    "0" stars for this review. I LOVE subway. The staff (two young guys) was rude and argumentative. The one who handled the register was better. So first off, my order was going to consist of 5 footlongs. Bread was burnt. The guy in the bread/meat area, argued that it was not burnt. He did find one that was not burnt. But I needed three of that flavor of bread. Next, the meat was unstocked and looked disgusting. But decided to continue. The look of the vegetables were gross. They were all what looked to be freezer burnt. The lettuce was brown and rusty. So I requested new vegetables. I wasn't eating that stuff for the price I am paying. He did as I requested while the other guy with the meat area sighed. Needless to say, get rid of them if they aren't going to do their job. I understand people don't want to work and finding good employees is challenging, but seriously....I would much rather drive to Alexandria just for a sub! Not impressed. Management needs to be aware of this and fix the problem or they will lose business more than they already have.

    The day shift here is absolutely amazing! I’m in almost every day at noon and every time they greet me by name! They’re always in a good mood and know my sandwich by heart... I don’t have to tell them anything and it’s made perfectly every time! I’m also very impressed with their work efficiency! Everyone has their job in the line and the flow of getting customers through is flawless! I’m never in there more then 5 min! I don’t know how they do it with the chaos that goes on at lunch in dealing with the drive thru, customers in house, and online orders all at one time! I give them Major props everyday for working so well together and I tell them this often! I hope they’re rewarded for their hard work because they absolutely deserve it!

    This will be our last visit here. Shotty service last time, employee nearly put her face on my sandwhich (strange I know), then today stopped again waited over 15 minutes for our food. Received a salad with no lettuce, meat not chopped up. Then moved on to our cookies.... hardly baked and very doughy.

    Waited an hour for them to cook the bread, picked up order. None of the sandwiches were correct, not one. Tried to call them, they will not answer the phone. Spent $16 each on multiple sandwiches. Paid for double cheese, didn't get one slice. Paid for double meat, didn't get it. Ordered only black olives, was loaded with vegetables. Paid for bacon, no bacon.

    0 stars. Ordered food on the app @4:30 and it told me that it would be done @4:50 and walk in and it’s not even started working on it. And there was only one order in front of me. We finally got it @5.

    Great if your ok with standing around for 30 min for food just to get cut off by an online order with 6 subs. But if I order online it's never right.

    I have LOVED Subway Restaurants ALL MY LIFE, but THIS experience has pretty much RUINED everything good that I've ever thought of Subway. On this particular visit, I did an online pick up order at the Glenwood, MN Subway and the employees that were responsible for the EXTREMELY poor service were a couple of fellas by the names of Shawn and Keegan. To make a very long, very irritating, and very disappointing story short; I'll just say that NOBODY should EVER have to go back into a store 3 TIMES in order to get exactly what they ordered, exactly HOW they ordered it!!! Also, CHEESE is a VERY important ingredient in a Subway sandwich and it should NEVER be FORGOTTEN!!! INFACT, EVERY SINGLE INGREDIENT that is used to customize a sub IS IMPORTANT!!! It is also VERY IMPORTANT to put the correct portions of ingredients on the sub- Regular lettuce, Regular black olives, and Regular pickles DOES NOT mean that you get 5 shreds of lettuce, 4 black olives, and 4 pickles on a FOOTLONG sub! And lastly, when a customer calls you out on something that is wrong with the product that they served you, an Employee SHOULD fix what they did wrong! DO NOT roll your eyes and huff, puff, and sigh at the customer-trying to act like the customer is the PROBLEM!!! After all was said and done, I had requested a call from the store manager to discuss everything that was wrong with my visit and SURPRISE, SURPRISE- I received NO CALL AT ALL! I WILL NOT BE VISITING THIS SUBWAY OR ANY SUBWAY EVER AGAIN UNTIL THIS SITUATION IS RECTIFIED and I have no problem spreading the word about my experience to warn others about what might happen to them as well.

    I don't like to reviews, especially negative reviews. But when it's this bad...Apparently reading, comprehensive and common sense are the thing of the past. When you spend $30 on 2 subs including tip I expect the order to be perfect. I ordered online. I asked for less tomatoes and jalapeños. More lettuce and onions. I ended up with the opposite and NO lettuce on one sub. That is unacceptable. Subway you are sub par at best, the least you could do is get the order right. You have a lot of work to do.

    Please have the young kids learn how to make a sandwich, i get it being new or young but good golly. The kid fold my sandwich like a hotdog and everything falls out the side! Everyone is not spread Evenly and i keep getting robbed of my black olives! Ill change the review when they get the sandwich correct. Not trying to bash just trying to give constructive criticism

    I ordered two subs with two cookies. I received the subs but not the cookies. DON’T think I will ever going back cause this ain’t the first time they messed up my order. Subway in Glenwood really is going down hill lately.
