The staff allowed me to wander the first floor exhibits even though they were closed. It was well worth my time. Going far beyond a collection of historical objects, the society has made a concerted and consistent effort to collect local stories that engage the visitor in global events.

Quaint and absolutely marvelous! We've been coming to this park from Omaha for over 20+ years and have never been disappointed! This park is rooted and will blossom in our hearts forever!

Lovely little museum full of local artifacts and local history. Great resource for anyone interested in Mills County history. People there are friendly, helpful, and its located in the Glenwood Lake Park which is a beautiful setting.

Amazing county museum! Lots of Native American artifacts from the area, plus lots of other info pertinent to Iowa and the Glenwood area over the past few centuries.

I had no idea how much stuff they had in there(residing here for close to 20yrs) until my 2nd graders field trip! The staff are very knowledgeable & friendly!

I enjoyed seeing the exhibits some new, some have been there since I was young. New additions have been made which are also nice.
