Great park right off the lake and only a few blocks from downtown. Trails are well established and meander through the woods of this beautiful hillside along a small stream. I’m not sure what the history of this park is but it must have been a ski resort of some sort due to the numerous abandoned chair lifts. Plenty to do , camping, hiking, frisbee golf and right across the road from the lake.

My go-to place for a walk with my dogs or just to enjoy the great outdoors. Acres of beautiful wilderness made hikeable and bike friendly by trails designated for each that amazingly leave the natural features intact. A rare treasure to be enjoyed.

Been coming here since I was a baby in my mom’s womb. They had seasonal campsite number 13. They changed it to 31. Cool story bro. Went up for Waterama and had a great time. Park is clean. Splash pad for the kids. Firewood is $5. Sand volleyball looks fun. Reasonable pricing. Bathrooms are clean.

This park is in the city with camping, showers, bike/hike trails playground and kiddy water park. Just amazing for a free city park!!!

BEAUTIFUL PARK, LOTS OF THINGS TO DO, CLOSE TO TOWN, and GREAT CAMPING SITES!!! LOVE THIS PLACE!!!

Nice walking trails and we enjoyed seeing the goats.

Rented the Glenhaven building for a memorial for my brother. The building was clean and had restrooms and a small kitchen. The only problem we ran into was the key pad did not work and a city employee had to let us in. Could be a problem if rented on a weekend.

Very well maintained! Beautiful place.
