Came to 100.11 most was really cold but did was impressed how my gfs chocolate chicozone but came with bananas an no chocolate chips an never picked 2 have them in it so she never had the rest. What was warm an good enough to eat was the chicken fingers that just made the warm enough but just made it an the roast beef sandwich an my Cinnamon crazy sticks were cold an didn't come with the icing. Our 2 orders of onion rings came shoveled into 1 carton an looked 2 sad an gross 2 eat I feel bad an think only bad experience I have had from my local known places to order from that had 2 take pics an feel bad writing. But hope was just a one time mistake since don't order out much myself lol

ALWAYS GOT GREAT FOOD HERE BUT NOT THE LAST FEW TIMES. and I HAD TO say something NOW. . $63 worth of food. Shrimp scampi not TOO bad. Chicken broccoli Alfredo not TO bad ( chicken kind of dry). . BUT!!!! Ann order of 12 chicken fingers were DISGUSTING!! Small, wicked dry, batter was horrible and NO crispness at all and NO FLAVOR. ALSO Boneless wing dings were the size of a dime. Looked like I got the crumbs at the bottom of a fryer. Got teriyaki flavor and sauce was poured over a bunch of dry little tiny pieces of what they call chicken. Very disappointed for the money they charged

I order here often and the food is SO GOOD when it’s fresh. Unfortunately when I order delivery I can’t even eat the food when it arrives. This is the 3rd time I’ve had an issue. I live 9mns away driving and I make the drive often for pick up because - like I said, the food is so good. But when I get delivery it takes over an hour for it to arrive and when it gets to my apartment it’s cold, stale and disgusting. I do keep ordering because I understand a place gets busy.. but even on a Wednesday, Monday, Saturday, Tuesday it doesn’t seem to matter.. the delivery service is despicable. I just ordered $32 worth of food and paid the driver $40 only to throw it all in the trash and not eat. I am so upset about this and hope they can get it together because like I said.. the food is best in town, the delivery service however is the worst.

the worst cheese steak I've ever had; really small portion of meat; $13 for a small sub seemed pricey to me. Tried this place after it reopened from a long closure(don't know why it closed?) and it is terrible now.

Just got my food from there 3/26/23 at 3:30 in the afternoon. The guy working the counter was doing his best to take the order of an irate customer. She was barking her order WAY too fast for him to understand and he was being extremely patient with her. You guys are the best and if this lady leaves a bad review it wasn't the guys fault.

I ordered a chicken kabob salad. It came with chicken and onion all over it. No cucumbers and only 2 tomatoes. So it was basically lettuce with chick onion. My sons chicken fingers and French frys were cold. 😒

I really like this place but I'm so tired of getting under cooked fries and onion rings. If i have to take them home and cook them further, what's the point? Whoever runs the frier is clueless and needs some training, Update 7-6-23: things are not improving, tuna sub on a stale roll…. how yummy, chicken fingers were dry and tasteless, onion rings were inedible again, and my wife would not eat the chicken kabob salad due to it being undercooked. I know the place is struggling with labor and I get it and I feel for the owner. Suggestion….cut your menu offering down by 75%. Concentrate on pizza, calzones, roast beef, and subs. Be good at less things! Please, I want to support you but you’re making it difficult.

Ordered 2 small subs tonight. Sm Italian with NO hots - uneatable - had hots! Sm Roast beef sub with provolone. Didn't get a sub, they delivered it on a hamburger bun. Never again! What a waste of money!

Fantastic experience with Mikes Place Gloucester! Their catering service was timely and the staff was incredibly courteous. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. Highly recommended for any event catering needs.

Ordered roast beef dinner with fries and onion rings, my roast beef no sauce or cheese which I ask for , roast beef was gross maybe out dated ,

No bathroom on premises for customers eating in. We had driven over 3 hrs and stopped for lunch because we couldn't get in our hotel room yet. We were told to go across the street to Shaws grocery store to use their bathroom. Other than that food was good and prices were reasonable

Chicken kabob salad is very good, be careful with the olives though they have pits! Please consider using potted olives for the salad.

Simple food...simple order... Italian sub with everything Cheesey fries after I confirmed they used a melted smooth cheese like a Velveeta...assured yes... otherwise I had an alternative order...took home...ugh! Fries with shredded cheese melted on top and an Italian sub...with the correct meet and cheese...over flowing with hots and very little lettuce, tomato, pickles, and onions. Called to lodge a complaint about the cheesy fries since I was assured it was what I wanted...no apologies...brief pause...then an "ok" from the girl who waited on me and the call ended. Silly me,gave them one more try for a garden salad. With tax came to $10.17. Got it home and took it out of the bag. I got a small bowl with lettuce, 2 small cucumber slices and 1 peppercini. Really ???? Called again to complain. No apologies, She just ok and hung up. Beyond disappointed...and they lost us as customers and I will not hesitate to share my experiences
