Definitely the best taco truck in Colorado. One of the best taco restaurants in Colorado period, and in the running for best nation wide. If they served alcohol I'd be hard pressed to find a reason not to say they are the best taco spot in the US. If you decide to eat-in, the views are great, although it is by the interstate. I've had street tacos in several states, including Ensenada and Rosarito, Mexico, and I've eaten literally hundreds of tacos in California. These were some of the best I've ever had. The fish was perfectly crispy with fresh lettuce and chipotle mayo. The chorizo had spicy flavor with just the right amount of crispy. Tortillas were warmed with a little crisp. All served with several salsas, sliced lime, cucumber slices, and grilled jalapeno. Had I known how good they are I would have ordered more, but I saw the menu advertising churros and ice cream! After the spice from the jalapeno and tacos, the soft-serve vanilla ice cream, drizzled with a little caramel, served on top of perfectly crispy yet chewy fried churros with caramel filling, really hit the spot. I spent $15.50 for 2 tacos, horchata, and churros with ice cream. And I left a couple bucks in the tip jar. I had to use the ATM down the street at the convenience store because they're cash only. There's a delivery van parked there too. From now on, every time I pass, I will stop here.

My family and I have been multiple times now and it has been phenomenal every time. We literally drive from Grand Junction just for the food. We LOVE the salsas you get. They're true made salsas with a variety of heat. Not just blended tomatillos and spices. We plan to be back many more times! 😁

Wow!!! This place is so freaking delicious! Our favorites were the shrimp taco, chicken taco, and carne asada burrito. I appreciate that the tacos come with only one tortilla and they do not go cheap on the meat. Everything is so flavorful, fresh and delicious!

So disappointing to get everyone out of their car seats after a long drive, spend time figuring out what we wanted, ordering, and not finding out it was cash only until we were about to pay. Put up a big sign, or even better, tell people before they place their order. Also, who only takes cash these days?!

Authentic tacos! The pastor was delicious and our favorite. The chicken and steak are great too! Hot sauces are authentic and taste home made!

On a road trip and saw the rave reviews so I decided I had to stop here, and I’m so glad I did. Genuinely incredible tacos- very fresh and flavor was out of this world! I haven’t had a taco this good since I was in Mexico. The mix taco with the pork and beef was chefs kiss and the pineapple pork was excellent as well. My only complaint is with myself and that I didn’t order more. I will be thinking about this place for a long time. I hope the locals realize how lucky they are to have this gem nearby.

The best Mexican tacos and burrito I have ever had. The Asada tacos and burritos are juicy and full of flavor. The wait is definitely worth it. If you are looking for speedy food place then get your butt to taco bell. This place cooks to order. The place is cash only. Very Friendly environment.

Super tasty street tacos and burritos. Excellent for a stop while driving by on i-70. This is a food truck, so plan to eat outside on one of their tables or in your car. Prices are inclusive of tax.

This place is always delicious, with quality improving over time. Love the salsa tray they bring you for dine-in.

Well priced Mexican food in a good location. The asada tacos were made well and had plenty of meat in them. The horchata was thick and very flavorful. The prices are very fair and I will absolutely visit again!

Come here and stay here for the churros with ice cream !!! Was heaven!!! Tacos are really good! Good value for money and the meat is really good! Could improve on the tortilla.

Super unimpressed. Maybe we caught them on a bad day, (even though there were no other customers at 5pm) but the food was disappointing. We got barbacoa and mix tacos and a chicken quesadilla. The portions are small and the meat was dry, very little flavor overall. The employees were nice enough, but probably won’t be back!

*Cash only* Supposedly there is an ATM at nearby convenience store. Damn good tacos. Very authentic. Meal came with salsas, lime, and grilled jalapeno. Everything was hot and fresh. I tried several tacos and the chorizo was by far the best. Homemade churros were good too. Staff was kind and polite, as we took some time to decide. He even offered to bring my order to the car because it was cold outside.

Cash-only tacos, tortas, and ice cream. Very flavorful and fresh-tasting. The service was friendly and quick—10-minute turnaround time, made-to-order. All of the tacos are $3 right now, 8/16/2023. We ordered a variety of tacos: chicken, mix (beef/chicken), chorizo, fish, pineapple/pork, and barbecue (express). The chorizo and fish tacos were extra good. The salsas are exceptional and unique—definitely ask for extra on the side if you're taking it to go. The soft-serve ice cream is good—just vanilla, but you can get chocolate syrup on top. Highly recommend for a tasty, fast, and affordable meal in the area.

Our family wanted some simple and authentic Mexican flavors and we were not disappointed! The food was fresh and delicious. Next time we will bring our own drinks and a bag of tortilla chips, since the drinks are expensive and no chips are provided. But very very tasty food!

Authentic Mexican food. The tacos 🌮 were really fresh, they use quality products 👌 I had 3 asada tacos and one torta. I could've eaten another order it was so delicious. This place is not your average taco truck.

Me and my friends traveled to Glenwood Springs for the hot springs but definitely glad we came across this place! It’s a food truck parked outside a gym. There are a few tables, we sat by the one facing the roads and mountains. Tacos were great; my favorite was the Al Pastor taco. We also ordered churros with ice cream for the table. The soft serve was delicious and the churros had dulce de leche filling. A must try in the area if you’re looking for an i expensive meal. Note that this is a CASH ONLY place. I paid $18 for three tacos and dessert.

Absolutely amazing house-made salsas. The pork and pineapple tacos are a taste of heaven. So glad we found this gem of a food truck

Great tacos. Some of the best I've had anywhere. Like being in Ensenada. Barbacoa was the best! Ask for the orange sauce (color not flavor) rather than red or green.

Incredible rib burrito. Green salsa was out of this world too. Great flavors and everything was well cooked. I’ll ask to go for beans/fries instead of lettuce next time. It would be epic.

There's no chance I'm missing out on a taco truck, regardless of my travel plans. Luckily I found these guys while casually browsing google maps, and I just had to drop everything (including my wife at the hotel) to check them out. Comfortable outdoor seating with a roof to help beat some of the heat. I had 4 tacos (2 chicken and Chorizo) and they were so SO good. Chicken was properly flavored, chorizo was perfectly crunchy, and their salsas served in a separate tray (?) was something I've not seen before, but a very welcome addition. I'm sad I can't experience them more due to a short stay here, but anyone who loves tacos should absolutely eat here 10/10

Really nice people. The food never disappoints and my mother (who is very picky when it comes to mexican food) loves it! I ordered the ice cream cone last time I went and it was great. Five dollars for a decent sized cone with caramel drizzled on top. 100% recommend.

We were on a couples trip to the hot springs and came across this taco food truck. All i gotta say is its all well worth it! Everytime we are nearby glenwoods, its a MUST stop for us because we are from Denver. I definitely recommend! Tacos and burritos are BOMB.com and you cannot miss their churro with ice cream!

We got stuck here for a few hours during a traffic backup due to a FIRE in the canyon. SO we made the most of it and walked around to see what was good. We decided on this place. It was flavorful. Portions were not what we expected for the price we paid.

Definitely a good place to visit! Fast, delicious and fairly prices tacos. The quesadilla was good too, but the tacos were much better and cheaper! Maybe we come tmr again 😂

Wow! Super, super yummy! I’m writing this while ordering one more taco because they were seriously good!!! I am super picky when it comes to Mexican food, especially tacos. These were amazing! Worth the stop if you’re looking for good tacos.
