I have had a few massages here and I have enjoyed them. My favorite masseuse is Beth. I haven’t been able to enjoy the other amenities that they provide here, but, am looking forward to, in the future! The front desk ladies were very friendly as well. I can’t wait to go back!!

I’m Active Duty and just moved to VA…one of the hardest parts about moving is finding a new hair salon. This place is fantastic!! Friendly staff, cute salon with massage and other services as well. Brittney was AMAZING! She truly listened to what I wanted, gave some advice, and it turned out better than I could have imagined!! This is my spot for as long as I’m stationed here!

I hadn’t been in a few years, but wanted to get my hair done before a vacation, Brittany has always done my hair and is amazing! I’m a natural brunette and used to be blonde before the pandemic struck, and then I had such a hard time getting my roots done. When I finally did at a different salon, they did a less than superb job and left me with patchy, dark roots. Brittany was able to bleach out my new growth, as well as blend the poor job in with my existing blonde. She’s always super nice and professional and is a big part of the reason I keep coming back!

I was looking for a stylist in the VA-middle pennisula region for awhile, having moved to the area in 2019. My standards are high, as I've been getting my hair cut, styled, & colored in Chicago for 20+ years. A colleague recommended Danielle at Bridgewaters and I'm so glad she did! Danielle does a fabulous, professional job with color and highlights and especially with the haircut, as I like layers that accentuate the waves in my hair and make it easy to style. Danielle listens to all of my ideas and gives me exactly what I'm looking for--each and every time I go in. Darlene keeps the shop running, is fun and easy to talk to, and helped me navigate the online reservation system. Bridgewaters is a very special salon in the region--they perform their craft at a high level. And I am one grateful customer.

Received a fantastic massage from Patricia. It had been a couple of years since my last massage, and I was overdue! Patricia put everything into getting my knots and tension worked out, in particular my tight hip/back area. I felt like a new woman! She consistently made sure the pressure was right and she was hitting the right spots. I've already got my next appointment set up! So glad to have finally found a go-to massage therapist again!

Beautiful salon with a relaxing atmosphere. Everybody seems great but I recommend Krista. She has been doing my hair for over 10 years.

I made an appointment for a massage and when I walked in there the atmosphere alone was just so calming. A massage itself was absolutely amazing and before I left arrow scheduled for another one. I would recommend this place if you need a massage.
