Absolutely
horrible
customer
service.
I
work
in
the
food
service
industry,
and
I
have
nothing
but
patience
and
respect
for
fellow
industry
workers.
But
every
time
we
go
here,
even
when
all
we
order
is
a
couple
Misty
Freezes,
it
takes
an
extremely
long
time
and
most
of
the
time
they
don’t
get
the
order
right.
A
cherry
misty
freeze
and
a
strawberry
kiwi
one
shouldn’t
be
that
difficult
to
remember.
Like,
they
will
literally
give
us
something
that’s
completely
different
than
what
we
ordered.
It’s
probably
because
they
simply
don’t
listen
to
you
at
the
drive
thru.
I
think
this
location
has
serious
management
and
training
issues.
I
really
love
the
food,
and
it’s
unfortunate
that
this
is
the
only
Dairy
Queen
in
the
area
unless
you
want
to
travel
to
Grand
Junction.
