we enjoy sitting at an outside table. They have a nice wine list, too!

Got the blue cheese chips to start and they were amazing. Loved that blue cheese. The deviled eggs were tasty and almost sweet, very interesting flavor. I got the eggplant and it was decent but almost too lemony. We also got the pierogies which were fantastic and had a strong truffle flavor. Our server was just okay, not very attentive and didn’t care about us. Would come back again and try some other things.

I got the 1/3 lb wagyu burger and the second the burger touched my mouth it melted. BEST burger I've ever had. The fries that came with it were absolutely wonderful. I would've eaten more if I could have. The steak salad is also amazing.

I am a foodie and this place had some of the most unique food for me to try. Our water, John, was a phenomenal waiter! His suggestions on what to order made my experience so much better. My mom was going to order the Mac n cheese but he suggested the pierogi's which we both loved. The tempera local mushrooms with the sauce were very savory. I got the chicken liver pate which was rich, John suggested I thinly spread the liver plate thin and add more blueberry preserves because I never had liver before which greatly improved the dish. Definitely get desert! I am not one for getting dessert afterwards but the sorbet (blueberry with real mint) and salted chocolate pie blew my mind. This was one of the best restaurant experiences I have ever had.

Every time I’m in Glenwood, I make certain that I’m having a meal and at least one cocktail at the Pullman. The food is spectacular, and I don’t pass out that word freely. I have never been disappointed with their meals and drinks. The staff is friendly and the food is truly phenomenal. You’re paying for an average cost meal but receiving fine dining cuisine. Try it for yourself. You won’t be disappointed. 😁

We have eaten dinner at The Pullman Half a dozen times and each time it has been truly excellent. Chef John is incredible with his menu and creations. His flavor combinations are nothing short of genius, always working so very well together. Whether it be pork, beef, fresh fish, or even homemade pasta, they all come out spectacular. I truly cannot comment to one dish as they are wonderful and often rotating with the seasons. An absolute must-eat when in or near Glenwood Springs. Hands down, my favorite restaurant in Colorado.

We showed up on a busy Sunday night and were seated outside in a few minutes. I had the kale and chicken salad. We both shared the deviled eggs and the corn soup. My salad was filling. I’m putting 4 stars as the corn soup didn’t really taste like corn. He got the steak salad with blue cheese, onions and fries. It was delicious. The service was also really friendly and professional.
