Good place, fast, clean and pretty cheap. Burritos are on point, its like Mexican fast food in my opinion but better. I get a burrito (steak supreme)and super fries(huge order) and its dinner and lunch at least. I think this one is family owned and the girl behind the counter was really nice and helpful. I got take out ordered on the spot and it was no longer that 4 mins, included hot sauce napkins ect.

This place was down the block from the hotel we were staying at, and glad we came here. My Mom and I were impressed with the Asada tortas. So delicious! Perfect size, didn't come with sides, so we were comfortably full, not stuffed. They had scrumptious green and red salsa to choose from. They do have plates with rice and beans, as well as tacos and loaded fries. They serve all day breakfast, too. Affordable eats!

Good price and very popular. Dine in looked like a poor choice with this lovely river spot 3 minutes away.

I am a California native who has lived in Colorado for over 20 years. The thing I miss most about California is good taqueria food. This place is like a bit of San Diego landed in a strip mall in the middle of nowhere. I usually pass through here on my way to camp somewhere in western Colorado or Utah and I always stop to pick up enough burritos to last the trip. The food is outstanding and priced right. Reviewers complaining about service and atmosphere just don’t get it. This place is about pumping out quality food. If you’re upset they don’t have time to hold your hand and wipe your table you’re in the wrong place. I am a Mexican food connoisseur. I’ve eaten all over the world, including all over Mexico. This place is solid. My favorite in Colorado for sure.

I have been here twice, and the food is good, ample menu with good options. First time I went, there was a line, about 10 min. wait till got my food, second time, I was first to order, no ome there and as soon as I ordered a few people showed. This place gets busy at times.

Been coming to Jilbertito’s for years but unfortunately won’t be returning. This is the third time in a row that we’ve stopped by and they have been closed when the business hours says they are open. Lunch break until 10:30 AM ??? Such a shame since we do love their food, but will not be wasting our time stopping by a place when they have such unpredictable business hours.

This was so disgusting. Do NOT order the chiles rellenos.. I felt like I was just eating fried bread with oil 🤢.. I read the other reviews thinking I’d give this place a try anyway but.. no avoid!!! Better off going to the burger place next door.. I appreciate the cleanliness of the place but it isn’t appetizing to smell Lysol constantly as you are trying to eat either.

Came all the way from Denver. Stopped by. Says it opens at 1030 for lunch yet there's people inside eating. 3rd time I've come and it says open but it's closed. I won't try again. Disappointing too. I love those place

Came from out of state and looked for nearest mexican food restaurant, only mexican food around and would not go back to this place, lady's customer service was horrible asked if she can clean a table that was dirty and her comment was " only because I'm not busy or else you guys would've had to sit somewhere else " like what? On top of food tasting, horrible couldn't even finish, it was overpriced & and the restroom looked and smelled disgusting.

The food is top notch especially for the price. I have been stopping here for almost 10 years. It's a must 'go to' when driving by. The service is, order at the counter and it is quick to be ready.

Worse customer service ever! Called to place a order at 9am half an hour later they call me to tell me to hurry and pick up my food because they are closing in half an hour. The lady who took my order was rude since I called to place my order! Never ordering from here ever again!! FOOD WAS NOT GOOD!

Had a supreme burrito and a bean and cheese burrito. The beans are pretty good! I'm very picky about mexican restaurants and this place is definitely worth going back to. I'll likely stop by every time I roll through. Glad I tried it!

Overpriced. Mexican food is so cheap to make. This place is clean and hardworking but it's overpriced for the quality. The lady behind the counter was snippy and there should have been two people working. I would not go back. You can get this kind of food anywhere.

This is one of my favorite hole in the wall places around here. The food and the service have always been great, and the prices are excellent. The only real ding against them is that it's a very small building, so if it's busy you're gonna end up eating your delicious food in your vehicle or bringing it home. The burritos are my favorite, especially smothered, though the tamales are also excellent. I have yet to have a bad meal here.

It was ok. It's not Tex Mex of course. Just not my cup of tea so to speak. Friendly young lady took my order. Food delivered quickly. Got a lot for the cost.

Really the food was ok the service was ok but it was extreamily over priced... Would have been 100% better in all aspects; quality, taste, even cheaper at a local food truck I say go to Taqueria El Yaqui you will have a better experience all around..

The breakfast burritos are among the best I have ever tasted in my life. Easy access from the interstate made it easy for me to pull near by with my tractor trailer. Juicy but didn’t have grease running down my arm. The side of peppers allowed me to add heat as desired. Going to come back again.

Oh my gosh I LOVE THIS PLACE... I love small restaurants...and thus does not disappoint! Had the breakfast burritos with bacon! Easy prices too!

We found this place completely on a whim. While approaching Glenwood Springs on I-70 eastbound we were looking for something quick to eat. I searched for fast food, and Jilbertito's came up. Based on the cost and previous ratings we decided to try it. The staff informed us that they were closing earlier than usual that day, so our food would be to go. Our order came out pretty quick (the sign in front says fast food), and everything was delicious. I got the carnitas torta, but my other family members enjoyed their various orders as well. Definitely recommend this place, and I will likely eat here again when passing through West Glenwood Springs. Keep up the great work Jilbertito's!
