Delicious cold treats after a busy day out on a hot day. Easy access off the highway. Nice change of pace after all of the driving. Everyone enjoyed their treat, adding to our awesome day in Colorado.

The food was pretty decent. Had a double bacon cheese burger and fries. About what you would expect. Service was professional and food ca.e in a timely manner. Guess I hit the after-school crowd. Otherwise, it was a good experience.

Food was pretty good but workers acted like they didn't like their jobs in the atmosphere was blah. And prices did not match the quality of the food.

We've gone through drive through many times just for an ice-cream. However, when we decided to go in for lunch, we got a different perspective on the place. They messed up our order, and the men working had terrible attitudes when I asked them to fix it. Especially the tall skinny one with long stringy hair and tattoos. Terrible customer service. The tables were filthy, seats covered in trash and old food. A young woman serving was very friendly though. Now that we went inside and saw how dirty it was and how rude the employees are, I don't think we'll be back

First and only time here! We were not served with a smile. The guy seemed unimpressed. Throughout the whole service time he said "what else?" 5 times... And didn't say hi or a bye. Wish I could give negative stars. Don't visit this DQ unless you really need to. I have given up KFC and I would gladly go there if I receive better service.

Absolutely horrible customer service. I work in the food service industry, and I have nothing but patience and respect for fellow industry workers. But every time we go here, even when all we order is a couple Misty Freezes, it takes an extremely long time and most of the time they don’t get the order right. A cherry misty freeze and a strawberry kiwi one shouldn’t be that difficult to remember. Like, they will literally give us something that’s completely different than what we ordered. It’s probably because they simply don’t listen to you at the drive thru. I think this location has serious management and training issues. I really love the food, and it’s unfortunate that this is the only Dairy Queen in the area unless you want to travel to Grand Junction.

With my food order, I ordered a cup of ice. I pour my pop in the ice and enjoyed the drink. When I got back to my hotel and finished my drink, I poured out the cup only to find three dead bugs. Two stuck to the side of the cup, one in the bottom of the straw. Absolutely disgusting and I’m nauseous thinking that I most likely ingested some of these as well. If you can’t keep a clean, sanitary establishment, you need to shut the doors permanently.

Staff ignores inside customers if drive thru is busy, not even a "hi" though they looked over at us multiple times. Then as we waited with other customers to order they locked the door so customers couldn't come inside (about 6:15/6:20pm). We wanted to sit and eat and not a single table was clean, neither were the bathrooms. Then on top of everything the food was cold. Oh, and the blizzard was only mixed half way down (we ordered smalls) so half was just plain vanilla ice cream. I could go on but you get the idea...

The gals didn't seem very happy to be there. It saddens me because 99% of people are happy when they go out for ice cream. Must have been a bad night and didn't understand that their moods rub off. 😕

Stopped by this DQ en route to Denver. I must say, the burger was freshly cooked and the fries were fresh and tasty. It's been a while since I've had fast food this good. My overall experience with this restaurant was fabulous!

A whole lot of teen employees were standing around... doing what teens do... I didn't feel as if the acknowledgment and customary greetings and salutations were utilized there. Otherwise, my order was good.

Great food and easy to order using the app. Prices are a little steep but you can find value if you use the app. Good serving of materials on blizzards. They gave us a lot of ketchup in our bag. Kinda wasteful if you ask me. But other than that. Good spot if you are passing through on I-70.

A wonderful, sparkling, clean place, including the restrooms. The food was prepared and served with care. You don't often find a fast food place like this one. It's also right off the highway (west Glenwood Springs exit). Perfect for a quick bite if you're just passing through on I-70. I highly recommend it.

One of the most beautiful locations for a dairy queen with great mountain views. I stopped here for lunch. Service was good and fast and the place was very clean. I really enjoyed eating on the patio which had nice flowers. The burger was good but the fries were a little disappointing. They were a bit chewier than I like.

What is not to love about soft serve ice cream and all kinds of goodies mixed in? Add to it, friendly staff and clean surroundings, and you have a winner! Plus easy access off I70!

We always stop there when in town and it’s been pretty consistent. Usually we stop for sundaes and blizzards, but sometimes for lunch. Our today’s visit was impressive as far as accuracy, efficiency, nice / professional staff, cleanliness of the restaurant and of course the food. I am a big fan of DQ burgers (I just really like the taste of the meat) Today we had cheeseburgers (customized), cheese curds and a soda.

The strawberry cheesecake blast is the best ice cream I've tasted. It keeps wel in the freezer. Just cover it and when ready to eat, scoop it out with an ice cream scoop from your cup.

It took 3 times to complain for them to make it right literally so stupid how hard is it to make a simple freaking sandwich. And it’s ALWAYS wrong every single time. Then they’re rude about fixing it every single time

They have homemade ranch. And there's this 1 employee who says yup. Which is cool. I really don't like it when people say anything else like 20 times. For real.

Customer service left something to be desired. Could hardly hear and understand the employee taking my order. The shake i ordered wasn't vary Thick could pour it out of the cup. Ordered 3 different stackers the burgers were burnt on two of them. Differently will not return to this one in glenwood springs Colorado
